Disgusting attitude towards customers. I chose one, and they put another in the package behind their counter, without even showing the product before that. The consultant did not say that the earrings that I chose and the ones that she puts in the box are completely different. I saw it already while I was in the institution and celebrating my birthday. She lost her temper and came back after a while. They refuse to change, exposing me as a fool, referring to the fact that I somehow pointed my finger at the ones they put down. The birthday party is ruined and so is the attitude towards the ZIKO store.
