The perfect location near Gulhane Park. Budget hotel. The hotel has two wings. One has rooms that have seen life, less comfortable mattresses, modest bathrooms, and many rooms with "wall-to-wall" windows. The other one is slightly better, there are even two rooms with balconies on the 5th floor. Cleaning every day. When booking, it is better to immediately indicate your wishes regarding the location of the room. Breakfasts with a choice of dishes, everything is fresh, yesterday's items are not displayed.

A great hotel for its price. We stayed in July 2025 for 7 nights. Location 100/10. Near the tram, metro, pier, all the main attractions. The hotel staff is polite and friendly. There is an elevator in Tolya. Our room was on the 4th floor, corner. The view was to the street, but it wasn't noisy - with the windows closed, there was good sound insulation, and the curtains were completely blackout, so it was comfortable to sleep. Yes, all the furniture is old, but nevertheless everything is clean, tidy and in working order. There were disposable slippers, and there were soap, shampoo, and shower gel from toiletries. The cleaning was done every day - the floors were washed, towels were changed. There is a safe in the room. The closet is tiny, of course, but it will be possible to accommodate some things. The only negative was that it smelled damp near the closet, but in the summer, with constant ventilation, it didn't bother us. Breakfast is served on the 0 floor. The food is quite varied, we tried to change the dishes a little every day. There were both Turkish meze and a classic European breakfast - two types of eggs, sausages, nuggets, potatoes, yogurt, cereals, etc. Watermelon, melon. The rooftop restaurant is not directly related to the hotel, and the prices there are decent.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. There are no complaints! Yes, the hotel is not new, the furniture is "worn out", but for us these are not disadvantages. Very calm, quiet, clean, no foreign odors. The rooms are cleaned and linen and towels are changed daily, the staff fulfills any request very quickly. The breakfast is quite varied. The Wi-Fi was working properly and quickly. The staff is friendly and very courteous. The location is very convenient - there is a metro station within a minute's walk. The main attractions of the area are within walking distance. There is indeed a terrace on the 5th floor, but we haven't used it since we were in February)

We stayed at the Raymond Hotel for two nights, we really liked everything, cleanliness everywhere, excellent service, the breakfasts were very tasty, the hosts were very friendly, we felt at home, although it was the first time in Istanbul, and the city struck with its contrast. The MOST IMPORTANT thing is the very center, all the sights (Hagia Sophia Cathedral, Grand Bazaar, Basilica Cistern, etc.) are 5-18 minutes away, we walked everywhere. I recommend it 100 percent, we'll come back again!!!

We stayed at this hotel in February 2025, for 6 nights. Economy room, lots of bugs. The watering can at the shower was splashing in all directions. the dirt is behind the refrigerator. the radiator was not working properly. The room was cold. There was a lot of wind blowing from the windows. The air conditioner did not work well for heating. The linen was changed every three days. The breakfasts are not satisfying, I'm not used to eating lentil soup in the morning. I didn't feel a good attitude. Everything is quiet and peaceful. The pillow and blanket are good. We came in the evening and had a rest, so this hotel suited us. There are few of our Russian channels, we searched for them ourselves, no one suggested it. The hotel itself is clean and quiet. But it's very budget friendly.

Good afternoon, I booked through Booking, a beautiful room, a beautiful dining room, in fact the photos do not correspond to reality, the room is scary, small, breakfasts are held in the hallway at the reception and a small room, people are sitting on top of each other. The photo is completely fake.Horror and deception. The rooftop restaurant has nothing to do with the hotel, you just can't get through. Shame and deception!!!!

The staff is very friendly. My wife and I came in at 23.50, on the 4th, asked if there were any available rooms. We were told,,there is,, well, we checked in for 7 nights for $ 50 per day. Breakfast was a nice bonus.The room was small, but very cozy, it is clear that the designer worked.The view from the window into the wall of a nearby hotel, but it was not important to us, since we only spent the night. Room cleaning and linen change were done every day.The location of the hotel is close to all the sights, near the tram.

I have just returned from Istanbul. I stayed in this hotel for 5 days. The hotel corresponds to 3 stars: tired rooms, decent (quite enough) breakfast, warm rooms, clean linen and towels, there is no cleaning in the rooms, only they take out the trash and change towels. Good location: near historical monuments, Laleli shopping district, a whole area of fish restaurants (not cheap) and small-town cafes for their own, where it is delicious and cheap. In general, the hotel did not delight or disappoint, but it was my conscious choice: cheaper without much loss of quality. But... Do you know what surprised me? We arrived early at 7 a.m., and breakfast is not provided on the first day. And the receptionist at the counter (a gray-haired man with a beard - very unkind) did not even offer a cup of tea. In the following days, we saw that the hotel was empty, almost 6-8 people. There are always the same cookies at breakfast. I think the hotel would not be impoverished, but the client would be pleased. And the hotel would have earned a plus sign in the review. Like that. And for the rest, Istanbul is beautiful!!!!

Excellent hotel, perfectly located! Helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are clean, but he's tired. There is an elevator and it is important for the elderly. There is a tram stop nearby.
