We had a vacation in June 2025. The hotel left the warmest impressions. Very friendly, attentive staff, always help, prompt . The service is top-notch. Food (we had half board) , serving , service in the hotel restaurant -10/10 . You can choose a la carte lunch instead of dinner , we even liked this option more. The rooms are very clean, cleaned daily. The territory of the hotel is very well maintained and, despite the heat, very green. The beach is clean, the sun beds are in very good condition. Cooling pools . Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The location is 15-20 minutes from the main attractions. You can call a taxi yourself or the staff at the reception will help with this! Thank you for the comfortable reception, we were very satisfied.

We stayed at the hotel from 14.07-24.07 Liked everything!!! -service, room, food (breakfast, dinner) The only significant disadvantage was that the main, large swimming pool was not working. To be honest, if we had known in advance, we might have considered another hotel, but we were escaping from the heat in the pool on the 14th floor. It's small and shallow, of course, but the water is cool relative to the bay. Basically, there have always been sun beds. There are also minor nuances- the disadvantages are 1) that it is slippery in the bathroom (shower) and there are no rubberized mats. We were washing up in our beach flip-flops. 2) For some reason, there are no paper napkins in the restaurant (they were taken from the room and not only by us) 3) there is no clothes dryer, swimsuits in rooms without balconies, just one small rope in the bathroom, and because of the humidity, everything dries for a very long time. Next time I'll bring hooks with me on double-sided tape, because I personally didn't have enough of them for hanging and drying some things))) Regarding the staff, we were very satisfied. All the guys are polite, cultured and courteous. Ilkin, the guy who met us, speaks Russian, if anything, he will always help, prompt, direct. The waiters and the girls and boys who meet at the restaurant are also very friendly! Food, desserts -mmmmThank you to all the chefs.There was always enough for everyone! The hotel has a great location, near Nakhil Mall, there is also a monorail. We went to Atlantis ourselves a couple of times, once to the water park and just for a walk. There's only one stop to go. In general, you can write a lot of good things, and that's the way it is. I mentioned the nuances above. Would I come back here again? Definitely- YES!!!

The hotel is excellent , The location is convenient: - nearby (5 min) there is Nakheel Mall, from where the monorail runs to the end of the palm tree (to Atlantis the Palm). - There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the Mall of Emirates (from here by metro to Burj Khalifa 3 stops-13 minutes). - the rooms are clean, bathroom accessories (shampoo, conditioner, gel, body milk, soap), bathrobes, slippers. The room with a sea view has a coffee machine and a kettle (tea bags, coffee, dry cream). The cleaning is perfect! Water per person is 2 bottles of 0.5 per day. - The food is fantastic, the breakfasts are monotonous, but very tasty. The dinners are great. The chef himself looks after the food and communicates kindly with the guests. - the pool on the 4th floor is cooled, there are not many people (we were from 07/23/25-07/30/25, there are always sun beds, if not on the pool, then on the terrace. - the second pool by the sea is bigger than the one on the roof, but it was very hot. - the sea itself is gorgeous, clean, lots of sun beds! Of course, it's also warm in July, but it's very pleasant. You can see the Parus Hotel from the sea. The territory is small, but nice. It takes 3 minutes from the hotel to the sea. Next to the promenade with a view of the yachts (if you leave the hotel to the sea, immediately turn left, then down to the right), you can take a walk. Lots of tropical fruits, delicious coffee, delicious desserts, ice cream.. The sea is very clean, clear water, you have to look at the bottom, you come across sea urchins, crabs, jellyfish in the morning, they say, and octopuses swim. Great hotel! The staff is polite and speaks good Russian. From the first day we contacted Ahmed, he helped with ALL the questions that arose, we highly recommend looking for him. The room is clean and modern, the breakfasts and desserts are delicious, but the dinners seemed peculiar, but this is a feature of Arabic cuisine. The pools are excellent (especially the one on the 14th floor), the beach is very close, I just swam in the bay on site only once, as I came across a sea urchin :(But you can quickly get to Atlantis by taxi, where there are no hedgehogs or jellyfish. The location of the hotel is great, there is a shopping center nearby, and you can easily get to any places of interest. I highly recommend it, it was an unforgettable vacation!

Location: The hotel is located on the trunk of the Palm Jumeirah — in my opinion, this is an ideal point: about 15 minutes to the Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Marina Mall. Tip: do not waste time on free shuttles to malls — you will be taken along a roundabout route throughout Palma, and instead of 15 minutes it will take about an hour. Room: We got a free upgrade, and the room turned out to be even better than in the photo: fresh, tidy, very comfortable in layout. Pleasant little things like a capsule coffee machine, a good hair dryer, iron and cosmetics are all there. The master switch is a thing! I love it when there's something like that. Meals: We took breakfasts and dinners. As with a sweet tooth, desserts, ice cream and fruit and berry salad were especially pleased. The main dishes are also excellent. Breakfast includes fresh juices, water, coffee and tea. Coffee and tea are also served for dinner, which made me very happy. But the lunch was not impressive, but there is a shopping center nearby with excellent cafes. Beach: The beach at the hotel is very wide, clean, with convenient access to the water. The sun beds are placed at a comfortable distance from each other. And no fighting for sun beds. The beach is a fine shell rock, not sand. The hotel left a good impression. Yes, there is no animation here, something specifically for children, and perhaps it will not be suitable for a long seal vacation. But for a shorter or more active vacation, this hotel is worth considering. I would love to come back.

Location The boutique hotel was built in 2019, located on the island of Palm Jumeirah (right side, on the trunk) - convenient check-in and check-out of the hotel. The transfer from the airport takes about 30-35 minutes. Nakhil Mall shopping and entertainment complex is located across the street from the hotel: inside there are a large number of boutiques, cafes and restaurants. 2. The territory It is small, but very cozy. The hotel consists of 2 buildings connected to each other: one tower - hotel rooms, the second - residences. Modern design with elements of Arabic art. I really liked the chandelier in the lobby - soaring glass falcons (symbol of the UAE). On the 14th floor there is a Cabana Pool - an adult-only pool (16+) with a bar and a pleasant relaxation area. There is also a family infinity pool on the beach — it is one of the largest pools on Palma, about 1000m2. A sufficient number of sun beds. If you need a place to work quietly, the hotel has a lounge suitable for coworking with upholstered chairs, tables and a mini library. The SPA center and gym are small. 3. A great restaurant, I wrote about it in a separate review. A very calm rest, measured. It cost us ~ 1200 to get to the center by taxi to the metro + metro for three. This is a great value for Dubai. Now in order and in a little more detail… 1. Location. The hotel is located at the very base of the palm island. Immediately opposite is a large shopping center "Nakhil Mall" with a famous observation deck in the direction of the "palm tree". I won't describe what's there, I'll just say "EVERYTHING you need and more"))) The euro was also changed here, the exchange rate with the hotel differs by about 15% and not in favor of the hotel). We had lunch, too, there are many options here. Taxi (not during rush hour) to Burj Khalifa about 65 dirhams, to the old city about 85 dirhams, Sharjah airport about 200 dirhams, all prices on a regular government taxi. The territory of the hotel is completely enclosed and is limited by two more hotels with apartments. There is a small green garden on the way to the beach. Everything is clean and tidy! 2. Beach, pool The hotel has its own private private beach. With comfortable sun beds and mattresses, it's very comfortable to relax! It can easily accommodate as many as 3 people at once!! In the evening, all mattresses are washed and wiped! Towels are always available and unlimited, large, clean and unwashed). The beach and swimming area are separate and fenced. The sand is a small shell without stones. The water temperature in the sea was about 26 - 28C in mid-April. There is a fairly large separate swimming pool, the situation with sun beds is similar, the demand for them is higher here, but there were no problems finding free ones. The depth depends on the age))) there are knee-deep and neck-deep ones)). 3. Nutrition. We took half board (breakfast and dinner). Everything is simple for 5+! Starting from breakfast, ending with dinner. A variety of dishes, attentive staff, comfortable seats at the table inside and outside the restaurant. We always took a table outside). The trick of the hotel is a carrot))) Freshly squeezed carrot juice is just fire). The only thing I didn't like was the ice cream, you can leave it aside. There are no questions about other desserts! 4. Room (family). We had a family room booked. The room itself is normal in size, there is no crowding, a spacious bathroom with a separate toilet, shower and bathtub. Everything is clean, new plumbing. There is a closet, just a huge bed! The size is like 2 king size. Excellent pillows and mattress, not sagging, I slept easily. My daughter was given an extra bed, comfortable and not a cot! There is coffee, tea, drinks (refilled) and are included in the room rate (except alcoholic). Water was brought in excess of 6 bottles a day! A TV with a couple of Russian channels. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of an opportunity to open the window in the room (the windows are blocked) and there is no balcony (you can arrange for a separate and not small fee). It was amazing that even with the windows closed and the air conditioner turned off (always) there was no feeling of stuffiness in the room, the temperature was about 25 C. 5. Staff. Everyone can get 5 stars!!! Special thanks to the two Russian-speaking staff at the reception, they can and will help solve any of your questions and simply facilitate communication). We were checked in a couple of hours earlier and extended check-out for 2-3 hours at no extra charge). They gave me a 15-minute massage, chocolate for my daughter and a bottle of wine for me))). As a result... we plan to return here next time! Thank you so much for organizing our, albeit small, vacation)))

Initially, it was assumed that there would be an additional sofa in the room where we could accommodate a child, but alas, a room with a sofa was offered only for an additional fee of 1000 AED. I didn't want to overpay, so we decided to try to spend the night with three people on 1 bed. As a result, the bed is so big that no one was cramped or comfortable. For food. They took HB. The breakfasts are good, the choice is great, although it is the same every day. The pastry is gorgeous! The dinner is excellent. There is also an area of Asian, European and Arabic dishes. There is also a zone for vegetarians). If you need to replace dinner with lunch, then you can have lunch at the second a la carte Mexican restaurant. The beach is great. There were always free sunbeds. Also, by the pool. There is also a swimming pool on the 14th floor with a beautiful view of the Palm Tree, where it is quiet and peaceful, because children are not allowed there 😀 Well, a small offtop. The questions that were most often encountered in different chats: 1. Dirhams are more convenient to buy in Russia. I changed the currency that my friends gave me before making purchases at the nearest shopping center, where, as a result, there was a commission for the operation of 31 AED. Perhaps, if you bother, you can find it without a commission. 2. Union pay RSHB works everywhere. I paid for everything except online.

A solid, high-quality 5* hotel for a relaxing stay. We settled in without waiting for 2 p.m. We didn't have to pay much extra at the reception for the accommodation overlooking the bay, and we received a plate of fruits and sweets as a welcome from the hotel. The rooms are in good condition, everything you need is available, I had to ask the staff for some small things and everything was fixed in 15 minutes, even without a tip. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and many of them understand Russian. The food is at a good level, I liked the quality and variety of the buffet. Some egg dishes, pancakes, etc. can be asked to cook in your presence. Among the disadvantages, it is worth noting the lack of variety of fish dishes and seafood. There are enough of them on Mondays, but on other days there are noticeably fewer of these dishes. It would be nice to add more dishes with beef and lamb. Drinks, fruits and sweets are at a good level. There are no queues, there are enough tables. The territory of the hotel is shared with two apartment buildings. It's clean and cozy. There are many children from both the hotel and the apartments. There were enough umbrellas and sun beds, they were completely dismantled only on weekends. A pool with different depths, there is a separate one for kids. Lots of rescuers all day. There is no animation. The beach is clean, the entrance to the water is shallow. There is a good volleyball court, the residents of the apartments assemble 2-4 teams on weekends. Through the beach you can get to the neighboring playground with several beach restaurants and cafes with different cuisines, the place is very popular. There are spa centers and fitness rooms on the territory around the pool and on the 14th floor of the hotel. There is a mini market near the pool. There is a good local shopping mall across the street from the hotel. There's not much room for hiking outside the hotel, but it's easy to get to the Dubai Marina and local steam areas by taxi. I recommend the hotel.

The layout of the room with a sea view is simply beautiful — there is a beautiful freestanding bathtub, and the toilet is separated from the rest of the bathroom by a door, which is rarely seen. The breakfasts and dinners are varied, there are cuisines from different nations of the world. We arrived at the end of Ramadan and managed to try seasonal specialties — for example, the drink Qamar al din based on apricot peel. There are lifeguards on duty on the beach and by the pool, who are watching everything that is happening, and not picking their noses. There are always free sun beds, even if you arrive closer to noon. The only drawback that did not mar our vacation in any way was the manner of the maids rearranging things. Sometimes we searched for some objects for a long time in the evenings and found them in unexpected places. So, on the first day, they broke the lid of my perfume bottle. But there are no other complaints about the hotel, so I don't want to lower the rating at all. There is also a quick buy supermarket on the territory of the hotel on the way to the beach. Excellent price/quality ratio. We spent 7 nights in the hotel. The service is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style, lunch is a la carte. The choice of dishes is excellent. There are dishes of Asian, European and Indian cuisine, beef, lamb, chicken, seafood. The beach is clean, sun beds and umbrellas are available. 2 swimming pools, one on the beach, the second on the 14th floor of the hotel. Towels can be taken both by the outdoor pool and on the 14th floor. There are Russian-speaking hotel staff. There is a small supermarket nearby. A little further away, about a 7-minute walk, is Nakheel Mall with a huge food court and a selection of shops for every taste. There is also a monorail train station in Nakheel Mall, from which you can go to Dubai Mall, etc.

We are experienced travelers, and I want to say that a hotel like this one still needs to work hard to find. All the staff, from cleaners to administrative staff, are very friendly and always ready to help. I would especially like to mention Inna's hostess and Akhmet's receptionist. Inna is a very friendly and friendly girl. She always understands your problem and is ready to solve it immediately, even if it is not part of her duties. Thank her so much for that. I am very pleased that she is my compatriot. Ahmet is at the reception, also a pleasant young man and an excellent assistant in solving emerging issues. Cleaning every day. On some days, we asked for no cleaning, but the staff insisted and did their job. So our room was always clean and fully stocked with toiletries and coffee machine capsules, tea, water, nuts and dates. The room has an iron, ironing board, hair dryer. Excellent cosmetics for body care. Everything works flawlessly. Thanks to the hotel administration and staff for the excellent organization of our stay.

We had a vacation with our family and children in March 2025. A solid four-star hotel. Excellent staff, trying to help, nice beach and pool. Free sun beds are always available. The location of the hotel is good, there is a large shopping center nearby and it has an alcohol store, which is relevant. The rooms are standard, ordinary, without frills, a little uncomfortable shower, but everything is within reason. Nutritionally, the breakfast is good, there is a lot of fresh juices and the usual set of nutrition. Coffee, omelette and scrambled eggs are brought quickly on request. There are no queues. I personally really liked the croissants. We didn't take lunch, and the buffet dinner is weak. But a big plus for the Emirates is that soft drinks are included. The choice of dishes is orientated, there are few fish, one option, chicken and meat in one or two versions and also in oriental processing. There are very few a la carte restaurants for a five-star hotel, just two and both are paid for dinner. In general, the hotel is not bad.

The pool at the hotel is large, the temperature is ideal, it's very cool to swim in the evening, there are almost no people. In principle, the peak hour in the pool is at 13-15 hours and there will be a place. In the morning, at 8 o'clock, not a single living soul. Wonderful Jacuzzi, different types of sun loungers. The two restaurants at the hotel are good, it is quite possible to eat for free. In a Mexican restaurant, I advise you to try the dessert "churos".

The manager, without additional charges, not only checked us in early, but also increased the level of our room (for a fee, they can change the room to another type). Special thanks to the Russian-speaking manager Regina, who helped solve any of our issues. The restaurant deserves special attention, where there is a very tasty and varied food, we tried something new every day. It is important to note that they took half board, while during lunch or dinner all soft drinks are free. In general, the entire staff is very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any question. 5-7 bottles of fresh water were put on every day. Because of the hot sea, we sat by the pool, but the beach itself is very clean. In general, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would love to return again.
