Modern repairs with replacement of windows and plumbing are required. The television is analog with strong ripples. If you modernize, it will be very good. Of the advantages, the rooms are spacious. We chose it the second time because of its location and spaciousness. The food is mediocre, the coffee machine is online, but it doesn't work. The attitude of the staff is good. We arrived late, there was no money with us. They left a deposit in rubles. They changed it the next day and paid off.

Good evening. The hotel looks decent on the official website. In principle, that's all. The bathroom is a mess, with a battered old bathtub and a shower on top. There is no light in the room at all. There are three small lanterns and an antique floor lamp that shines only on itself. The room size is good, but after these inconveniences you will not be interested in it. A separate masterpiece is the windows and the balcony. The windows are old and wooden. Neither open nor close. There are no blackouts. You're like you're in an aquarium. We regularly stay at this hotel, but this time we were disappointed. We would like to mention the parking problem separately. Despite the fact that we checked in for 3 days and immediately informed the manager about our car, the staff claimed every day that they "did not know" about the car. As a result, we were forced to run to the guard both at the entrance and at the exit to the barrier in order to get permission each time. No one transmitted information about our settlement, and this situation was repeated daily. There was an impression of a complete lack of organization and responsibility among the employees. It is very unpleasant, especially considering that we are regular guests of this hotel.

There's not much left of the hotel. Most of the premises are rented out for offices. The interior is shabby. There was no trace of the former luxury. There is a mini coffee shop in the lobby. But you can see the mountains, and the room is spacious. Breakfast is included, but the vegetables on the plate are "artificial". Just the cheapest tasteless tomatoes and cucumbers. It's a shame that they save so much on guests. But everything went fine until the last day of the stay. Firstly, it's getting colder outside, and the room is already full of detox. The balcony does not close completely, and even the air conditioner, set to +30, did not help. Just a doofus. And there was such a little thing. One day I ran out of toilet paper. I didn't really want to designate this intimate point, but I would like to draw the attention of the hotel administration to this. But the most unpleasant moment happened when we began to pack our things before leaving and found that our package was missing. There was nothing valuable there, just tea and a few other things, but the fact that the staff decided that since the black bag was on the floor, it was garbage... How is this even possible?!! In general, the impression is greatly spoiled.

I used to think that this was an ordinary Soviet-built hotel. But it turned out that there is a fitness center, a gym, a Fight club, a kinesitherapy center of Dr. Bubnovsky, which puts you on your feet and allows you to treat many diseases of the joints and musculoskeletal system. There is also a Baymax cafe with a summer playground and live music, a Sofia food canteen with delicious and inexpensive food. The hotel is half a business center, where there are beauty salons, a massage center, a Free dombyra music and vocal center, a notary and a lawyer, a language learning center, educational centers for children and adults, travel and advertising agencies, a fashion studio, a dental clinic and an aesthetic medicine clinic, design and design companies and much more other things. I was pleasantly surprised that Premier Alatau has many organizations whose services may be needed in everyday life.
