**Dear Management of Four Seasons Hotel Dubai,** I hope this message finds you well. After careful consideration, I felt it was important to share my feedback regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your hotel’s ground-floor restaurant. I believe that your team would wish to be informed of guest experiences that may not align with the high standards of service typically associated with the Four Seasons brand. I visited the restaurant with a group of friends, intending to spend a pleasant afternoon while waiting for our companions. We chose your establishment specifically because of the refined hospitality and elevated atmosphere that the Four Seasons name represents. Having previously stayed at other Four Seasons properties, I held your hotel in high regard and was considering it for future stays. However, during our visit, the restaurant manager informed us that remaining in the dining area required a minimum order of AED 200 per person in food and beverages. While I understand the need for internal policies, I was surprised by the way this condition was communicated. What was particularly troubling was the inconsistency: a gentleman seated at the neighboring table—who happened to be the husband of one of my friends—was not informed of any such requirement during his meeting. This inconsistency in policy enforcement led to an impression of unequal treatment. All of the women in our group are professionals, married, and conduct ourselves with the utmost respectability. We are entrepreneurs with businesses based both in Russia and abroad. Being addressed in this manner felt both inappropriate and disappointing. Regrettably, this experience left a lasting negative impression and stands out as one of the most disheartening moments of my trip to Dubai. I hope you will treat this feedback as an opportunity to ensure that all guests feel equally welcomed and respected, in line with the values that have made the Four Seasons brand so esteemed around the world.
