**Dear Management of Four Seasons Hotel Dubai,** I hope this message finds you well. After careful consideration, I felt it was important to share my feedback regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your hotel’s ground-floor restaurant. I believe that your team would wish to be informed of guest experiences that may not align with the high standards of service typically associated with the Four Seasons brand. I visited the restaurant with a group of friends, intending to spend a pleasant afternoon while waiting for our companions. We chose your establishment specifically because of the refined hospitality and elevated atmosphere that the Four Seasons name represents. Having previously stayed at other Four Seasons properties, I held your hotel in high regard and was considering it for future stays. However, during our visit, the restaurant manager informed us that remaining in the dining area required a minimum order of AED 200 per person in food and beverages. While I understand the need for internal policies, I was surprised by the way this condition was communicated. What was particularly troubling was the inconsistency: a gentleman seated at the neighboring table—who happened to be the husband of one of my friends—was not informed of any such requirement during his meeting. This inconsistency in policy enforcement led to an impression of unequal treatment. All of the women in our group are professionals, married, and conduct ourselves with the utmost respectability. We are entrepreneurs with businesses based both in Russia and abroad. Being addressed in this manner felt both inappropriate and disappointing. Regrettably, this experience left a lasting negative impression and stands out as one of the most disheartening moments of my trip to Dubai. We visited Dubai for 3 days in May and stayed at this hotel! The location is good, but there are often traffic jams in this area! The hotel itself is good, everything is fine inside, the rooms are spacious, clean and bright, a spacious bathroom, a dressing room, breakfast is served both inside and outside, you can sit! The territory is not big, not big at all, lots of greenery, 4 swimming pools, 4 restaurants! One on the roof is very fashionable, popular, sushi is served! The beach is not big, I'm putting up a photo to understand what kind of view it is when you lie on the beach! It's terrible- you can see the sand pit ahead and work is underway there, you can hear the rumble and noise! New houses have been built on the right and work is still underway!the water is clean, the fish are swimming, the entry into the water is good- not shallow!!the staff is polite, free of charge water, wet towels, small gifts in the form of a canapé or a drink!

My stay at the Four Seasons Resort Dubai 5* was simply unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredible attention to detail and care from the staff. They really do their best to make the guests feel comfortable and cozy. Spacious rooms with elegant design and magnificent views create an atmosphere of luxury. Every day we were treated to pleasant souvenirs, which added a special charm to our stay. The breakfasts were great — the variety of dishes and the quality of the food were simply excellent. The Four Seasons is an ideal place to stay with your family, where caring for your guests comes first. I will definitely come back here again and recommend it to everyone!

Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel for the warm and cordial welcome! The hotel is simply luxurious — two magnificent pools, spacious rooms with huge beds and stunning interiors. The breakfasts here are at the highest level, both in terms of the quality of the food and the level of service. Lovely hotel on the first line. Its own beach, very green area. The peculiarity of the accommodation: all rooms are combined in pairs, each pair of rooms has its own vestibule, the door to which, in principle, can be closed. This is convenient if you have ordered two rooms. The beach is well-groomed, sand, sun loungers in abundance. There is a restaurant village, Japanese, French, Italian, Peruvian and Greek cuisine just a stone's throw from the hotel. The hotel itself has a wonderful rooftop restaurant… Upon check-in, they take a deposit, 2 and a half thousand dollars per room per week of stay. Cash is sealed in an envelope, which is returned to you when paying before departure. By taxi to the airport in half an hour, to Burj Khalifa in twenty minutes

Very nice hotel in Dubai. It is located on the coast of Jumeirah, a little further from the central Burj Al Arab hotel, but it has its advantages. The hotel itself is very comfortable with spacious rooms. Great pools and beach. It is located next to the food court (there are many good restaurants that are not related to the hotel), while on the other hand there is an excellent paid indoor club-Dior beach, on the territory of which one of the trendy new restaurants in Dubai is located. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel.

The disadvantages include only a small beach and a bulk island located in the immediate vicinity, on which construction is still ongoing. I checked into the hotel today. Upset! I am very disappointed! When booking the room, it was indicated that the room is non-smoking! We arrived at the hotel around midnight. But after 30 minutes of registration, we are given a completely smoky room! Stinky room!!!! We asked for a change. Without any participation and desire to help, we were forced to wait another 30 minutes, but to no avail. We just got tired of waiting and the hotel management forced us to check into a smoky room just to sleep. Since it's already the second hour of the night!!! And lo! For 12 thousand dollars paid for a week of stay, I'm lying in bed and inhaling the disgusting smell of cigarettes for me! But I really want to sleep! And the hotel is acting disgusting! Is this a 5-star service? Is this a service for Four Seasons? I am very disappointed!

Of course, Four Seasons (as one of the best hotel chains in the world) could not ignore Dubai. there are two hotels of this chain in the city: one on the coast (Jumeirah), and the second in the financial center (DIFC). Chic rooms, excellent restaurants both in the hotel itself and in front of it (in the food court (10 meters from the hotel). But I especially want to mention the beach - it turns out that sand was brought to this beach from afar and it is the same soft and pleasant to the touch sand as in the Maldives, a fine mesh network is stretched in the sea, so you can be completely calm - no jellyfish are scary to you. There is only one drawback - a "cynically" overpriced price, but this is the whole Fo Sizons: all the best for a lot of money :)
