We have been in lots of places in Uzbekistan, but we found this hidden gem in the middle of Chimgan mountains. We were so surprised about how beautiful the cottages are and the territory is so well maintained. The service is also at a high level and we were treated so nicely! Highly recommended

Balanda is an ambiguous opinion. In general, a good idea came to the one who came up with all this. Everything is so beautiful when you look at the picture. The chalet houses are so cool and cozy inside. The place itself is surrounded by mountains on all sides. The pool at the bottom of the cabins is so beautiful. The restaurant is cool, there are nice places on the street, what's inside. The waiters are great. The nursery is small, there are trampolines, the children have found something to do there. But... when I stopped by on Friday, I was shocked by the number of women in the pool. Moreover, it is clear that they do not look like vacationers in a chalet. This discouraged the desire to plunge into the water. We stayed only because the chalet has its own Jacuzzi. They cooled down in it. The next day, there were very few people in the pool. And it is immediately noticeable that everything is completely different from yesterday. If you want to swim, then we definitely won't come here. It is clear that you need to earn money and visitors just come to swim in the pool, but do not forget about the rest of those who paid for a full day and wanted the appropriate service. Mojito is not a mojito. The drinks are not delicious. Food for 4. Breakfast was a normal buffet. You can find something to eat on it. The coffee in the bar is delicious.

A good place to relax, with beautiful views of the mountains, the prices in the restaurant are twice as high as in Tashkent (probably due to the fact that they are at a height).). A great place for family and group holidays. The kitchen is at the highest level, the staff is always ready to help with everything. There are all the necessary conditions for a great holiday. But there are also some drawbacks: the territory is small, the covers of the sun beds by the pool should be updated (sometimes you don't want to lie on them), and another nuance is that the pool filter cannot cope with such a load of vacationers.

The first chalet has a faulty large shower head. The water pours from the side, not from the bottom of the holes. Some of the lamps in the lobby at the entrance and above the sofas are burnt out, which makes it a little dark in the chalet. The LED strip above the bed doesn't work either, or I haven't figured out where to turn it on. To turn on the street lamps above the pool (jacuzi), you have to call their technician, he turned them on by screwing into the socket. The switch is not clear where. Neither hot nor cold. The boiler system can't handle it. If water appeared, it flowed and flooded the floor. I had to wipe up puddles all the time. 🔹 The broken front door wouldn't close, the jamb was gone. 🔹 Faucets were leaking both in the kitchen and in the bathroom. 🔹 Breakfast is inconvenient: if you want scrambled eggs, wait 40 minutes. A great place for a summer vacation. The houses are clean, cleaned, everything is observed. It is very pleasant to be in them. The territory, although small, is gentrified, with the exception of a small number of shady places - you can't hide from the sun in the middle of the day. The general infinity pool is for an amateur (cold), but there is a children's pool nearby and the water is warm there. There is a playground for children, but there is no children's food or anything like that on the menu. So I definitely do not recommend going here with small children. The food is delicious, especially the specialties (for example, Balandda salad) - they can be brought directly to the room, to the gazebo - any way and anytime. Of course, it is better to rent a chalet with a Jacuzzi, then you will fully feel the atmosphere of this place.

I'll start with the pros - [ ] Nature , the view from the cabins is amazing - [ ] The territory is small, but green, lots of plants and flowers - [ ] The staff is polite and courteous, customer-oriented - [ ] Beautiful Pool with Mountain View - [ ] A European approach and a good contingent , quiet enough , no screaming crowds, music, and so on Of the cons - [ ] the apartments were rented for the first day and we had to move the bed a little so that the child would not fall , and there was a lot of dust and dirt under the bed , I would like the floors to be washed more thoroughly, also after staying in the apartment for about an hour, our feet became very dirty . since we are with young children , we pay attention to cleanliness - [ ] There is not enough dim light, especially in the bedroom, the light is 1 and it is bright everywhere, and in the evening I would like some cozy lighting inside (maybe floor lamps or some bedside lamps would fix the situation) - [ ] The apartments do not have enough ventilation or some kind of hood , at least , I want to breathe mountain air at night , not air conditioning ( there are windows in the houses ) - [ ] There is not enough warm Jacuzzi where there is a large pool , there is a children 's warm pool ,it is small and drunk adults who are without children hang out there , Although it is a children 's area, not a hot tub Overall, the impressions are pleasant, I think we will come again)))

One of the few quiet places in the Chimgan mountains. However, the service leaves much to be desired, there are many young guys who apparently just graduated from school. There are a couple of hosters who often do not understand what they want, although they are very nice girls. There is a large swimming pool, there are several sofas, sun beds and a couple of tables around. Also in the complex there are cabins covered with a thick cloth with a glass roof in which I mostly stay and there are several triangular houses on the upper tier. There is a good selection of dishes, however, they are not willing to stop because the food is not good without floating the standard Menu, kebabs salads burgers potatoes beer set. The quality of the food back and forth is not to say super and not to say bad. I would say acceptable. But there is a stunning view of the Chimgan Mountains and the weather is not so hot thanks to the mountains. At above-average prices, I am generally satisfied with the place. It is suitable for a relaxing family vacation or small companies. There is a micro playground with a babysitter. Convenient parking on site. The prices are above average, perhaps you can find better for such a check, but I am satisfied with spending time there often.

A great place to relax, we lived in a penthouse with a gorgeous view!!! We used a barrel bath and a warm pool outside, after the wheelchair, that's the best thing! The service is great! Everything was delicious in the restaurant, and the food wasn't just for breakfast. We didn't even think to look for other places to eat! There were 10 of us, and everyone was thrilled. There were some shortcomings in the housing itself, but the infrastructure and maintenance made up for it all. I definitely recommend it!

We had a vacation with three families, in winter. We rented a chalet with a sauna and a Jacuzzi... I liked everything - my own kitchen, barbecue in the yard. The house is warm, lots of dishes, clean. In the morning we had breakfast (included) in a cafe near the main pool - a hearty European breakfast, eggs, pancakes, cheese, sausage, etc. At lunch, we already ate for our own - fried fish (delicious). In general, it's a five, but the price, like everywhere else in our mountains, bites... If I'm not mistaken, the house cost 6 lakhs per day...

We were in April, and the pool wasn't working, which no one told us about. The penthouse has a room in the center with no windows, like in a basement. There was no hot water! It was even impossible to wash up! A very weak water pressure - which was disappearing! We were very ashamed in front of our guests. Ants were crawling everywhere in the rooms. Construction was underway on the territory. The view was beautiful only at the mountains. I don't understand this cost-the prices are too high for this!

The worst vacation ever. Complete non-compliance with the stated conditions. We booked a chalet with a sauna and an outdoor Jacuzzi, but in fact the main element of recreation — the Jacuzzi — turned out to be completely cold and unusable. It was for his sake that this place was chosen. It was very cold inside the chalet — the heating was not working, I had to sleep in an icy room. A separate shock was that we were vacationing with a small child, and the administration didn't care. There was no gas in the kitchen, and some of the amenities were simply missing. The staff was called several times — the reaction was formal, the result was zero. The issues were not resolved, they dragged out the time, in fact, they just "calmed down", but they did not fix anything. As a result, the night was spent in the cold, the Jacuzzi did not work. After departure, we contacted the manager with a detailed description of the situation — the messages were ignored, no apologies, no attempt to compensate, and a complete lack of responsibility for our service. Conclusion: beautiful photos, beautiful promises, and a complete failure in practice. If you don't want to throw away money, ruin your vacation and face indifference, avoid this place.

I can't say that I liked everything. The trouble with breakfast is, we waited 20 minutes for scrambled eggs. By the pool, only two umbrellas were normal, the rest were broken, or crooked, or some kind of broken ones. A maximum of 3 stars can be awarded for the service.
