We have been in lots of places in Uzbekistan, but we found this hidden gem in the middle of Chimgan mountains. We were so surprised about how beautiful the cottages are and the territory is so well maintained. The service is also at a high level and we were treated so nicely! Highly recommended

We found this place purely by chance and were very pleasantly surprised- in such a remote place there is such a cool restaurant with a modern and interesting interior, excellent menu and good service. delicious cocktails and tinctures. We ordered a lot of dishes and everything was very tasty. We ordered a pizza with us before leaving, it was cooked in the oven and it turned out to be sooo delicious! Comfort in the mountains is a joke. We were here for the May holidays with a group of women. We really liked it. We lived in an apartment for 4 people, but there is a sofa and a kitchen room that can accommodate two more. Attached to the house is a territory with a barbecue and a sauna, there is also a table and chairs (you can eat outside). The house itself has panoramic windows, a beautiful modern interior, and a kitchen with everything you need for cooking. And other small things - slippers, bathrobe, toothpaste and brush, hair dryer. There is a swimming pool next to our number 1 machines. It's free in May, but the water is cold. It's warm in the children's pool. Sun beds are included. Breakfast is included in the room rate. The restaurant is open until 22:00 and you can order both lunch and dinner. The prices are affordable. Everything is very tasty. Especially eggplant salad and tortillas. You can eat by the pool. The territory is guarded, but small. The view of the mountains is amazing. The Yandex Taxi service operates near Charvak, Amirsoy and another Beldersay cable car (now closed). I calmly ordered to the mountains and back using my standard application and paid in cash. The service is excellent. On the way to the mountains, we bought strawberries of the Isabella variety and samsu mador (this is a mountain grass that grows only in May) We really liked it. We were on a weekday, there were few people and a nice price. The weather in the mountains is changeable, but the air is fresh and cooler than in the city of Tashkent. We will come back again and better for 2 days.

We vacationed in Balanda from January 3rd to January 8th, 2026 in a company of 7 people, lived in a penthouse on the 2nd floor. In short, I liked everything very much, thanks a lot to the staff for their flexible approach to different situations!!! More specifically below Positive: 1) food. Everything is delicious in the restaurant. We didn't have time for breakfast because the ski resort opened at 9 and we had to leave before breakfast. But when we informed the administrator, they began to bring it to us in the evening (that is, we didn't even go somewhere ourselves!!!) lunch boxes. It was very cool, they suited us both as breakfast and as snacks on the mountain. Then they told us that this was the first time they were doing this, and we were pleasantly surprised, because, to be honest, we hadn't even hoped for it. 2) Jacuzzi, sauna, underfloor heating - everything is working. there was a situation where we accidentally had floors at maximum, and we realized this only in the evening. so they found a man for us almost at midnight to turn them off. Thanks a lot for that too! 3) the possibility of washing - they took things to the reception and brought them to us again in the morning! 4) price / quality - here 12/10: everything is as on the website + excellent staff 5) You can order room service, it's really cool Not minuses, but rather suggestions for improvements, because it is also important to constantly improve. 1) in a room with a sauna, it would be cool to have a separate sink, so as not to go to wash in neighboring rooms. 2) in the middle room, I would like to add a window or maybe improve ventilation. 3) massage - as good as it is, but it can be better 4) It might make sense for the guests to turn on/off the Jacuzzi/sauna/floors themselves. I understand that employees do this to be extra safe, but this way it would be possible not to pull workers once again. 5) a warm corner in the outdoor pool can be made warmer A small note: we took a taxi to the ski area through the hotel 1 time. It's cheaper to negotiate with taxi drivers at the lower cable car. Once again, on behalf of our entire company, I would like to say a huge thank you, we really enjoyed it!!!

Excellent recreation area. The cabins are in excellent condition, everything is sterile, clean and fresh, although the place is not so new. The breakfasts are top-notch, even abroad in some hotels there is no such range). The staff was polite, responsive, everything was solved instantly, and even when we asked the guys for a reward for cooking shish kebab and a few more requests, the amount was significantly low, which of course we thanked more than we were told. We will definitely come there with our family again. The children got high in the heated pool, although we were worried that they would get sick, since the temperature was no higher than 16 degrees Celsius, and even more recently they got sick, but fortunately everything was great and the children even benefited from their heated pool. A separate bonus for the shampoo is very cool and the hair was just soft and shiny. The hair dryer is also a separate plus, as it is powerful and the hair was dried quickly) usually in hotels this is a problem. 🫣 I recommend everyone to visit and we will definitely come again.

We came with my husband to the spa suite, to spend time alone, to relax body and soul. And it was the best decision. Both were very satisfied. The staff is very attentive, friendly, courteous. The first chalet has a faulty large shower head. The water pours from the side, not from the bottom of the holes. Some of the lamps in the lobby at the entrance and above the sofas are burnt out, which makes it a little dark in the chalet. We recently had a rest in Balanda in the mountains near Tashkent — we were very satisfied. The place is beautiful, the atmosphere is calm, the air is incredible. A great place to relax, we lived in a penthouse with a gorgeous view!!! We used a barrel bath and a warm pool outside, after the wheelchair, that's the best thing! The service is great! Everything was delicious in the restaurant, and the food wasn't just for breakfast. We didn't even think to look for other places to eat! There were 10 of us, and everyone was thrilled. There were some shortcomings in the housing itself, but the infrastructure and maintenance made up for it all. I definitely recommend it!

The restaurant is cool, there are nice places on the street, what's inside. The waiters are great. The nursery is small, there are trampolines, the children have found something to do there. But... when I stopped by on Friday, I was shocked by the number of women in the pool. Moreover, it is clear that they do not look like vacationers in a chalet. This discouraged the desire to plunge into the water. We stayed only because the chalet has its own Jacuzzi. They cooled down in it. The next day, there were very few people in the pool. And it is immediately noticeable that everything is completely different from yesterday. If you want to swim, then we definitely won't come here. It is clear that you need to earn money and visitors just come to swim in the pool, but do not forget about the rest of those who paid for a full day and wanted the appropriate service. Mojito is not a mojito. The drinks are not delicious. Food for 4. Breakfast was a normal buffet. You can find something to eat on it. The coffee in the bar is delicious.

We had a vacation with three families, in winter. We rented a chalet with a sauna and a Jacuzzi... I liked everything - my own kitchen, barbecue in the yard. The house is warm, lots of dishes, clean. In the morning we had breakfast (included) in a cafe near the main pool - a hearty European breakfast, eggs, pancakes, cheese, sausage, etc. At lunch, we already ate for our own - fried fish (delicious). In general, it's a five, but the price, like everywhere else in our mountains, bites... If I'm not mistaken, the house cost 6 lakhs per day...
