It's a lovely hotel. I was here for the first time in 2021, and decided to return in 2025. I was in October both times (I think this is the best time to visit Turkey). The hotel is very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There were interesting shows every night. The rooms are simple, but comfortable and clean. The food is good - no frills, but there are a lot of delicious things, you definitely won't stay hungry. We traveled extensively, driving around the neighborhood, so we didn't spend much time at the hotel. For those who like to stay at the hotel all the time, there are various daytime activities, snack bars and more. But keep in mind that the hotel is an urban type, without a huge territory. A huge plus is that there is a huge traveling bazaar right on the street where the hotel is located on Mondays. You can buy everything there: fruits, vegetables, sweets, clothes, and souvenirs. After shopping, you don't need to go anywhere with these things - you just immediately go up to your room and leave your purchases there. Very convenient. The beach itself is nice and clean, there is a bar with drinks and snacks. However, entering the sea with large rocks, you need to be careful, especially with children. Unfortunately, the sea in the area was rough during our visit, but the hotel's beach is not responsible for this) We went to Kas, and there we were able to enjoy the cleanest and calmest sea. For the first time in their entire travel history, they received luggage for 1.5 hours, the welcoming guide said that this had become the norm and there were times when arrivals waited for 3 hours. Then we sat on the bus for another hour, waiting for some more guests who didn't arrive. It took 3.5 hours to get to the hotel from the airport. We arrived at the hotel at eleven o'clock in the evening, of course, there was no snack at the hotel at that time, and after the flight and the bus ride, despite 11 p.m., I really wanted to have a snack, and the only drinks were water in the cooler!!! The only thing was some kind of cold mashed potato soup that looked like it was killing my appetite completely. But Russians can't be intimidated by such bullshit, especially since this information has already been found in the reviews))) in 15 minutes, we defeat the reception with check-in, they explain to us that in order for Wi-fi to work properly, you need to install the hotel application on your phone. Room, this is the first time I've come across the fact that the safe is paid 2 euros per day and beach towels are paid 1 euro per day, not a deposit, but paid. Initially, when booking, I chose a room in the building where the reception is slightly more expensive, we got a room on the top floor near the elevator, which immediately made us want to change it, but since the child was tired after the trip and immediately went to bed, we decided to postpone the room change until the morning. At 11 p.m., the Migros supermarket, which is already closed across the street, but next to the store with meat/dairy products, bread, canned goods, alcohol, and water, the issue of a night snack was resolved quickly. The mattress on the bed is hard, those who are not used to it will have consequences in the morning, the pillows are small. The TV was not used, it is technically hanging. The table will be swept with a broom, wiped if only there is a "shit" left with everything. The dinner itself is more varied, there will always be meat/fish/ pasta. The sweet table will be beautiful, but it tastes like the same sponge cake in different creams or fruits, there is almost no baklava, and other Turkish sweets have also not been noticed. I would like to mention the dishes in the restaurant, it is very rare to find chipped dishes, but always clean plates will be wet, immediately after washing. The situation is similar with glasses. The waiters are friendly, but they don't clear the table until the last minute. Juices from the vending machine, chemical to taste, children can drink, but there is a risk of allergies, our child did well, fresh orange juice is paid. Everything was beautiful in the photo, but in fact the water park turned out to be designed for very small children, all the slides are gentle, parents of any complexion are allowed to slide down any slides. The slides are beautiful, the photos are great, but you don't get the expected effect, our 6-year-old got bored almost immediately, one visit was enough for us for the whole vacation. Deck chairs around the aquagorks could be found at any time. Beach. You can find it by looking at the description in the application on your phone or finding out the way to the reception. The beaches on the shore are numbered, the beach of the hotel is No. 21. It takes 10-12 minutes to walk around the city with a relaxed gait, along the way you will meet trees of oranges, tangerines, lemons, pomegranates, avocados. If you react calmly to fast Turkish drivers, then the road on the way to the beach can be crossed via a land crossing, there is an option to go under the bridge, a little longer, but much safer. The beach itself is sandy, but the entrance to the water is pebbly and there are quite large stones almost everywhere at the entrance to the water. If the wind is blowing and there is a strong wave, then it is very difficult to get in and out, most likely you will get hurt. There is an underground passage between the territories. We were given a room in the old building, but instead of a standard room, they gave us a 2-room family room with no extra charges. The room, of course, has tired furniture, a renovation for 3. At first it upset us, but later we came to the room just to sleep. The plumbing was working, and there was a balcony. We were lucky with the safes, which were open when we moved in, so we used them for free. And so for the safe extra. payment. After checking into the room, you can already use the Internet, which works throughout the territory for free and even on the beach. The speed is good. The reception has a QR code for the hotel's application, where you can track the schedule of all the hotel's entertainment, the opening hours of bars and restaurants, and also leave a request for a malfunction in the room. The territory of the hotel is small, but everything is very thoughtful. The main building has a swimming pool with an aquapark, a pool for children and a deeper pool, a restaurant, a snack bar, a bar with drinks (I must say that juices (tolerable), cola, fanta sprite, Efes beer are decent, I tried the local gin and tonic and whiskey and cola are also normal. The staff of the restaurant and the hotel as a whole are very diligent and friendly. During dinner, there is a bar in the restaurant with beer, wines (white, pink, red and pomegranate). The water park is a separate pleasure. The roller coaster is not scary and it's fun for both children and adults. The sea and the beach. It's a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel has its own beach. There are a lot of sun beds, a toilet, a bar with drinks and snacks. Everything is decent. The sea is warm but exciting. For money: bring dollars, they will be useful at the hotel. We exchanged rubles for lira directly from the guide at the off-line exchange rate. MIR maps don't work anywhere. The majority of Russians live in the hotel, followed by Poles, followed by Germans, Belarusians, and Ukrainians. The French, the Belgians and the British also beat him. The beach is great, as much as it can be in the Oba area, I have already rested in this area for the 4th time and there are slabs from time to time, you just need to know. The beach is beautifully decorated, there are many photo zones, pomegranate wine is served even in glasses and beer in plastic cups. There's even a Wi-Fi service on the beach. The only negative is that something was leaking in our toilet and it wasn't fixed. And on the last day, they just came into our room, just came in and looked at us, we still didn't understand why. This is a big disadvantage for the hotel, because firstly, in May you want to warm up after the pool, and secondly, in general, the expectations were higher. For a slightly lower cost, I would have gone several times, but it wasn't made for people. In general, it saddened me. Another small drawback is that there is no Wi-Fi in the room, only a shared one. It worked well for May, but there are likely to be constant breaks in the heat. There was also not enough kettle and glasses in the room, there was nowhere to pour water or tea, water. Later we adjusted and took water to drink at dinner, as I got used to drinking a glass of water in the morning and evening. Another advantage is the very convenient location. There is an exchange office, an ATM nearby, and a market opens next to the hotel on Mondays. The prices are very affordable. In general, I highly recommend it. Cakes, of which there are a lot, are tasteless, some kind of the cheapest cream, why make such a large selection, make a few, but to make it delicious, eggplant, tortillas, everything fatty are fried in oil. The only fruits are oranges and apples. In Turkey? Strawberries and bananas have always been available even in the most inexpensive hotels. The animation is rotten from the word at all, some kind of dance is half-dead in the morning, then they go to the nursery, where children cannot be left, why do we need such a nursery in a hotel? Animators mostly go around cleaning things up. The nursery itself is cartoons and useless 2-3 structures for children. On the playground next to the pool, she asked twice to remove the glasses, it would break, the children would cut themselves, and there was zero reaction. There's such dirt on the playground, ice cream sticks, paper, everything is lying around. The pools are icy, can't you make at least one warm one? I didn't find any special advantages, the room has broken plumbing and one outlet for the entire room. In general, you can find something more decent for this money. And immediately those who live in old buildings get ready for a separate horror, these are slamming room doors, is it really impossible to install a door closer?
