We stayed at this hotel for 17 days, and our last day was ruined. We took a tour, and the lobby staff member (Russian-speaking), Milana, said we could reschedule our missed dinner for the day of our departure. We asked the lobby staff several times beforehand about rescheduling dinner for lunch, but they didn't tell us that if we rescheduled dinner for lunch, we wouldn't be able to enjoy the all-inclusive package. In fact, we missed dinner on the all-inclusive package, and lunch was supposed to be all-inclusive, but on the last day, Milana said we could only have a meal and coffee/water. Why should we drink water/coffee/tea when we had paid for dinner on the all-inclusive package? What kind of concept is this at this hotel?! Nothing is for the people; there's only one desire to profit from them and squeeze all their money out of them! However, there were other tourists who also went on excursions and their wristbands weren't cut off, and they used the all-inclusive system. Example: We previously vacationed in Cuba, and our flight was also in the evening, so our wristbands were cut off, but we still enjoyed the all-inclusive system. Other hotels think about people!) They also asked us about our luggage, whether we needed help, told us what time we should come up, and even told us the time. We waited and waited, but no one came. Why then call and ask... We can also drop off our suitcases, but what was the point of calling?! Bottom line: we were deceived, our mood is ruined, and we thank you for ruining our vacation! I just want to say a huge thank you to Ahmed for the music, dancing, and atmosphere; without you, everything would have been worse!

This is a great hotel! We had a rest in August. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, the bed linen and towels are perfectly white and soft. The staff is friendly, everyone tries their best for the guests, you can feel it! There is a cool coffee shop with delicious desserts in the lobby. The food is excellent, the menu is varied, delicious coffee, even almond milk can be asked instead of the usual, which was a huge plus for me! The room had a view of the sea and the pool, in the evening the room was a little noisy from animation, but at 22-30h. The music stopped and then silence, relaxation☺️ the sea is clear, we went to the wild beach to the left of the hotel and to the end of the bay to the Radisson Hotel, where we swam in seclusion. I would advise the hotel administration to expand the beach area anyway, as it was probably originally intended, because the fenced area is too small for swimmers, but I want space and distance between vacationers. There's a construction site not far from the hotel, but it didn't really bother us, there wasn't much noise, or it just happened that we didn't hear it, I can't say that something bothered us. The coast is still being built up, so there are views of unfinished construction to the left and right of the hotel, but someday it will be very beautiful from all sides. We were satisfied with the rest! I recommend the hotel!

Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Beach is a cool hotel on the shores of the Persian Gulf in the Emirates. A gorgeous beach with clean sand and a clear sea begins right at the entrance. The rooms there are spacious, comfortable, with good furniture and all the necessary things like a TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. In the morning, you will have a delicious breakfast with lots of everything from fresh fruits to hard-boiled omelets and various cheeses. You can relax by the pool, work out in the gym or go for a walk along the shore. If you want extreme sports, you can try different water activities on the beach: ride a jet ski, surf or even scuba dive. There is also something for children to do: there is a playground and funny animators especially for them. We should also mention the service: the staff is friendly and ready to help at any time of the day. The hotel also has a good restaurant where excellent food is prepared, so you definitely won't stay hungry! Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Beach is an ideal option for relaxing by the sea, whether it's a trip together, with family or a group of friends.

We had a rest together with my husband from 9.12-15.12 .We took a burning ticket, I was very worried that everything would be bad, judging by some reviews.But it turned out to be quite the opposite. We were met by a bus from the hotel at Dubai airport, we got there in 1:20.We settled in right away!the room is spacious, clean, modern, large balcony, cleaning was done every day. By food:my husband and I liked everything, the food was of high quality, there were no problems with the bellies.there is always meat and chicken for lunch and dinner (yes, there is practically no seafood, but this is not a 5-star hotel for a second!)there are always fresh vegetables and herbs.I took fruits a couple of times, watermelon and melon )I won't write anything about sweets, since I don't really eat them.Alcohol is normal, I've never had a headache)at the entrance to the restaurant, a very nice girl was Aye Aye and gave me dessert on the day of departure, it was very nice) The beach is clean and the sea is clean too.and in general, the staff is very careful about cleanliness, well done.We went on an excursion to Oman (a boat trip) and really enjoyed it.Recommend. We visited the Karma restaurant at the hotel (Japanese cuisine)delicious and fresh rolls.delicious but expensive . I had a rest from September 7 to September 14. Drive 1-1.15 from the airport. Sea view from two sides, one on the pool and the sea, the other on the construction site and the sea. The island of novy is actively under construction. The rooms are excellent, new, there is a refrigerator, kettle, ironing board, iron, TV, hair dryer. Sockets are the same as their standard (I used an adapter, and USB (but not all sockets worked). Shampoo, balm, shower gel are all there. The bed is comfortable, the bed linen is good. The sea is very warm, so we mostly stayed by the pool. Drinks there is a truck on the beach, a pool bar, a lobby bar, and a bar in the dining room. Of the minuses, there is a small territory, bottled Amstel beer, but they give one in hand, even if you say that you are with a girl and she is on a sunbed, the food is monotonous, but you will not stay hungry. The cleaning is good every day. Wi-Fi is available throughout the territory. An hour and a half drive to Dubai took a driver with a car for 10 hours for $ 200. Animations basically have water aerobics in the morning, and in the evening they put on a small stage at the bar where a girl sings or a violinist performs. Rest is exactly price/quality. It's great for that price.

What is available on site: a children's playground, 2 pools for children and adults, restaurants, a gym, a hammam, a shop with accessories and souvenirs. Beach: white sand, clear sea, plenty of sun beds, enough for everyone, water volleyball, beach soccer, volleyball, ping pong, aquajim (charging). Staff: the presence of Russian-speaking staff, convenient communication via WhatsApp and quick response to requests. There are no disadvantages, for us it's the lack of a grocery store near the hotel, the nearest one is 20-25 minutes on foot, and in this heat it's hard. Conclusion: a nice cozy hotel, suitable for families with children, and fully met our expectations.

The food is like in a regular hotel, the advantage is that you can come at any time and the whole menu will be there. On my son's birthday, they brought a cake to the room and decorated the bed, but you need to warn about this in advance. On the downside, there's not much to do for teenage children, there are three PS5S in the children's room, but they pay 60 dirhams per hour per child, considering four sons it's expensive.

We took guided tours through a tour operator in Abu Dhabi ($ 110 per person), sightseeing Dubai ($ 100). The territory is small and compact. Thoughtful. Yes, construction is still underway around the hotel , as is the case throughout the island , but it didn 't bother me much . The hotel has a pool area and a private beach with clean, light sand. We never took a swim in the pool during our entire vacation , as we preferred the beach. Every day there is a workout for everyone, ending with a fun dance (at 10 o'clock on the beach, at 11 o'clock by the pool). The food in this hotel is also top notch. Even for me ( I don 't eat meat) , there were sooooo many things , I didn 't even have time to try everything , I just couldn 't physically fit 😁 A lot of meat dishes , for dinner there is even an outdoor barbecue , a large selection of dishes from legumes and vegetables , soups , herbs , fruits and of course their divine desserts😍 Are wonderful and breakfast , lunch and dinner 😍 The hotel also has a gym with many fitness equipment and a sauna , there is a massage room for an additional fee . Upon check-in, you will be given cards with which you can enter the fitness room. Also keep in mind that you will not leave the elevator without these cards . You need to attach the card and click on your floor , only then it will go . There is also a place to walk and have a snack outside the hotel. Overall , the hotel is top🔥 I recommend👌

We stayed at this hotel from 08.09.2025 to 15.09.2025. We arrived at the hotel around 11 a.m., they put on bracelets and allowed us to use drinks at the bar, as well as use the beach and pool. The territory is small, but there was enough space for everyone by the pool and on the beach, there were always sun beds.The hotel is new, it was nice to be anywhere in it. We were checked in at exactly 15.00. The room is relatively spacious and clean. We took a sea view initially, we lived on the 6th floor. The construction site was almost inaudible. The room had a small balcony, where it was nice to sit in the evening. The guys at the reception almost all speak Russian, they respond to all requests and problems instantly. Just returned from this hotel , I 'm writing a real review about my feeling This was our first time in Dubai , the hotel is excellent for its price , we gave away 177 all inclusive 2 adults and a child 2.3 g , 6 days!the staff is very friendly, they understand something in Russian, they try their best!!!We arrived at 10 a.m. , and at 12 p.m. we were already checked in. No problem. On the day of the tour, a late dinner was brought to the room and lunch was rescheduled on the day of the departure! We were unlucky with the weather, we got into rain and clouds, but it didn't spoil our vacation! The hotel is cool, clean, the food is varied and good, the child of 2 years found something to feed! The rooms are gorgeous, we had a beautiful sea view!we bought chocolate and dates in a store that is nearby, if you walk along the construction site, the prices there turned out to be the most profitable.There's also a beach, you can go for a walk and take cool pictures. By the way, the construction site did not interfere with the word at all, for cool photos you can always move a little away from the beach and take pictures , I was only worried about this , since the beach is small and there are a lot of people , but it turned out not to be a problem 😍😍😍 A cool children's playground, there is some kind of program in the evening, but we didn't get there , we always went for a walk somewhere. The hotel has a la carte restaurants, starbucks in the lobby-prices are the same as everywhere else. The main restaurant is pleasant, spacious, there is enough space for everyone, there are tables outside, but there are queues during rush hour. The food is European, everything is delicious! The only negative is that flies are flying and there are a lot of birds on the street that steal food from the plate. The beach is great, there is enough space for everyone, the entrance to the sea is smooth, there are fish. There are a lot of seashells on the nearby beach. We saw a sea urchin. The territory of the hotel is small, but there is a beautiful embankment nearby. I recommend it, and I think we'll come back!

Now to the cons, for the sake of constructive criticism in order to improve: despite the general politeness of the staff, some individual employees allow quite unpleasant situations in communication, such as ostentatiously ignoring you in the queue for drinks, it was possible to draw attention to themselves only after outright abuse in their address. Such behavior in a hotel of the declared class is unacceptable. The room was booked for three family members, but it was not ready for arrival, even if it was late: for some reason, everything in it was for two people. Maybe children are not considered people, although it is unlikely, rather simple incompetence. There is little evening animation, live music does not count, it is difficult to call it serious entertainment, the food is not bad, but monotonous, after 2 days of rest I could easily predict what will happen today, breakfast, lunch and dinner are the same as yesterday. It would be necessary to diversify the menu. It doesn't hurt to place a normal bar area on the beach, functional, presentable with music, and not "construction trailers". It would add to the appeal. The nearest store is quite far away - a 25-minute one-way walk and it seems to be the only one on the island, there are no exchangers to change the currency, you should take a taxi 8 km to the nearest mall. Half of the rooms, those facing the access road, go out to the construction site, which does not stop even at night, it is unlikely to be able to sleep normally, you should stock up with earplugs, although this is the current problem of the hotel and these devices should be provided by the hotel as a sign of understanding and acceptance of these temporary inconveniences for visitors, but the problem is ignored. You can put up with many disadvantages due to the location, but the hotel managers should work on the internal shortcomings. In general, the hotel is not bad, it justifies its 4* with a small approximation. Well, I would also like to add that most of the reception staff with whom I had a chance to communicate are well done, they are competent in all matters, they always cooperate.
