We returned from vacation on February 5, 2025. We had a rest with a large group of 10 people (2 children). The hotel is wonderful!Stylish, clean,comfortable. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Nutrition: the food is varied and delicious (plus/minus in terms of variety, as everywhere in decent hotels). Seafood dishes were served a couple of times (pasta with mussels and squid/salad with king prawns/baked squid with sauce) I'm a fan of marine reptiles, so I focused on this) Drinks: delicious packaged juices (the assortment is good), fanta,cola sprite,coffee,tea Made From alcohol, we tried everything. The bar menu includes: wine (white, pink, red), pinot colada, whiskey cola, rum cola, gin tonic,cuba libre and much more) I'll mark it:They cook incredibly delicious pizza for lunch and dinner!The kids and we took her all the time! The restaurant staff works quickly and unobtrusively (which is very important). They do their job 100%, despite the fact that they are visible, but only briefly. The hotel was at its maximum capacity, there were a lot of people (we recommend taking places by the pool on the left side closer to the sea in advance (the sun is there until the evening). One of the disadvantages is a small territory, or rather, there is practically none. The entire territory is the hotel building, the pool area, the beach line. The luxury hotel is located on an artificially built island in the Arabian Sea. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The food is very tasty. The rooms are stylish and modern. There are different lighting scenarios in the room. We took a sea view, 9th floor. The balcony is a special love. Thanks to my travel agent for the recommendation, and for being able to buy a tour at a good price 3 days before departure. We have full board, but I think it was possible to take breakfast and dinner, very Satisfying, a large selection, a lot of meat, pizza from the oven. The only thing missing is a normal ice cream)). The hotel is clean, cozy, well renovated, excellent rooms, daily cleaning.

The same situation happened with the sheets, we had to wait for an empty elevator for 10 minutes, because we were in a wheelchair and there was no way to go down the stairs.

You can take a walk outside the hotel, but there is construction going on everywhere, so there is a lot of dust.
Also, because of the construction site, it was very noisy in the morning, the jackhammers were working next to the hotel at 6 a.m., it was not possible to sleep longer. The kitchen is decent, probably if you rest for a long time, it's a bit monotonous, but you don't get tired of it in a week. There is a heated swimming pool on site, which was very helpful. After the sea, we basked there. We visited in December 2024.

Great. A comfortable transfer to the airport was organized. We were well met, immediately fed, and settled in before the appointed time. The room is spacious, it has everything you need. The food is very tasty, there are no queues for food. The staff was incredibly responsive, all issues were resolved with lightning speed. The area is very clean, the beach is very large, there is a lot of entertainment.

Overall a good hotel. The service, the cuisine, the attitude of the staff - everything is at a decent level. But there are a couple of spoonfuls of tar:
1. Meals should be taken at least at the FB level (full board). The prices in the hotel's restaurant are simply space. On the day of departure, you will be served only breakfast, since the estimated time is 12:00, and lunch is from 13, so if you attended excursions and had to skip lunch or dinner, then you need to point this out to the reception staff and then they (making a displeased face) will give you a voucher for lunch.
2. In this hotel, as in many others in the UAE, air conditioners in public areas work very hard. The rooms are also programmed to cool the room to 21 degrees in the absence of guests. And when you come to the room from the beach, you get into the refrigerator! We left the balcony door ajar so that the air conditioner wouldn't turn on.

A great hotel for a relaxing and leisurely holiday. The staff is polite, helpful and almost everyone speaks Russian. The rooms have all the amenities: a bed, a table, a sofa, a TV, a mini-refrigerator, a safe. Cleaning is daily. Buffet style food: varied and delicious. Mostly meat dishes. The beach is sandy, there are many sun beds and umbrellas.
The hotel is family-run, which means there will be a lot of children.
In general, it is a great place to spend time in the Emirates with pleasure.

The hotel is good for its price, the rooms and cleaning are excellent, the territory is not large as everywhere else in the UAE, but there is enough of everything.
The food was the most disappointing, yes everything is delicious, meat and rice are 5+, but in general it could have been better.
We had a vacation last year in Radison, there on the island, the food was much better.
The animation is so-so, plays a saxophone for 30 minutes in the evening while everyone is at dinner, and then goes to a paid restaurant, then it's not clear at all why it is needed.

We spent 10 wonderful days in this hotel - from December 5 to December 15, 2024. I was with two children, 4 years old and 6 years old. We took all inclusive.
What you liked:
- The general vibe of the hotel is friendly and smiling It's nice to be here.
- The sea! 🌊 Clean, warm (about 22-24 degrees). Yes, not fresh milk, but it was comfortable for me and the children to swim. The beach is shallow, we walked in shoes on the first day, but then we got used to it and moved around without shoes.
- The beach is small, but there is enough space for everyone, bumpers didn't rub against anyone. It's upsetting, of course, that at 10 a.m. all the sun beds are already filled with towels, and there are no people around (classic 😡), but never mind, you can always put other people's towels aside and lie down, and when the gentlemen deign to return, you won't be there.
- The children's room - you can safely leave heirs there, they look after them well, there are enough entertainers. The door is locked so that the children do not crawl around the hotel. 👍
- Food! Diverse, but, of course, specific to us, which is logical. However, you won't stay hungry: for breakfast there are all kinds of eggs, vegetables and fruits, porridges, different types of milk with snacks. Sweets and incredible waffles - I missed them for a couple of weeks after returning. For lunch, soups (we all found them tasteless), several types of meat, vegetables and salads, rice, pasta, sausages - the children also have something to eat) For dinner, we usually had grilled beef or chicken and vegetables.
- The pool is clean, with a beautiful view. It's small, yes... but for me, the main thing in any pool is cleanliness and the absence of noise from children after visiting it. There are no complaints here!
- The rooms are nice and clean. They have everything, even an iron. Gorgeous view of the bay - the sunrises here are incredible. But the walls are made of cardboard 😂 You will hear the neighbors both arguing and reconciling...😂
What caused the inconvenience:
- The closer to the middle of December, the more people there are. You can't get through to breakfast from 8 to 9 a.m., it's better to arrive at 10.00. It's the same with lunch and dinner - we always came at the end, because when we showed up earlier, we got into a game of squeezing out - queues for pots, elbowing each other, a battle for a watermelon…
- When you come here, you should understand that there is a construction site nearby. I knew this and took earplugs with me so that at 7 a.m. I wouldn't flinch from the screech of metal under the window. But to be fair, I'll say that out of 10 days it was noisy in the morning only a couple of times. However, given the speed of construction around it, the situation in this regard will only worsen over time. 😢
- Ice cream is terrible 😂 My children eat any sweet, because outside of holidays and holidays I try not to feed them, but even they did not eat this "fruity" something
Notes:
- I do not advise those who, like us, regularly visit the Moscow zoo to go to their local one. Not impressed. Yes, it's interesting to see a lion sleeping upside down while driving past it in a minibus, but in general, 25,000 rubles for three people to visit the zoo from 11.00 to 16.00 is a bit much. This is exactly the price the hotel guide had, taking into account the round-trip transfer, I couldn't find a cheaper one.
- But the tour to Dubai, bought from the same Fun & Sun representative, more than justified itself. We left the hotel at 9.30, and returned around 22.00. All this time (except for the way to Dubai and back), a girl guide was with us - she told us very interestingly and humorously about the country, about Dubai itself, customs and unusual features. Even children listened and remembered☺️ Well, of course, they took us for a ride around the sights, and in the evening they took us to the Dubai Mall, to the dancing fountain show and shopping. Ah! Even before that, they rode a boat on the Marina, they fed us well (meals are included in the price of the tour, 30,000 rubles for the three of us).

The beach and pool are clean. Live music in the evenings. They change the currency at the reception. Who should hang out, not here. We visited in February 2025. A good hotel for its "stars".
The weather was great, the water is still cold in the sea, but for walruses there is no reason not to swim - it invigorates., For the rest - a pool with warm water
I liked the cuisine - the food was delicious, there was even seafood, a decent filling for the “all inclusive” bar, there is plenty to choose from.
I want to say a special thank you to the entire animation team, because if it weren't for them, the hotel wouldn't be able to see 5 ⭐️😅 - because it would be really boring in a small hotel area, and even more so with children. I especially liked Guzel, a very friendly and sweet girl. I'm excited about doing yoga at sunset and morning exercises with her.
I even wanted to come back here again, in general, I advise you.
