We stayed at this hotel for 17 days, and our last day was ruined. We took a tour, and the lobby staff member (Russian-speaking), Milana, said we could reschedule our missed dinner for the day of our departure. We asked the lobby staff several times beforehand about rescheduling dinner for lunch, but they didn't tell us that if we rescheduled dinner for lunch, we wouldn't be able to enjoy the all-inclusive package. In fact, we missed dinner on the all-inclusive package, and lunch was supposed to be all-inclusive, but on the last day, Milana said we could only have a meal and coffee/water. Why should we drink water/coffee/tea when we had paid for dinner on the all-inclusive package? What kind of concept is this at this hotel?! Nothing is for the people; there's only one desire to profit from them and squeeze all their money out of them! However, there were other tourists who also went on excursions and their wristbands weren't cut off, and they used the all-inclusive system. Example: We previously vacationed in Cuba, and our flight was also in the evening, so our wristbands were cut off, but we still enjoyed the all-inclusive system. Other hotels think about people!) They also asked us about our luggage, whether we needed help, told us what time we should come up, and even told us the time. We waited and waited, but no one came. Why then call and ask... We can also drop off our suitcases, but what was the point of calling?! Bottom line: we were deceived, our mood is ruined, and we thank you for ruining our vacation! I just want to say a huge thank you to Ahmed for the music, dancing, and atmosphere; without you, everything would have been worse!

We stayed at this hotel with a family with two children in mid-January. My impressions were pleasant: Number. Clean, tidy, with modern renovation. The King bed is comfortable, the bed linen is fresh. There is a sofa in the room for children. There is everything you need: TV, hairdryer, kettle, iron, ironing board, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand soap and hand cream. Service. The staff is polite and helpful. We were checked into the room a little earlier, questions were answered promptly. Breakfast. A buffet with a good selection: porridge, omelette, pastries, fruits, drinks. Everything is fresh and delicious. I liked the waffles the most. Lunch and dinner. There was a buffet, fish, squid, mussels, grilled food on the terrace. There were about 2-3 salads, fresh vegetables, fruits, drinks, coffee and tea. There are French fries, they need to be ordered separately from the waiters. The waiters and staff only understand English. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. Location. The hotel is located on a bulk island, the city is not close, a taxi costs about 70 dirhams. A shuttle service to Al Hamra Mall is available from the hotel. The nearest pharmacy is Aston, there is also a shop where you can buy gifts. You can walk along the embankment. We swam in the sea once or twice, because the water is cool, but you can swim if you want. The children mostly swam in the pool, played volleyball and football. Minor flaws were not noticed. Overall, it's a decent hotel for your money. Our family really liked it, the staff works on quality. I recommend. Separately from the guide, we bought a tour of Dubai, which took a whole day. Dubai is about 100-110 km from the city.

Just returned from this hotel , I 'm writing a real review about my feeling This was our first time in Dubai , the hotel is excellent for its price , we gave away 177 all inclusive 2 adults and a child 2.3 g , 6 days!the staff is very friendly, they understand something in Russian, they try their best!!!We arrived at 10 a.m. , and at 12 p.m. we were already checked in. No problem. On the day of the tour, a late dinner was brought to the room and lunch was rescheduled on the day of the departure! We were unlucky with the weather, we got into rain and clouds, but it didn't spoil our vacation! The hotel is cool, clean, the food is varied and good, the child of 2 years found something to feed! The rooms are gorgeous, we had a beautiful sea view!we bought chocolate and dates in a store that is nearby, if you walk along the construction site, the prices there turned out to be the most profitable.There's also a beach, you can go for a walk and take cool pictures. By the way, the construction site did not interfere with the word at all, for cool photos you can always move a little away from the beach and take pictures , I was only worried about this , since the beach is small and there are a lot of people , but it turned out not to be a problem 😍😍😍 A cool children's playground, there is some kind of program in the evening, but we didn't get there , we always went for a walk somewhere. We had a rest together with my husband from 9.12-15.12 .We took a burning ticket, I was very worried that everything would be bad, judging by some reviews.But it turned out to be quite the opposite. We were met by a bus from the hotel at Dubai airport, we got there in 1:20.We settled in right away!the room is spacious, clean, modern, large balcony, cleaning was done every day. By food:my husband and I liked everything, the food was of high quality, there were no problems with the bellies.there is always meat and chicken for lunch and dinner (yes, there is practically no seafood, but this is not a 5-star hotel for a second!)there are always fresh vegetables and herbs.I took fruits a couple of times, watermelon and melon )I won't write anything about sweets, since I don't really eat them.Alcohol is normal, I've never had a headache)at the entrance to the restaurant, a very nice girl was Aye Aye and gave me dessert on the day of departure, it was very nice) The beach is clean and the sea is clean too.and in general, the staff is very careful about cleanliness, well done.We went on an excursion to Oman (a boat trip) and really enjoyed it.Recommend. We visited the Karma restaurant at the hotel (Japanese cuisine)delicious and fresh rolls.delicious but expensive . The hotel has a la carte restaurants, starbucks in the lobby-prices are the same as everywhere else. The main restaurant is pleasant, spacious, there is enough space for everyone, there are tables outside, but there are queues during rush hour. The food is European, everything is delicious! The only negative is that flies are flying and there are a lot of birds on the street that steal food from the plate. The beach is great, there is enough space for everyone, the entrance to the sea is smooth, there are fish. There are a lot of seashells on the nearby beach. We saw a sea urchin. We recommend the hotel 100%! We had a rest with my husband for a week at the end of January-beginning of February. We didn't find a single negative! Although we read reviews about the construction site before the trip, we asked for a room with a view of the pool when we checked in, which they settled us in! We could have paid extra for a room with a balcony, but we refused. We lived with panoramic Windows on the 9th floor, the view is gorgeous! The food range for the 4-star hotel is excellent: always chicken, beef, seafood or fish in various forms. For dinner every day there is a BBQ area outside. The rooms are cleaned daily. Of course there are no bedbugs! The bars make delicious coffee! Alcohol from 12 to 00, canned beer and red wine are our favorites, as well as pinacolada is a delight! The territory of the hotel is small, but on the contrary, we liked it even more, we don't need to measure kilometers from the sea to the restaurant, as in Egypt. In the evening, from 20.30 to 21.00, there is a children's program, and then live music until 22.15-vocals, saxophone, guitar, very atmospheric! There is an opportunity to play volleyball on the beach, there are always a lot of free sun beds, the water is cool but refreshing, we swam every day! Lots of fish swimming! The pool is very warm, there are only a lot of people until 12 o'clock, then you can safely swim without a bunch of people. Deck chairs near the pool are more often occupied, but 1-2 are always available. There are many vacationers with children and many foreigners in the hotel. The service and maintenance are at a very high level, everything is monitored and looked after with special difficulty! We recommend you to visit! We never took a swim in the pool during our entire vacation , as we preferred the beach. Every day there is a workout for everyone, ending with a fun dance (at 10 o'clock on the beach, at 11 o'clock by the pool). The food in this hotel is also top notch. Even for me ( I don 't eat meat) , there were sooooo many things , I didn 't even have time to try everything , I just couldn 't physically fit 😁 A lot of meat dishes , for dinner there is even an outdoor barbecue , a large selection of dishes from legumes and vegetables , soups , herbs , fruits and of course their divine desserts😍 Are wonderful and breakfast , lunch and dinner 😍 The hotel also has a gym with many fitness equipment and a sauna , there is a massage room for an additional fee . We had a rest in the middle of February 2026, the hotel was heavily loaded, as the hotel hosted 2 parties of athletes in a week: first runners, then cyclists. And despite the large number of guests in the hotel, there is no feeling of crowding. The hotel's restaurant is big enough, there have always been plenty of tables, and the kitchen handles the flow perfectly! There are 2 children's playgrounds: one is located in the main building behind the lobby, they speak English, there are slot machines, consoles, a swimming pool, art objects are painted on the face)). The second game is in Russian, Toucan, it is located behind a large swimming pool, it's also a lot of fun there, the children never went out without crafts. We counted 7 pools: there is a separate 16+ pool, an indoor indoor pool and one right on the beach with sea water. The service at the hotel is not that fast, it is lightning fast, any problem is solved immediately or within 5 minutes. The staff is friendly and welcoming. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the local shopping center 2 times a day, but you must make a reservation for the trip in advance. The weather is great, there is no intense heat and humidity, as in Thailand, but the tan sticks once or twice, the temperature is very comfortable. The sea is cool, but you can swim, but it's not cold when you go out. The beach was cut by 2 times. 3 years ago, it was stretched along the coast, now everything is crowded. But the pool is being heated this year, super. Alcohol for every taste, it doesn't seem to be diluted, I'm not a big connoisseur, but I tried everything without stealing the degree). And the worst thing is that there is a continuous construction site around, on the right, on the left, piles are hammered, hammered. There is a transfer every day to Alhamra , they say, you need to make an appointment in advance , there may not be enough places . The pool is cleaned every day, the water is clean and warm, the sea is clean and beautiful , and there are always plenty of sun beds on the beach. Since we had a rest in January , the children were in the pool more , there were no cases of poisoning , everything is fine . There are also animators and Russian speakers in the playroom, everyone is very friendly, they conducted master classes with children, the children are delighted. Live music and dancing in the evening . The territory is small , but there is a beautiful embankment outside the territory for those who want to walk in the evening. The rooms are clean, the views from the window are gorgeous. The hotel has practically no territory. And there's the same construction site outside. Even the nearest store is a couple of kilometers away, there is nowhere to walk. But there is an embankment and playgrounds nearby. Dubai is 2 hours away, Abu Dhabi is 3 hours away. We also took an excursion to Oman - you won't see anything except a boat and the ocean, it seemed cool, but there were more people standing on the border than there were in the country.

The all-inclusive, reasonable price for the New Year and the bay were important to us, since the sea temperature even in the UAE in December and January is far from "fresh milk", and in the bay it warms up at least a little. About the construction site: Al Marjan is a new bulk island. In fact, only 4-5 hotels have been built on it now. Everything else is logically built up.
