Terrible hotel! I NEVER advise ANYONE to visit it! I very rarely write reviews, despite the fact that we vacation abroad at least 4 times a year in different hotels, but this time I definitely write a review with the SOLE purpose and mission-to PROTECT tourists from this horror, from huge disappointment, from spoiled holidays, from money thrown in the trash, and Quite a few! It's not even 4 stars, but 1 star maximum! Very poor food with disgusting quality of food and dishes! Nothing is possible to eat, both the child and the adults go hungry and it's all inclusive! Everything is included here - it's just a name! It is impossible to drink alcoholic beverages on all-inclusive, you can only drink drinking water from all-inclusive without fear of poisoning! Here are some senile rules of this so-called hotel-All inclusive 1 can of beer in 1 hand)) a family with a child of 8 years old cannot visit the spa, because in this "hotel" children are not allowed to visit the spa area (sauna, hammam).

After arriving, we went to the beach, there are small storage rooms in the toilets with incomprehensible closing mechanisms. The room is spacious, with a large TV, refrigerator, iron, and kettle. The food is varied and delicious. There were fish, meat dishes, vegetables, salads, juices of 2 types. There is a queue for coffee at the coffee machines at breakfast. The beach is clean and well maintained. Alcoholic beverages are normal to drink. Especially canned Austrian canned beer. I liked the accommodation and everything was arranged at the hotel

We rested from June 16 to June 23. With the family, we took everything included + alcohol. Food is deliciously fed. The temperature of the sea and the pool are practically no different hot. Tides of 20 meters. There were no algae. The sea is clear. The entrance to the sea is gentle, the sand is the best for children. There were always a lot of sun beds available. There is nowhere to go for a walk. Purely a beach holiday. I would come back again. Like it.

Great hotel! Everything is new! The staff is polite, quickly solves any questions that arise. The territory is well maintained, the sea is close. We are currently staying at this hotel, we are flying home tomorrow. There are no minuses, only pluses. Доброе утро!Отдыхала в этом отеле с 28 по 4 апреля этого года.Персонал старался сделать все возможное для урегулирования неприятных моментов при по прибытию.Долго не заселяли,потом в час дня дали хороший номер.Действительно,персонал старается .От работников ресепшена до уборщицы.Народу много,спмейных пар и пар с детьми.Меня это не смущало.Еда в столовой нормальная,без изысков.Меня все устроило.Желаю отелю удачи и процветания.

The hotel is declared as 4*, but it is definitely worthy of 5. The food is great, the staff is great. The first coast! The pool is not big, but there was enough space for everyone. Alcohol is imported. The room was cleaned every day. The towel was changed daily, bed linen 1 time on request. But I think if I asked to change it every day, there would be no problems. The hotel is good. We traveled from Abu Dhabi for more than 2 hours by bus. We were given a room on the 7th floor with a sea view, a great room, but without a balcony and a window can not be opened. The beach is big, there are a lot of sun loungers, but our stupid tourists occupy them almost at night, and as a result they themselves sleep until lunch, and people have nowhere to lie down.
The sea is a separate story. But this is not for the hotel, but for the emirate itself. The sea is terrible, muddy, with algae and dead fish, worse than black. I will never return to this place.
There is no animation in the hotel. At all. In the evenings, they play the saxophone, then the girl sings a couple of songs. And that's it.
In general, the hotel is for a seal holiday: there is nowhere to go, it is very expensive to go, there is nothing to see, there is no territory.

But!!! I put 3 stars for the fact that for the 5th night I can't fall asleep in time because of the slotting of the nightclub, which the windows of our room overlook. This club is located on the territory of the hotel, on the second floor. And now it's 23.55 and we are lying with the whole family and "enjoying" the sounds of techno and drunken parties.
I was driving with a desire to rest and sleep, but I will leave even more broken.
I think this is a mistake of the owners of the hotel, because the whole half of the building faces the side of the nightclub, and we are not the only ones who are disturbed by sounds.
The side facing the pool does not hear them, they were more lucky....

On the spot they changed immediately, so the rooms on the other side are just with a sea view on the horizontal (although it is not considered sea view) and the setting sun. The hotel is designed for a quiet family holiday. From entertainment live music and saxophone. We had discos a couple of times, it was cool. It is better to take everything included, since everything for money is expensive. We took a hookah, quite decent and not expensive (in comparison with Moscow prices) Thank you for a wonderful stay. We were at the hotel from 11 to 20.12 with my husband and 2-year-old son. We arrived at 8 a.m., the bracelets were issued at 10.30. I was surprised that this is just a rag cord, it does not fit with such a modern design. We had lunch at 12.30, checked in at 13.30. The number opens with a card. A room on the 4th floor with a view of the open sea and the road. The view is gorgeous, but the audibility is 100%. At night, it feels like you're lying next to the road. But we got used to it and it didn't cause any inconvenience on the second night.
There is a buffet in the dining room, the food is delicious, but the side dish is always rice, potatoes, steamed vegetables for dinner and lunch. But the meat is always of different types, for dinner a dish from the chef and a dish on the grill. The fish is white, red, squid and mussels every three days. There are soups for lunch and dinner. It is always noisy, buzzing, there are a lot of children around. There is a small fenced area for adults only. There is an oven to the left of the entrance, and delicious pizza is baked for lunch and dinner. Strong alcohol is not very good, the wines are not bad. The bartenders are extremely unfriendly, but you can understand that the flow of people does not stop for a minute. Tea, coffee, and juices are not limited from vending machines at lunch and dinner.
The beach is great, spacious, there are enough sun loungers for everyone. Sand with crumbs from shells, you can cut yourself, but not much. The sea is cool in December, the temperature is like lakes in the Urals in summer)) But I'm cold, my husband says it's warm. One day there was a strong wind and it even started to rain. There are breakwaters all around, there are no big waves. From the beach there is no feeling of the open sea, as there are hotels on the horizon, like swimming in a lake. The water is very salty, I advise you to take glasses.
The hotel is far from the shops. There is a super market at the Rixos hotel, at the exit to the left about a kilometer on the left side. You can walk back along the embankment on the right side, there is also a running track and a playground with bicycle rental. Family bike for 4, 70 dirhams 45 minutes. There is no way to eat anywhere except in hotels. If you go to the city, then only by taxi, there is no public transport. From the hotel there is a free 1.5-hour shuttle service to Al Hamra Mall.
