We had a vacation with our family in March 2024.
A good hotel, everything is always very clean, cozy, wonderful and friendly staff.
They are well fed at breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

Our fellow citizens are few. Mostly Britons, Amerians and then the whole of continental Europe.
We took breakfast and dinner. The food is varied, some dishes can be obtained "from under the knife" on request. A joke with drinks for dinner. Only drinking water is included in the price. Everything else is for bad money. A can of pepsi 0.25l-729 rubles.
The rooms are cleaned well.
The hotel itself is clean, not shabby.
At first, they wanted to move into room 108. And there is a view from the window of the hotel under construction. The pit, the pipes, everything is as it should be. I had to explain that this was not indicated when booking. To which I was offered to pay an additional 2100 dirhams and I will have a normal view. I had to explain in detail once again that the comrades were wrong and such tricks were done in the Turkish fours in the 2000s. As a result, they offered an alternative on the 5th floor in another wing, which suited us.
The staff, as always in the emirates, is as friendly and respectful as possible, but it will be difficult for a non-native speaker to understand them.

I liked.

I was thrilled to visit the gallery restaurant! Beautiful interior, mosaics, paintings and exclusive interior items create a unique atmosphere. I really liked the Greek cuisine, especially the dishes with individual serving - these are real Instagram positions! The chef came out and cooked the dishes right in front of our eyes, it was very impressive. The manager Manos is very sociable and hospitable, always wondering if everything is fine with us. I would also like to mention the hostess girls who helped book the right bed. You can also book beds on the beach or by the pool, it is very convenient. But the most interesting thing is the ice show in the pool! They throw 500 kg of ice on Saturday, it's incredibly cool! I will definitely come back to this restaurant gallery again!

A super hotel.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. There was a heavy downpour today, the whole of Dubai was flooded, as was our room. We were on the 2nd floor. The room was replaced without question with a better one without any questions.
The food is very tasty, the cuisine is different every day.(I was struck by the wood-burning oven in which pizza was cooked)
The rooms are clean, the beach is clean, everything here is super clean and comfortable.
If you are eating with your family and children, then you can't think of a better hotel. A separate children's pool. A children's room with babysitters.

Excellent hotel, location on a Palm tree. The service is beyond praise. Special thanks to Nazgul - she always helped in solving any issue. Healthy lifestyle nutrition and Detox cocktails. NO ALCOHOL! A pool with cool water, cleanliness all around. The rooms are spacious and bright. I recommend it! There is a supermarket next to the hotel - we bought ice cream, fruit, headphones.

As for food, there is, but the choice is small. And the hotel itself is very small. Nowhere to walk. There is a construction site nearby. So if you choose a room with a view of the city, you will hear the noise of construction in the morning. At the end of the rest, they also started making tiles next to the pool. Very unpleasant and noisy.
We were supposed to go to another emirate to another hotel, but the tour operator Pegasus really let us down and we got here. Very sorry for the day for the spoiled rest.

Like many (judging by the reviews), there was a sooooooo long settlement, although I filled in all the data beforehand. Finally, they also distinguished themselves. They gave (for money, of course) a dirty (to be exact, a dirty) car, both outside and inside, for a trip to the airport. It was even somehow a shame to get out of it, and also with the hotel logo. They made a direct anti-advertisement for themselves.
The location is for an amateur, there is nothing nearby, but no one canceled UBER either)) The beach is small, but there are always places, a lot of water rides are offered. In general, we are satisfied. You can go again. Still, it's not for nothing that I sent them an angry letter for a taxi. General Manager himself apologized and asked to contact him in advance at the next check-in)

The rooms are good, technological, modern, the view from the rooms is good from almost all. The food is excellent, thanks to the hotel for the desserts, they are divine. The waiters pour coffee at breakfast, you can ask 10 times and wait a long time. There is no alcohol in the hotel, take it from the duty-free who needs it, or you can buy it at a nearby hotel on the beach. The bus to the city runs at 10 am only. By taxi to Dubai Mall 80 dirhams, to Emirates Mall 40 dirhams. Divide by 3.6 and get the price in dollars. The hotel is quiet, there is not even music. There are activities, but they apparently take place in closed settlements, since nothing is seen or heard on the street. I had a rest in early September at this hotel for a week. The overall impression of the hotel is good, a beautiful view of the palm tree and Atlantis, a nice beach, the room was cleaned well, the food is delicious, varied. I didn't like the drinks service. It is not convenient that there is no self-service regarding drinks of coffee, tea, juices, water. Sometimes it is impossible to wait for the waiter and order drinks. When checking in, they first asked for a deposit, but said that there was no way to leave a deposit, then they took the usual fee upon check-in. I would like to come back here again if the drinks service changed.

3) about food - apparently the representatives of the operator of friends are asking for feedback, so that at least someone settled in, there is nothing to eat - a joke was born - if you want to lose weight on vacation - I'll show you where (a small choice, and as if to taste, they cook better in roadside cafes, about the fact that a fitness hotel is bullshit)
4) the beach - it lacks cleanliness, and the care equipment, then - fenced with a pipe for vacationers ? Where are the aesthetic buoys, well, as if the feeling of a frog (change the name to a pioneer camp), not only children bathe
5) he is scanty, the operator has the 5th marked - assholes and babblers.
6) nearby construction sites.on the left and on the right side.
7) deluxe seaview is a room for a construction site with the sea.
8) I will go to the representatives of the tour operator to change the hotel, for my money to spend a week of time on a hotel in which everything is so through the ass - it's better then to go to Sochi.
9) I forgot about the children's pool, inflate a large inflatable one - you will get a children's hotel in the Palm sofitel retreat (5 ke as they call themselves)
