We had a rest here in the period 05.06-09.06.2025. Conditions. The room is clean, large, wide and high bed. The room is regularly replenished with drinking water. Several Russian channels. The view from the window was of the bay and the construction site. We were lucky, there were holidays and the construction site was not working, the rest of the time you can hear the noise in the room, but not much, so in general it is not critical if you choose a view not of the city and palm tree. WiFi is fast, no matter where you are in the room or on the beach. The room has both a shower and a bathroom. Shampoo and conditioner in one, shower gel, disposable accessories, slippers, bathrobes were in the room. Food. We had everything included. The food was good. We were very satisfied with the food. Neat, varied, lots of really delicious dishes. Two types of porridge in the morning, two types of soup in the afternoon. Desserts with fresh berries. The fruits were: watermelon, melon, pineapple, oranges, apples, plums, pears. Different types of dishes with eggs are prepared for breakfast: scrambled eggs, omelette, benedict, variations on toast. At the same time there are waffles, pancakes, pastries, cheeses. Various salads, vegetables, herbs, spices. Chicken, fish, meat of different kinds, cooked differently each time. It was a pleasure to eat. At lunch, we could have pepsi, sevenup, and juices. The hotel is alcohol-free and we didn't suffer from it. We were constantly plagued by a feeling of fullness and did not have enough energy for snacks. Rest. There is a bar near the pool where you can order food, drinks and ice cream. Delicious refreshing fruit cocktails, juices, frappes, milkshakes, and cold coffee drinks are prepared here. They give out large beach towels. There are enough sun beds for everyone, they are by the pool and by the sea. There are buttons on the beach to call the waiter, who will bring you whatever you ask from the bar. There are different games: table tennis, billiards, and so on, but it's just for the amateur. The sea has a smooth entrance, the water is warm like in a bathtub, there is a net on buoys around, and it's good, there are no large jellyfish, fish, or crabs swimming through the net, which we saw on the beach of a nearby hotel. It is even comfortable to go into the water barefoot, despite the fact that sometimes there are some small stones and small shells. Even at low tide, there was enough depth, the net did not interfere with rest. The pool is cool, refreshing in the heat. The depth of the pool varies, and it is very comfortable for adults to swim. There is a separate swimming pool and playgrounds for kids. The staff is friendly and courteous everywhere. The taxi arrives quickly. In the evening, you can take a half-hour walk to the Atlantis Royal along the embankment. But at lunchtime it's better to go for a walk in the city and have fun. I was just delighted with my stay at this hotel! From the very entrance, I felt the comfort and atmosphere. The hotel is small but very comfortable, and on the other side there is a magnificent view of the bay. The room was impeccable: daily cleaning, coffee machine and incredibly pleasant smell. Everything is clean and tidy, no trouble. Yes, there are rooms facing the construction site, but this did not spoil the overall impression at all. As for the food, breakfast, lunch and dinner are simply top notch! A buffet every day with a variety of dishes, very tasty and satisfying, there is even a children's menu. The entertainment also pleased me: free yoga, meditation and stretching workshops (this is on the first visit), a private tennis court and comfortable fitness. Massage and spa – yes, it's a bit expensive, starting from 15,000 rubles per hour, but it's worth it. A large swimming pool with a sun lounger area and a private beach, cleanliness and order at a height, as well as board games and a water charge with a trainer are a great addition! The location of the hotel is a different story. Yes, it's not the city center, it's a palm tree, but the views are fascinating! The nearest store is a 10-minute walk away, a Starbucks coffee shop, restaurants, cafes and a shopping center can be reached by car in 15 minutes. Overall, the impressions were only positive. There is no alcohol and it is not sold, only if you buy it in the city. You can't walk to the city. It's long, it's hot, it doesn't make sense. Taxi to civilization (Dubai Marina Mall, for example) it costs about 40 AED. No one smokes on the premises. There are almost no Russian tourists, mostly Germans and Indians.. We had breakfast + dinner. With this concept, dinner can be changed to lunch. It was convenient to adjust to our excursion plans. The food is delicious and monotonous. My wife found it no better than Turkish, she doesn't like spices and sharp taste swings, but I was pleased with the abundance of lamb and beef, Indian and Asian dishes. The breakfasts are relatively delicious, but after 9 a.m. the rush starts and you have to wait for an empty table. But the staff is sooo polite, it's obvious that they are sincere. There are two Russian-speaking employees at the reception, and there are no problems with that either. Rooms are given with a view of the construction site, relocation with a view of the palm 150 dirh per day. But we couldn't hear the construction site, there are no problems. The tour operator warned about some kind of deposit at the hotel, but upon check-in they took only 100 dirh of deposit (it was promised many times more per day). The sea is disgusting, as it was warned that in off-season it is a steamy puddle. Plus, there are buoys and at low tide the water there is slightly higher than waist-high, the bottom itself is sometimes covered with shells. After that, the sea, I missed Antalya for the first time) There's nothing to compare it with in Dubai, I'll give you five stars. There are construction sites and trucks around the hotel.The construction site is right next to the main entrance . If you take full board, then upon check-in you will be given a reminder that all drinks are paid at all receptions, including water. When you check in, you will arrive and see that there is a construction site nearby (there is no information about this anywhere, i.e. the hotel is simply deceiving its guests)- you will immediately be offered an additional fee for a room with a sea view. The hotel has no territory, and the pool is small .The hotel is not worth the money at all. You can also get to it by taxi from the airport, which is 170 derham in Dubai itself. There is one transfer to the pier in the morning at 10:00 with a return on 18. You will learn about this upon check-in only in the memo.

We were on New Year's holidays in 2023. Not a bad guest, good food, cleaning, too. The staff is quite attentive. Like many (judging by the reviews), there was a sooooooo long settlement, although I filled in all the data beforehand. Finally, they also distinguished themselves. They gave (for money, of course) a dirty (to be exact, a dirty) car, both outside and inside, for a trip to the airport. It was even somehow a shame to get out of it, and also with the hotel logo. They made a direct anti-advertisement for themselves. The location is for an amateur, there is nothing nearby, but no one canceled UBER either)) The beach is small, but there are always places, a lot of water rides are offered. In general, we are satisfied. You can go again. Still, it's not for nothing that I sent them an angry letter for a taxi. General Manager himself apologized and asked to contact him in advance at the next check-in)

Excellent hotel, location on a Palm tree. The service is beyond praise. Special thanks to Nazgul - she always helped in solving any issue. Healthy lifestyle nutrition and Detox cocktails. NO ALCOHOL! A pool with cool water, cleanliness all around. The rooms are spacious and bright. I recommend it! There is a supermarket next to the hotel - we bought ice cream, fruit, headphones.
