Wonderful collection of objects and art. It's a varied and interesting exhibition. With the audio app to accompany you (take headphones), you could spend hours here. There's parking and buggies to take you to the door. There are some drink kiosks and a nice cafe (which is quite expensive) I'll be going again for sure.

Good place for visiting. Not overcrowded. The atmosphere is so calm and quiet. Highly recommend to visit, just maybe not with kids, they can get bored.

Very beautiful place! I liked the fact that many of the exhibits are not placed behind glass and can be viewed carefully.

100% you have to visit the museum. The museum amazed me with its architecture and unique location—the building seems to float above water, reflecting in the mirror-like surface of the Persian Gulf. The collection showcases an extraordinary mix of Eastern and Western cultures, displaying artworks from different eras and civilizations. Here, visitors can admire ancient artifacts, paintings by famous artists, sculptures, and much more. I particularly enjoyed the temporary exhibitions, which regularly change, allowing guests to discover something new each time they visit. Children will find plenty to enjoy as well—the museum offers special programs and activities designed specifically for young visitors. I strongly recommend including a visit to the Louvre Abu Dhabi in your itinerary. It’s not just a museum but a genuine journey through time and space that leaves lasting impressions.

Not very big as I’ve expected. I want to see more Arabic art here, not European. But it easy to find it . And it cheaper to buy tickets online)

If you want to get new experiences and don't adore fine art, this place is not for you. But if you want to show your guests what kind of cultural country the UAE is, or what kind of cultural you are, go ahead.

Place is good but the wifi is very bad, they should open the wifi like in the abu dhabi airport, no need to add password.

Even if you've walked the length and breadth of the Louvre in Paris, you should definitely come here! Firstly, the building itself is an architectural masterpiece perfectly integrated into the landscape of the UAE capital. Secondly, the permanent exhibition itself is quite small - you can walk around all the halls, slowly, in 2 hours. This is amazing, because everything starts with exhibits created before our era and ends with modern samples themselves - I can imagine how the curators racked their brains to squeeze the vast into such a limited framework. And it seemed to me that they succeeded! There are several cafes inside, a cool restaurant and a great museum store. So, a must visit

It's a great place. Getting there by car using the navigator is quite simple. There is a large parking lot with canopies, and free shuttles run from the parking lot to the entrance to the museum. Inside there is a free Wi-Fi without registration and a quarkode application with a Russian audio guide. The exposition is small, but it is interesting to assemble and exhibit. You can also read about the concept on the Internet. It is very spacious, there are places to relax, several toilets, drinking fountains (you can not carry liquids with you, backpacks and large bags are left in the wardrobe).

I was not aware that there is a Louvre branch in Abu Dhabi, so when Dubai offered a trip here. I gladly agreed. A gorgeous museum, magnificent exhibits. There are 12 halls of active exhibitions, from primitive art, further to Egypt, antiquity, the Middle Ages, and ending with modern times. There is Monet, Renoir, Cezanne, and even Mondrian and Chagall. However, there are only a few copies. Also, on January 21, 2026, a temporary Picasso exhibition opened, which was unexpected and very cool. The interiors of the museum are made in the minimalistic style, the organization of the space is super, but the ornate dome ceiling is just a masterpiece. I recommend 100% to visit!

Very stylish. The exhibition itself is small. everything can be completed in 1.5 hours. The coolest thing, as for me, is the application where you can find information about the exhibits in your own language. cooler than an audio guide. There is a separate beautiful photo area with a podium. We really liked the turtle rehabilitation area) and the employee who fed them spoke very movingly about the turtles, called them by name and told their little story. It is very rare to see such enthusiasm at work. By the way, the control is cooler than at the airport-they didn't let us in with a sanitizer. but things can be left for free in the luggage room. I recommend you to visit.

It's a wonderful placeWe got to the Picasso exhibition , the rest of the halls exhibit art objects from ancient Egypt to modern art , and if you just want to see it , then one visit is enough , but if you delve into and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the exhibits , then you need at least two visits or better three . Even the building itself is already beautiful, and the rest is stunning. The ticket costs 70 dirhams. We bought it via Satellite. Payment by SBP from a Russian card. The ticket comes electronically. It's better to take a cape with you. 🧥 The air conditioners are working.

This is a new level of art! Even those who do not like museums should come here, you will be delighted with the architecture, the play of light and the atmosphere of space in general. There is so much air, halls with completely different moods, incredibly beautiful exhibits (unexpectedly a lot of valuable and really interesting). There is a free guide app with RUSSIAN voice acting). It wasn't enough for me for 3 hours, I want to come back again!)

The Louvre in Abu Dhabi is mesmerizing at the entrance. An hour and a half is very short in order to fully immerse yourself in the expositions of 12 halls. The architecture of the building is fascinating. The roof is made in the form of a turtle shell, sunlight, penetrating through the roof, leaves sunbeams. The expositions of the halls change periodically (according to the guide). There is WiFi, you can download the Louvre Abu Dhabi applications and listen to information about the exhibits in Russian.

LOUVRE Museum in Abu Dhabi. I haven't been to the Louvre in Paris, but this is the first time I've seen such a museum. An elegant architectural structure, open and spacious with an openwork dome. A building that is washed by sea water. It feels like you're on a ship in the ocean. Very beautiful!!!! The museum exhibits works of art by artists of various centuries, exhibits from various museums, ancient religious and religious values. I really wanted to see Leonardo Da Vinci's painting "Savior of the World", but the hall was probably closed. Until June, the museum has an exhibition of Picasso paintings. I recommend visiting this wonderful museum. You won't regret it

It is very spacious, large, and large halls can accommodate a lot of interesting and informative things. There are a lot of halls. There is a leisurely stroll among the exhibits, everyone's attention is delayed, I want to look closely, Google, read, my husband and I were without a guide. As a result, we didn't notice how we spent the whole day there. We were tired, but this tiredness was not in vain. It's worth going there and seeing everything in person and with your own eyes. It's indescribable. Everything has its own history for centuries.

A wonderful museum - if you take away the standard expectations🙃 (this is not a European museum with a huge centuries-old collection). The five curators, who in limited conditions, made an excellent introduction, in the form of a roll call of eastern and world cultures. Stylish, easy, and for a couple of hours on vacation is just the thing. A separate building is the museum building. I strongly advise you to take a cup of coffee in and admire the bay under the dome) I bought tickets on the website in advance, but even on a weekend morning there was almost no one at the box office.

The museum, of course, is not the Louvre, although most of the exhibits were brought from there (there are also works from the Musee d'Orsay, as well as, if I'm not mistaken, from the Pompidou Center). The French did not provide masterpieces of the highest level, but on the whole the exposition is quite strong and, albeit in general terms and schematically, represents the main milestones in the development of world art from ancient times to the present day. It's not a metaphor about our days, the main route is completed by halls, or rather compartments, where you can get acquainted with works in the genre (or technique) of virtual reality. One of the main tasks of the museum is clearly political: to promote the idea of common cultures and civilizations, of harmonious coexistence of people, in this case in the context of art. Therefore, the exhibits are offered in chronological order and in geographical diversity, so that African masks and Western European paintings can be easily found in one room. There are halls of the Ancient East, Greece and Rome, the Middle Ages, modern and modern times. The Russian contribution to the world heritage is represented by a single painting by V. Kandinsky. At the same time, almost an entire rather large hall is devoted to the works of Say (or Sy) Tumbley (or Twombly or Twombly). However, the authors of the expositions are in many ways similar to artists, as they see and see, and do not accept accusations of bias or narrow-mindedness. The ticket costs 65 dirhams, cheaper than the main Louvre in Paris, but significantly more expensive than the incomparably richer major Russian art museums. There is a rather intrusive security control at the entrance, bags are necessarily translucent, large ones are sent to the storage room, and water bottles will also have to be left there. The halls are spacious, the people are not crowded, they say it can be cramped only when giant cruise ships enter the port of Abu Dhabi and several thousand tourists come on a tour at the same time. Is it worth visiting the Arabian Louvre, a question that cannot be answered unequivocally. On the one hand, today it is the main museum of the Emirates. On the other hand, the place turned out to be more entertaining: a very interesting modern building, a non-stressful exposition, which, if superficially, can be completely bypassed in two or three hours. There are also leisure opportunities besides cultural ones: you can even go kayaking in the water area around the museum for an additional fee. In general, this is an alternative to seal holidays on the beach and shopping.

In May 2023, my husband, my friends, and I went on an unforgettable trip to Abu Dhabi, choosing the luxurious Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana 5* hotel for our stay. We are not one of those tourists who prefers exclusively "vegetable" holidays, so we immediately wondered: what is interesting to see in the capital of the UAE? The answer came quickly — we were attracted by the famous Louvre Abu Dhabi. And our hotel guide offered a unique opportunity to combine a visit to the museum with an excursion to the current Qasr Al Watan Presidential Palace. The Louvre is located on the picturesque island of Saadiyat and seems to grow out of the water, impressing with its architecture and grandeur. Even from afar, it makes an indelible impression: the snow-white domes reflected in the azure waters of the Persian Gulf create the feeling that the museum is floating above the sea. Inside, a real celebration of art and culture awaited us — expositions combining masterpieces from different eras and civilizations, and the atmosphere of the museum takes us into a world of harmony and inspiration. But we were somewhat upset that we were unable to download the audio guide and gain a deeper understanding of the history of the exhibits from different eras. This day was one of the highlights of our trip.: The combination of modern art, oriental luxury and hospitality has left warm memories and a desire to return to Abu Dhabi again. Our recommendations. The Louvre requires a separate visit of at least 3-4 hours with the obligatory use of an audio guide

An interesting architectural structure surrounded by water, if you have time, you can explore it from the outside by catamaran or Boat (there is a station nearby). The air conditioners are wildly working inside, so don't dress for the beach, no matter how hot it is outside. The halls are confusing inside, so take a picture on your phone so that you don't miss some important piece of art. The collection is not bad, all the tops of world painting and sculpture are collected, but if you have been to the real Louvre, the Hermitage, the Tretyakov Gallery, the Pushkin Museum, etc. you will not be amazed. You must go! The ticket is 65 dirhams, see the working hours - several days a week they work until 20.00. The staff was attentive, several employees spoke Russian, and it was tested experimentally

Admittedly, I expected something unusual from the Louvre. But in general, the gym in Moscow is at least as good. The architecture and the idea are interesting, but for some reason I was not impressed. In general, it's not bad to go once, but no more. The most amazing thing is that modern art occupies literally a couple of halls. Of the Russians, only Kandinsky. As it is, there is mostly Middle Eastern culture and Asia, Europe too, but not so much.

🇦🇪It was just a magical day in Abu Dhabi. And we started it with Louvre Abu Dhabi, yes yes- the Louvre) The building itself is made in the form of a turtle, carved, white, airy, surrounded by water… It features both a permanent and a temporary exhibition, where you can see masterpieces brought from the Louvre in Paris, the Musee d'Orsay and the Pompidou Center.

While something is raging somewhere, we have briefly taken refuge in a place where you feel complete peace! This place is called the Louvre! The first "universal" museum in the Arab world, opened in 2017 on the island of Saadiyat. This is a joint project of the governments of the UAE and France, combining masterpieces of world art from antiquity to the present.  There is a Picasso exhibition here until May 31, where, of course, we looked! Admission for an adult is 70 dirhams - 1400 rubles, for children under 18 years of age - admission is free!

The Louvre is beautiful, interesting, and a must. Download the app to listen about the exhibits, it's very interesting at the moment. It catches Wi-Fi well. The halls are cold. There is a drinking fountain near the toilet. A gorgeous sunset, there is a cafe inside with a view of this sunset, the main thing is to pick up))
