Although I stated on top of that I am severely allergic to gluten and dairy products, there was cheese on the first plate that came in, and after my deep questions on the second plate, I found out that butter was used. For such an institution, it is unacceptable that there was no negligence and/or ignorance about a matter that threatens my health... Since it is a place I like to go to, I would like to see a service that suits the brand after the kitchen and service team are trained urgently on this issue.
