Initially, these three were three completely different enterprises - Side Resort is a residential complex converted into a hotel, Side Resort Annex (Oz Side Hotel) was built immediately as a 4-star hotel, and Side Resort Aqua was built with 5 stars, but with a small number of visitors, especially the relatively densely populated and built-up Side Resort. (Ch. 01, 02, 03) The unification was clearly beneficial, as it was possible to combine the advantages of all three buildings for the benefit of vacationers.
