We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, we were not very satisfied. Upon arrival, no one met us, we were checked into a room in the second building of 410, the heat is 41 degrees outside, the air conditioner is not working, water is dripping directly onto the bed, the bed linen is dirty, stained, there are no towels in the room. We went down to the reception, we barely found one towel.They asked for another room, but the guy at the reception said that the master would come and check the operation of the air conditioner, and no one came. There is no one at all! We settled in because we trusted the good reviews. The food is 3+, you can eat. On the second day, thanks to our guide, we were checked into a room in the first building 104, this room is better, at least there were clean linen and a working air conditioner!
