Perfect hotel. Honest 3 stars. It is clean in the rooms, staff is polite.
Great minus of the hotel is missing of the potable water at all. At the check in it is the gift - 2 bottles with 0.5 l of water. And after it, water is available on breakfast / lunch / dinner only. No any cooler, dispenser or bottled water in lobby, on the floor or anywhere in the hotel.
Before I was always luffing about negative food reviews. But today it was “gala” dinner in favor of new year celebrations. It changed my mind…
Meet, fish, vegetables and fruits are nice, but the cooking is terrible! First time in my life shrimps were without any taste. The best dishes on the table were cabbage salad and cucumbers because cooks don’t cook it…

Nice city hotel.
Location: excellent. Nearby there are a large number of shops, an embankment, a butterfly museum, a market. Everything is within walking distance.
Hotel: large rooms, cleanliness in the rooms and in the hotel itself, professional staff, indoor pool, small gym with exercise equipment.
Food: yes, the breakfasts are meager, but there is always something to eat. The lunches and dinners are good. Fish, chicken, beef, vegetables, watermelon are always available. Everything is fresh and delicious.
Bonuses:
- they take you to two different beaches, you can choose the one you like;
- they take you to Dubai three times a week;
- in case of availability, the room is extended free of charge until 14 o'clock.
I definitely recommend this hotel!
And I thank all the staff for our wonderful vacation.🫶🏻

The hotel is super👍🔥 you can safely put 4*, I was in October 2024 with my friends, we were satisfied with everything, friendly staff, registration took less than 15 minutes,clean, cozy, large rooms, they responded to all wishes quickly and without arguments. The food separately deserves 5*, everything is decent, satisfying, varied, fish and sweets are very tasty🔥👍The girls and I were satisfied, the staff was impressed, everyone was attentive and responsive. Of the minuses, of course, the indoor pool and the departure of guests on time to the beach before 9:00 in the morning and picked up at 13:00, there is little time in the sun, half the day you have to think about what to do or go to another beach yourself.

Very good hotel for three stars, spacious room of three rooms, bathroom, two air conditioners.
Friendly and courteous staff, speak a little Russian, there is no perfect cleanliness in the room, but linen change and room cleaning every day.
The food is not bad for three stars, the menu is varied, I especially liked the fish!
The hotel is not a beach hotel, but a city one, but there is a free shuttle service to the beach in the morning.
There are many super markets and shopping centers within walking distance, a profitable exchanger in the shopping center "Lu-Lu".
There is a mosque nearby and singing is heard three times a day every day, but it did not bother us.
When leaving the hotel to the right, just 50 meters away there is a travel agency where you can buy excursions cheaper than from a hotel guide.
In general, I recommend the hotel, we liked it!

They were in October 2023. The hotel matches its price.
Of the advantages:
- free transfer to Dubai by appointment. I managed to drive every day, the record was always available.
- we took three meals a day, the food is very tasty, varied, and, let's say, if we compare Turkey with 3 stars, it is much better here by choice. There was always chicken of various kinds, fries or baked potatoes. We left at 4 a.m., they gave out food in containers.
- clean rooms, cleaned every day.
- the entrance to the public beach is free (where the bus takes you), and it is divine.
Of the cons:
- the rooms are old;
- queue for the bus to the beach and check out strictly on time;
- the sea, which is from the hotel with sun beds, is dirty.
If you know how to soberly assess the cost of services and do not build high expectations, then a vacation here will be wonderful. Thanks to the staff for the good memories!

The hotel is good for its category, the food is delicious, we had breakfast and dinner, the breakfasts are a little monotonous, but you can eat. The rooms are large, comfortable, the bed linen is clean, they change daily, as well as towels. The location is convenient, we walked everywhere. The staff is just wonderful, everyone is very friendly. A very convenient transfer to the beach, until everyone is taken, goes. We are satisfied.

A good three, the service is wonderful, the rooms are clean, cleaned daily. Transfer to the beaches in the morning. There are no questions about food, there is always lunch and dinner to choose from meat or fish, once there were even shrimp. Two side dishes, usually rice cooked in different ways and pasta as well. Instant coffee from a thermos, but you can drink it. Breakfasts are also acceptable, cereals, meat, potatoes, sausages, toast and everything like that. There are a lot of shops and restaurants near the hotel where you can buy snacks and water. Or to eat, everything is cheap. I recommend changing the currency in LuLu, not far from the hotel, there is the best exchange rate. It is better to take excursions to the right next door to the hotel in Pegasus, much cheaper. If you want to go a lot of places, it's better to go there right away, there may not be room left on convenient days. In general, the rest was wonderful, if you speak primitive English in a hundred words, you will not have any problems with communication. The hotel is ideal for the morning-beach, afternoon/evening-walking format.

A decent hotel for 3*. It is located in the city center, near many shops, cafes, the embankment is not far away.Beautiful, clean and excellent staff. The rooms are large, two rooms plus a kitchen. Wi-Fi is flying, there is a swimming pool with warm water, a gym. We took only breakfast, breakfast is normal, without frills, but we were not hungry, because I am a coffee lover, for me it is not delicious coffee (instant and tasteless), we bought cappuccino (grain) from them at the reception or went to a coffee shop. The transfer was to two beaches, public and private. The buses were circling, we didn't have to wait, we were given a towel. I didn't like the public beach, we went to a private one. There are umbrellas, rods, toilet, shower, changing room. The coastline is very small, you can't walk around, but the water is very clean, without waves.Every day a stingray, a cuttlefish, a lot of fish, crabs sailed. We always walked from the beach (about an hour), along the embankment. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, a bus went to Dubai (Deira district) dropped off near the shopping center, we took our bus to the shopping center and from there took the subway to the center of Dubai, to walk. And back at 21.00 on our bus to the hotel, if we realized that we were not in time, we drove to the bus station (Unium metro), on a double-decker bus (number 303) to the hotel.

We had a rest at the Nova Park Hotel in November 2024. Excellent location of the hotel, close to shops, Nesto, markets (Steam trains, fish, vegetable), beautiful promenade, walking distance to Mega mall, Deira city center.
Very helpful staff, quite tasty and varied food, there are always watermelons, melons, honey, jams, awesome puddings.
We lived on the 7th floor, there was a problem with hot water.

Great hotel.
The food is delicious and varied. Chicken, fish every day. Meat (beef)also almost every day (5 out of 7 days). Only the cooking options change.
The rooms are cleaned every day.
The only thing we didn't have a balcony, the hotel doesn't seem to have balconies at all, but it didn't upset us at all, because the rest is just "+".
We were allowed to move out a little later without additional payment, we always solved any issue without problems.
The beach is not far away, each beach is good in its own way. The delivery did not bother. We even tried to walk to the Radisson beach ourselves (there are sun beds and umbrellas for free)(photo). The time turned out to be 45-50 minutes) along the embankment.

The best hotel I've ever visited!
Good location, there are a large number of shops, hospitals, cafes nearby, parking is available opposite. There is a bus stop nearby, a clothing store, and excursions.
The hotel itself has an indoor heated swimming pool, a gym, and a cafe. Upon arrival, juice is offered in the lobby. There are very beautiful sofas and paintings hanging there. Gorgeous corridors. There are 2 elevators.
The food is decent. Delicious, varied.
The service is probably the best thing available here. All the staff speaks and understands Russian. (Not ideal, of course, but still.) They will do everything to make the rest comfortable. It is clear that they are trying. Everyone is very kind and helpful.
As for the room itself: (We took a 3-seater, it turned out to be a 2-room one. ) the interior and design, of course, are not very good, but you can live. (Confused by the white walls, sockets that do not fit our connectors, urns, carpet, paintings) The only drawback is the lack of a dryer. And so, in general, the room is very spacious. (There is a TV, but there is no YouTube on it, there are only a couple of Russian channels.) I was glad that there is Wi-Fi in the room.
From the "+" I can also highlight: they took me to a private beach every morning. (where only Russian tourists are) The beach is sandy and very decent. There are sun beds (free of charge), a toilet, a swing for children, a large territory, beautiful views with palm trees. It's not a long drive, ~ 10-15 minutes. They also took me to Dubai for a few hours almost every day. It's already a little longer to go there, but it's tolerable, ~ 30-40 minutes.
I don't understand why the hotel is rated 3*, although there should be a bold 4. I definitely recommend this hotel. Only good and pleasant memories. Thank you for your hospitality.

The hotel is located in the center of Sharjah, near many supermarkets, fast food cafes, a 25-minute walk to the embankment. The staff is helpful, they speak a little Russian, they do their best, they help. We took only breakfast, they are monotonous, but edible, you will not be hungry. There is a transfer to two beaches and to Dubai (3 times a week). The room consisted of three rooms - a bedroom, a living room with a TV and a kitchen (without a cooking area). The room is large in size, apparently cosmetic repairs were made several years ago, but very clumsy, cabinets and doors are painted with ordinary paint, the bed is comfortable, the plumbing is new. If you do not count on delicacies in the food and do not expect luxury in the room, you can choose this hotel.

A very decent budget 3*!
Pros: transfer to two different beaches, staff who quickly solve issues, a hearty varied breakfast, give towels to the beaches, separate rooms, good Internet, shops and cafes around.

For its stars, the hotel is just a bomb. Check-in earlier, the room is huge, located in the center, everything is at hand. There is a shuttle service to the beach, everything is on schedule. As a sweet tooth, I didn't have enough cake and other goodies for food. In general, the food is not bad. I would like to say a special thank you to the manager (a man with a mustache at the reception). He is really the business card of the hotel, as he solves any problem! He has a separate respect and thanks for the individual transfer to the sea and for the eviction after 12. I will be happy to come back again!

The convenient location of the hotel, a lot of shops, McDonald's, Day To Day.We had only breakfast, you won't stay hungry, the menu repeats. A shuttle service runs from this hotel to the beach and to the nearest metro station.And there are a lot of shops and a huge shopping center not inferior to the Dubai mall, everything you need can be found.Al Khan beach is very cool, equipped, the water is not stagnant, the safest for children.I recommend.

A magnificent hotel. You can't even say that it's 3 stars. Very helpful staff, cleaning every day, good with fresh food in the restaurant. Convenient and regular transfers to 2 beaches (urban Al Khan and private with free Radisson sun beds). Transfers to Dubai 3 times a week to the metro station and shopping center. Nearby is the 303 bus stop to Dubai, who wants to go on their own in the morning. Within walking distance there is a promenade for walking and a stunning fish market, where any delicacy can be prepared at your request for reasonable money. We had a super cool vacation. Thank you very much Nova Park! We were in January from St. Petersburg for 140 thousand with my husband and child of 5 years! The only disadvantage of the hotel is the pool in a dark and cold basement, where it smelled strongly of chlorine, we went there a couple of times to play table football))

Great hotel. The furniture and the entire interior, of course, are not new, but the rooms are large: a bedroom, a mini-living room, a storage room and a bathroom. 4 times in the Emirates, we visited hotels in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman of the Ramada hotel chain, 3-4*
Positive:
1. The location of the hotel (near the embankment park, where to walk)
2. Helpful hotel staff
3. Transfer to the beach (though it's a little early) yves Deira 3 rubles a week
That's it.
I noted more minuses for myself:
1. Disgusting breakfasts both in terms of the number of dishes (rather their absence) and in terms of quality ( coffee is only in a thermos, instant, there is not even a tea bag

Great vacation in March 2024, the Nova Park hotel is located very well, in the center of Sharjah within walking distance: the lagoon embankment with a park, fountains, cafes and restaurants; the central market (steam trains), fruit and fish markets, supermarkets, clothing stores. There is a shuttle service to the beaches every day, very convenient. The food is good, we had breakfast, in the morning a choice of 4-5 dishes, vegetables, fruits, yogurt, cheese. I especially liked the attentive and positive attitude of all the hotel staff! At the reception and in the restaurant, they understand Russian, there were no difficulties in communication. I recommend it!

Great hotel, the very center of Sharjah. There are many shops within walking distance, a beautiful promenade for walking. Inside the hotel there is a fairly modern renovation, the old remaining interior items are washed up in the general comfort, so it is not critical. Apartment-type rooms, this is a huge plus! I had a vacation with three preschool children at the end of December last year (2023). I only took breakfast, but I didn't have to take that either. The whole hotel was covered in Christmas trees. We checked into a room on the fourth floor, there is one elevator and there is always a queue. Room with bathroom, kitchen, balcony, bedroom and living room. The kitchen had dishes, a kettle, a sink and a refrigerator. Shower accessories were left every day after cleaning, when we went to the beach before lunch. Towels were also changed daily. The location is gorgeous, there is everything you need within walking distance. I found a day to day store nearby, like Auchan. We ordered the food in the delivery "Fairy Tale", everything is very tasty. Thanks a lot to the one who shared this valuable information in the reviews! We tried all their menus, the children ate with pleasure. We found a grocery store around the corner on the first day. By the way, I exchanged the money back in Moscow, at the rate of 25.
Closer to departure, I found out that the hotel has a swimming pool, but I couldn't get there because of the children.

Were in October 2023. The hotel is three stars, but the service is very decent. Like it. The staff is friendly and attentive, it is clear that they are trying to please. The interior is clean and elegant. On the ground floor there is a fitness room and a swimming pool.
In the room: two rooms + kitchen; in the room appliances: there is a refrigerator, electric kettle, LCD TV (three Russian-language channels), hairdryer, safe (no extra charge). At our request, an iron and ironing board were brought. Air conditioning in every room. Cleaning every day, towels are changed every day (!) even regardless of whether it is necessary or not, plus daily replenishment of shampoos, soaps, shower gels. Coffee, tea, bottled water in the room for free upon arrival, then not replenished. Internet: free, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and in the room is excellent, everything is loaded at a good speed. Hotel buses are taken to the beach from 8 am, several flights are made, they are taken back from 11:30 am. Beach towels are provided. They take you to two beaches to choose from: to the city beach of El Khan (well-groomed, clean, but umbrellas and sun beds for money) or to the beach at the Radisson hotel (umbrellas and sun beds are free, but the coast is worse, near the port).
Meals: buffet, breakfast from 7 to 10 am, lunch from 14 o'clock, dinner from 19 to 23 o'clock. You can not take everything (for example, only breakfast), but we paid for three meals a day. Beef, fish, turkey, chicken are served, there are soups for lunch. The kitchen is good, I liked it. Alcohol and pork are absent (Islam does not allow).

For 3 stars it is very good! There are shops, markets, currency exchange in the LuLu market nearby. Room cleaning every day, polite and helpful staff.
There is a bus to Deira City on Mon-k, Wednesday, Friday. There are buses to the beaches too, although it's early: from 7 to 8 on Al Khan, on Radisson from 8 to 9h. You can do it a little later). The fish on Radisson Beach are not afraid of people, they swim underfoot, which pleases everyone, you can swim with a mask!
There is plenty of food, a little seafood is not enough and children have little choice.
The rooms are 2 rooms and there is a small kitchen, like a small apartment, you can't hear the neighbors. The noise of the conduits from the balconies interferes a little, but from the second night you get used to it. The beds are off, you sleep fine. There are no ropes to dry the laundry!!!

Porridge has the consistency of drinking yogurt with flakes. But for breakfast there is tea, coffee, "juices", for lunch there are no juices: only water. But, nevertheless, it is satisfying and quite tasty. Bus to the beach 7-9 in the morning,back 11-12. There are plenty of reviews about beaches:the beach from the hotel is a closed cove, the water is hot and not too clean. The city is open, the water is clean, but shallow: I swam 20 meters behind the buoys, and there is still a meter and a half deep)
In general, if the ticket is inexpensive, it's worth taking:clean, tasty, neat, friendly.

The first 2 have exchangers. And you can buy ready-made food if you don't have everything on. There is a cafe on the corner of the hotel, you can eat there, tasty and not expensive. We ordered lunch a couple of times right at the hotel, you can dial directly from the room and they will bring it. In general, if I go again, this hotel will be among my favorites. Доброделательный, старательный персонал, почти все говорят на русском. Номер 2хкомнатный:спальная, комната отдыха и кровать для 3его человека (именно кровать с полноценным матрасом) и "кухня", но здесь только мойка и чайник, н каких предметов посуды нет. Шкаф не маленький, но места для вещей не много. Нормальные завтраки, есть возможность заказать в номер по меню, цены такие же как и в кафешках на улице, но точно без специй. Неплохое расположение, рядом магазины, кафешки, до парка бабочек 20 мин, до набережной минут 15. Есть очень ранний трансфер на 2 пляжа, трансфер в дубай. Рядом местное тур агентство. Не смотря на старенькую мебель, простенький интерьер номеров, нам понравилось.

I booked this hotel on my own through Booking (without prepayment, payment on the spot in cash, because our cards do not work).But only new (blue) or dirhams are accepted..I was looking for a not expensive hotel, without frills, but relatively decent , a mandatory requirement is free wi-fi and free Parking.Since we were vacationing on our own, we rented a car for the whole vacation and left the car for free in the parking lot near the hotel, where there was always a place for a car.We didn't take meals at the hotel, so I can't say anything about it, but you can actually pay for any meal and go eat.But the rooms have a kitchenette, so to speak..with a kettle, cups, glasses and spoons, sink and refrigerator.We had coffee in the morning and left for the whole day to explore a wonderful country.We returned in the evening and went to bed, so the hotel was clean to spend the night.
The big minus is the smoky and smelly rooms!We were first given one with a view of the city.The stench of smoke was what I wanted to vomit.It was replaced for us immediately after the request to a room where it was possible to breathe normally, but there the window looked out into some corner of the building..in short, there was no view at all, but we didn't need it, because we didn't even have time to look out the window)), and then we even found the advantages of our room, because the noise from the roads was not so audible through the window and the sun did not heat the room and we almost did not turn on the air conditioner, well in any case, we slept without him.My husband and I even jokingly started calling our room "the room around the corner".But the room itself is quite normal.A child of 11 years old is considered, as I understood it, as an adult since the age of 11.That's why they brought us an extra bed (not a rumpled cot, but quite a decent bed) .My husband and I had a large bed with a good mattress and a huge blanket, but not very much.comfortable pillows.Bathroom with shower .. everything is clean, no mold, plumbing works well.The only thing missing is the brush.Shampoo, gel and paper were replenished constantly.Water is only available upon check-in, but in the lu lu store they bought a pack of 6 pcs of 1.5 liters

We visited 3 emirates, went wherever we wanted and at what time we wanted.
Here's a big minus that I didn't like -it's that smoking is allowed in the hotel!Okay , also in certain smoking rooms ..but we have some kind of "not a good person" , how to put it mildly, smoking in the hallway..naturally, this smoke and stench went to the rooms nearby.Is there really such a need to smoke in a public place of the hotel? Why is the hotel management not monitoring this?
The exchanger is good in the LU LU store (go out and to the left ..go along the main road to the traffic light, cross the road and lu lu), a little further down this street, where Lu lu is a McDonald's where you can have a snack.We took smoothies and fresh drinks at the Indian-Pakistani cafe to the right of the hotel..Yes, don't be afraid to take it there..they have never been poisoned))), in the UAE they are very careful about san.There are also large fines if violations occur.A large selection of smoothies and very tasty.

A wonderful hotel for 3 stars. Convenient location, close to shops - Lilu grocery and exchanger , Day to day with inexpensive goods, markets. The room is large, consists of 2 rooms, a kitchenette. We liked the food. Conveniently, there is a transfer to Dubai and a separate beach from Radisson with sun beds. I definitely recommend it and hope to return.

Only good things about this hotel. The room faced the city, the view was not bad. The cars did not interfere. The air conditioners are all working fine. The staff is friendly, everyone tries to speak Russian. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the bed linen is changed three days later. Towels are provided daily. We took breakfast and dinner. We changed dinner for lunch without any problems. The food is very tasty and varied. The choice is great even at breakfast. There are almost no repetitions. The transfer to the beach was absolutely not annoying. Everything is very decent. Small supermarkets and hypermarkets are within walking
distance. Steam trains (blue market) and fountains are a 15-minute walk away. If you take a taxi 3-5 minutes for 14 dirhams. The weather in November is very comfortable. In general, we are very satisfied with the trip and the hotel. I recommend.

There was always something to eat for tomorrow. No dinners were taken. He takes a bus to the beach, but sooo early to Al Khan (we like it better there, everything is clean, but paid umbrellas are 10dirh. and 30dirh deck chairs). We always took a taxi on the road (the main thing is to take the hotel's business card with you), about 15 dirhams in 1 direction. With children, of course, it's hard in this country. There are no territories near the hotels, the food is peculiar. There is a swimming pool, but we did not go. I recommend the hotel. Everything is nearby, the very center. And the embankment is also nearby.

Spacious, clean rooms, but not new, but everything is there, hairdryer, towels are changed every day, bed linen every three days, ironing board and iron, 2 air conditioners, safe! very friendly, not intrusive staff! any question is solved immediately! the cuisine is delicious, but the breakfasts are modest, but lunch/ dinner pleases (it could be changed), there was fish, chicken, beef or lamb every day, fruit-watermelon/ melon, one kind of cupcake and mousse for sweets, the choice is not great, but everything is delicious, considering that this is one of the budget 3* hotels, you need to understand where you're going and not wait for shrimp and lobsters! by the way, there is a market nearby, you can buy any seafood there, they will clean and cook it right away. what I took off the star for was organizing a transfer to the beach, there were not enough buses, and there were sooo many people (99% Russians in the hotel) and to get on the bus you need to storm it. They take you to 2 beaches: one is urban, clean white sand, driving was like fresh milk (returned today), but there is nowhere to hide from the sun, and the second is from a 5* hotel but not functioning, there are sun beds and umbrellas and palm trees, everyone calls it a "swamp", the bay is dirty. Towels are given to the beach. there is no deposit and no tax, the Internet was free for a week.
