We lived at the end of March.
The hotel is located in Konyalti district, Antalya city.
1. The location to the sea is really very close, literally 2-4 minutes, in season it's the best. However, the coastline is not clean, and to find a wider and cleaner strip, you need to walk more than a kilometer. A beach with medium-large pebbles.. The river merges into the sea and drains from the hotels, with a strong wind it was visible how the water changed to brown, because it is mixed with drains draining into it, and garbage floated in the sea. The beach is public in Konyalti. During the season, 4-5 star hotels occupy certain areas of the beach (those on the 1st line).
2. The hotel is located 10-15 minutes walk from the Ataturk Boulevard bus stop.
There are other hotels, a shop and a travel agency located around the hotel.
3. The road to the hotel is inconvenient, crooked, narrow, lots of cars are parked, construction is underway, a lot of unfenced areas, although in general, of course, a pleasant neighborhood, lots of greenery, everything is blooming, a lot of modern houses, apartments, hotels, the area is calm.
4. The embankment is long, modern, clean, comfortable.
According to the hotel: clean, tidy, renovated. There are no cigarette smells.
Not all rooms have balconies.
The rooms are small. The balconies are small.
We bought from Pegasus, they were offered and it was written in the voucher of 15 kv. meters.
In fact, we looked at a lot of rooms when we were already living, they were all no more than 10-12 meters, including a bathroom, a shower room and a balcony.
Almost all rooms overlook the noisy road next to the hotel, and there is a mini pool at the hotel.
1. Check-in. It passed quickly, they offered 2 room options, said choose now, then you can not change .
2. Wi-Fi only on the 1st floor (lobby) and on the 2nd floor (first residential).
3.. The hotel is run by a family. Before booking a hotel, we read the reviews and watched the videos of tourists.
There is a counter with boiling water in the lobby (hall).
It was said that hot water and tea can be taken in the lobby all day.
In fact, the hotel does NOT have this. When they went down to the lobby to surf the Internet, the reception started constantly walking and talking noisily to each other, turned on their TV, the sound was loud, poured themselves tea and did not offer it to the guests. No one was waiting, but it looked ugly and could be read in their behavior - they would have gone upstairs as soon as possible, the lobby was for the owners.
There are no coolers on the floors, we bought water in stores. There are no kettles with cups in the rooms.
There is information in the room: do not drink tap water, it is forbidden to bring drinks or food into the hotel.
Nonsense.
4. Nutrition. They also knew from the reviews that there is no buffet, but they give 1 plate per person, the same food every day: 1 egg, 2 slices of tomato, 2 thin slices of cucumber, 2 small slices of cheese and 2 dubious-looking sausages, 8 small olives with a stone.
We didn't expect anything else, because we saw in the reviews that they give for breakfast.
Coffee, tea, bread are unlimited only from 8 to 10 a.m., for breakfast time, the kitchen was closed at 10:00.
They also served cold French fries or spinach rolls in plates. Always half-starved and just a little bit.
There were no pastries for tea, no fruits (in the country of fruits), no juices. Very greedy hosts.Poor breakfasts.
It spoiled the impression, again, that the hosts and cleaners were constantly walking and chattering during the tourists' breakfast, they began to stack chairs and dishes noisily, rattling them, and again it was clear how they wanted the tourists to eat quickly and leave.
5.. Room: small and cramped. It saves that there is a repair kit. The bathroom and the room do not turn around. There was 1 bedside table for 2 people. The refrigerator is paid for. 8 Russian channels, nothing to watch on them.
6. Cleaning. They don't strain at all.. The room was dirty, the balcony was dirty. The lights went off a couple of times in the hotel, allegedly the traffic jams were knocked out, respectively, the elevator and the Wi-Fi did not work.
We cleaned 1 time fully during the 9 days of our stay at our request, washed the floor in our presence, changed the linen. All with one rag. They do not offer cleaning and linen changes themselves. But they put trash cans on each floor and told them to throw them out themselves.
Another time they were asked to wash the floor, and we went for a walk. When we returned, we saw that they stupidly threw out the trash, did not do the rest, did not wash the floor, etc.
They save on everything, they don't try to create a service, but on the contrary, to clamp down, not to give, and so on. When we went down to the lobby because of the Internet, they immediately came from the reception and stood at another counter with boiling water, so that God forbid tourists would pour themselves boiling water or tea, but they themselves went and drank.
Rating 3. Overall, a good hotel at budget prices, but the disadvantages of service and cleaning spoil the overall impression of it. It is more suitable for a couple of days, rather than for a long vacation with the family.

I had a rest in November, a good city hotel, had breakfast, everything was fine, the room was cleaned every day. There were few vacationers, which pleased me, the peace and quiet, of the staff, I want to mention Maria, pleasant, responsive. Antalya is beautiful at any time of the year, I think Konyaalti beach is one of the best on the coast!

A nice hotel 100 meters from the promenade and the beach. Quiet, calm. Some of the staff can explain themselves in Russian. We cleaned the rooms while I was relaxing on the beach. The refrigerator costs $1 per day, and the safe deposit box at the reception is the same. Hot water is constantly supplied from the solar heater on the roof, as elsewhere in Turkey. Nearby there is a grocery store, a market, many cafes, restaurants, shops and pharmacies. The breakfast is monotonous, but hearty and delicious.
