We came to the hotel on the recommendation of friends who stayed here every year and their reviews were positive! When I opened the door to the apartment, everything seemed very unpleasant to me visually. After taking off my shoes, I started sticking to the floor in the kitchen area. They called the cleaning service and washed it. I'm sticking again- I'm calling- this time it's already been washed. But! When leaving the shower without slippers, there is a risk of slipping, since the floor is probably washed with a detergent in its pure form. The floor is always sticky and unpleasant. The white slippers turn black after half an hour. And this is subject to daily "cleaning". All the walls were covered with something, and so were the doors. She called the cleaning service again. The shower is dirty! There was a mosquito smeared on the shower wall. I asked to wash the shower, and the mosquito stayed there like a trophy, apparently. 🥲 The bed linen has not been changed even once in 2 weeks. There are few dishes, the kitchen is dark, there is no backlight and nothing is visible. Back to the floor - it's unclear how the floors were cleaned. The children spilled the beads and so these beads lay in one place . Our room G01 (garden) was on the ground floor and the only plus was the terrace. The kids were playing there, and we had coffee in the sun in the morning. There was a restaurant nearby, but it didn't stop us from falling asleep in the evenings. The street is generally quiet. In general, the impressions were very unpleasant. Perhaps the cycle case is better. It has a reception, a landry, and an elegant pool area (I'll attach a photo). 5-7 minutes to the sea through the park

A great hotel, well, I would have put 5-, a little expensive furniture, but basically everything was fine with us. Excellent location, 10 minutes to the sea in a straight line, through a small park, in a circle of many restaurants and cafes. An exchange office and a communication salon are not far away. The rooms are spacious and clean, the girls clean every day, change towels and bed. The hotel has an elevator, which is convenient especially with strollers. A small swimming pool, and a small green area. The hotel has good and fast wi-fi . The kitchen is equipped with tiles and a large refrigerator. On the downside, not all the light bulbs worked. The free zone around the hotel is too small and the reception is located in another hotel on the next street. Pay attention to this right away, so that you don't have to look for it later. There is no grocery store in the vicinity, the nearest one is probably a 12-15 minute walk away. If you don't find fault with the little things, then you can safely put a five.
