We rested at the hotel 2 times in 10 years, yes, it's old, but the combination of price and location is quite good. Nearby and inexpensive supermarket Karyforr and metro station and Marina Mall. The Internet finally became free in it, and they placed us in a Suite at all, it's like with an extra room, although we paid for the usual Deluxe. The deposit, as everywhere, is 100 bucks, there are even Russian-speaking porters, I can clean the room if you wish, at least every day, every day they put water and clean towels. Minus one, as in all hotels where I've been - they make stupid screens in the shower and all the water is on your floor, where are the old proven curtains 😵💫

One of the best locations in my opinion is 15-20 minutes walk to the beach among stunning views of skyscrapers, the hotel has a swimming pool that is pleasantly pleasing, the food, although a small selection, is very cozy and delicious, everything is clean, the furniture is old and there are floors for smokers. The corridor may smell damp, but not critical, there are a couple of shops at the hotel with good prices. There are many grocery stores nearby and a large marina mall hypermarket is a 15-minute walk away, which is very nice. Those who came with the purpose of both the sea and a yacht trip and shopping will really like it. I recommend.

We rested 3 times in 10 years (twice in 2013 and in 2023). We really like the location of the hotel. The breakfasts suck. We varied our breakfasts. We had breakfast in the room, gathered groceries, and bought everything ourselves. Eggs, croissants, chicken, fruits, vegetables, freshly squeezed juice. It definitely wouldn't have been more expensive if we had taken breakfast at the hotel. Close to Marina moll and Carrefour shops, as well as Marina embankment. A 24-minute walk to the beach, there is a shuttle service. Papa John's pizzeria is nearby. Marine moll has a good Waitrose store where you can buy ready-made food and have a great meal in the room. Locations fire! Everything is nearby: Marina mall, metro, beach 15 minutes on foot, Marina promenade 5 minutes. The hotel itself is solid 4*. A small cool pool in the courtyard. Rooms with kitchen, very convenient! Water 2 bottles 0.5 liters per day. There is a kettle, a crockery, a saucepan. The room is large. Cleaning regularly! The food is a bit monotonous, but everything is edible! I recommend it, the price-quality is optimal!

A good hotel, the location is convenient: the beach is 20 minutes on foot, sometimes we took the tram on the nol map, the metro is 5 minutes, near the mini market careefur hotel. the breakfasts are excellent (porridge, fruit, juice, tea, coffee, cereals, vegetables, sausages, cheese, croissants, scrambled eggs). Wi-Fi catches both in the room and on the pool. Towels are given out in the pool, although the territory is not large, but the sunbeds are quickly released. Two bottles of water a day were brought to the room, free of charge. We didn't have any bugs and cockroaches, as they wrote in other reviews. We lived on the 6th floor.))

The location is good, near the Marina mall and metro, near the JBR beach, for me the Marina area is one of the best in Dubai, the rooms are normal, slightly "tired", repairs would not hurt, food - let's say it is)) the service is good, clean, the staff is friendly. Of the minuses - audibility, under the windows of the highway, background noise was heard from 6 am to 1 am, and on weekends, even at night, the afterburner is sometimes heard. Someone else was smoking in his room on a floor not intended for smoking, the smoke was drawn into the corridor, the staff could not solve this problem, they answered - do you suggest knocking on each room and asking who smokes? Although it was enough to go up to the floor and hear in which room there is a loud drunken celebration.

Rooms with a kitchen, which is very convenient. Breakfast was in the hotel- buffet. And during the day they used their kitchen. There is a good assortment at breakfast, everything is fresh.
There are rooms for smokers and non-smokers. It is very important.
The staff is very friendly, helpful. All our requests were fulfilled calmly and kindly.

This is the second time I have booked this apartment hotel. Not new, the service is good , the room is cleaned every day. One of the best Marina locations at an affordable price. Near the metro (6 minutes), Marina Mall(5 minutes) . I took it for breakfast, I don't need it anymore, since you walk all day. The devices have a swimming pool with a gorgeous view. I will definitely go back there again

There is parking, there is a small gym, there is a cooling pool and there is breakfast.
Now for more details:
- parking is above ground and underground, there is control at the entrance, you do not need to pay if you live or come to visit
- the gym is poorly equipped, some of the equipment needs repair, does not work around the clock
- the pool is small, sun beds need to be occupied in the morning, otherwise you will have to lie on artificial grass. We were at work during the sizzling heat in July, so cooling the pool was very useful, but a week later the compressor broke down and the water became too warm :) no refreshment…
- breakfast is quite varied and delicious, but I would like to see beef and lamb more often, not just chicken, there are also not enough vegetables and fruits
Within walking distance of the metro and the Dubai Marina shopping center, there is also a place to walk in the evening - the Marina is nearby, although I can't recommend walking there to anyone in the summer months, it's hot during the day and stuffy at night :) the best time is winter or early spring

The hotel positions itself as a 4* star hotel. I took a couple of photos, just in the course of my movement around the hotel.
Only for the location, it is possible to put ~~3 with a big stretch*
The reception staff, the one with whom we were unlucky enough to communicate, left the feeling that we, as guests of this hotel, are an unnecessary element that prevents them from dealing with more ambitious tasks than the guests and their questions.
It is more important to walk around in a red jacket without bothering even with the elementary task of putting suitcases in a specially designated storage.
A bathroom with a plastic bathtub, which caused constant alarm from the unreliability of plastic, and a fixed shower and an interestingly functioning water switch where water simultaneously came from a tap and a watering can without a wire, and in addition to this beauty, water flowed from the third place, the very attachment of the watering can. So that it was possible to rinse three parts of the body at once!
The trip to the pool was decorated with wonderful towels with patches, among other things, issued for painting.
Now I doubt even that it is 3* , but rather 2*

We were vacationing with my husband and daughter at this hotel during the New Year holidays and this was our fifth visit here. The room was rented with one bedroom and half board included.
Advantages: walking distance to the beach, proximity to the metro, Marina mall. Affordable price for food, good dinners, cleaning.
Cons: rather monotonous breakfasts, an uncomfortable shower, tired repairs, but it did not bother us, the lack of a compliment for numerous vacations).
In general, the rest in January is excellent, the weather is super, but the sea is a little cold 24-25 degrees with a breeze, but you can walk all day! I recommend it to everyone!

The staff was friendly, the floor attendant did not understand much Russian, reacted quickly to all requests and solved most of the issues. The food was monotonous for 6 days, it is difficult to distinguish something tasty. You can note the convenient location of the hotel, 5 minutes to the metro, 20 minutes to the beach. 500m away is the Marina Mall with many shops and cafes, including grocery stores. In the same mall , on the 4th lower level of the parking lot , there is an unmarked liquor store, there are many compatriots in the queue. It is quite decent for not a lot of money for Dubai .
