The furniture is a little tired, cleaning is only on departure, but we also littered))) however, everything is as at home) There is a steam room and sauna, a gym, free of charge, the pool is warm in the courtyard, apparently heated in winter. Water and tea were brought every day. The linen is white and not shabby. The location is chic, the metro station is five minutes away, the beach is 15 minutes on foot (for lazy transfer to the beach), the promenade and the canal are nearby. There is white sand on the beach, a view of the wheel. There are several elevators in the hotel, which does not create waiting problems. I definitely recommend it!)

We had a great rest at this hotel! The staff is helpful, everything is clean. We took breakfasts and dinners. All the food is fresh, you can choose for every taste. In the evenings, dinners were served until 23:00, so hot food was served even before the restaurant closed. There was enough of everything, you didn't have to be afraid to come the very last. There are no queues anywhere. There is a swimming pool, small in the courtyard, clean, but it was not used, we went to the sea. 20 minutes walk to the sea. In November, it didn't bother to take a walk at all. But there is a minibus from the hotel to the beach and back. And he was one of the reasons for choosing the hotel. Minus the second star for the room: initially it was not completely cleaned, there was some kind of incomprehensible liquid on the tables, only one towel and one glass, plus some things remained from the previous guests. The repair itself feels quite old, the refrigerator door creaks like hell, water seeps through the bathroom partition, flooding the floor, the washing machine with the refrigerator was disconnected from electricity once. 4 times (on different days), the card did not work and did not open the door, a couple of times the friendly guys from the staff on the floor helped, a couple more times I had to go down to the reception, where they were not particularly willing to solve the issue, they charged and sent it there (to no avail), as a result they called a serviceman who changed the batteries in the castle. Well, then the next day, the card didn't work again. They asked for slippers and bathrobes - they immediately gave them. Our goal was the sea and walking, so there is no question about the number. Yes, the windows faced the road, the riders could be heard in the morning. The sea is a walking distance of 23 minutes, the bus from the hotel was used once. Firstly, he leaves around 10 a.m., we are used to being at sea by 8. Secondly, he travels for about 15 minutes, since there are traffic jams around 10 a.m. The pool was visited a couple of times in the afternoon. There were always free deck chairs. Towels are provided by the pool, they can also be taken to the sea. I've seen umbrellas given out to hotels, though I don't know if it's paid or not. Metro and tram are within walking distance, 300 meters from the hotel. The food is good, it looks like homemade, without frills. Both for breakfast and dinner there were always vegetables, two or three types of side dishes, as well as meat and fish/Seafood. Desserts and fruits. Juice, water. We've never been hungry. We chose a hotel based on reviews. We are shocked! It feels like we've come to another place- the food is disgusting. There is no choice at all. What are the four stars? After paying for full board, we had breakfast several times at the hotel. If you need a place to spend the night, then yes, come here. By the way, there are cockroaches in the rooms. And yet - the hotel guide from the Pegasus Tourist company is a very pompous and unpleasant person. He really didn't like that we started asking uncomfortable questions for him - on the day of check-in, for some reason, we weren't supposed to have lunch, although we arrived at 10 o'clock, check-in at 14, and lunch before 15. It's a strange scheme. This is far from our first time abroad, but we have never seen anything like this - on the day of departure there is only breakfast - although departure is only in the evening. It's all very sad- such a service, and even in Dubai..... One of the advantages is the availability of a washing machine, daily cleaning and location in the Marina area. We've talked to many vacationers who haven't been here for the first time - they say they won't be coming back, everything has changed a lot for the worse. Honestly, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. And if you are somehow brought here, do not take food. The horror!!!!
