The trip was for study, so we were looking for the most budget option and so that we could easily get there to see the sights and spend the night. Of the advantages: - It was very simple and easy to get from the hotel to the metro, the embankment, and the market. - there was a very powerful water pressure in the room, we don't have that at home, so it immediately blocked all other inconveniences 😅 - we lived on the 3rd floor, the window was always open, the noise was audible, of course, but it was inevitable, we were not embarrassed by this moment - the receptionist was very friendly, always helpful and helpful in solving problems. For example, upon arrival, it turned out that the "bagel" from the toilet was broken in the room. In the morning, they sent us a master who promised to do everything by the next morning. Since we weren't in the room at all for the first few days, we returned to this issue a day later. The toilet was not repaired, so we were immediately offered another room, which turned out to be more comfortable. - for that price, we were quite satisfied with everything. The street where the hotel is located is quite dirty. But Istanbul itself is not clean at all, there are no urns on the streets and the locals themselves throw everything on the streets. Therefore, if you live in a nearby less budget hotel, the picture will be the same. Of the cons: - the breakfasts were included, but they were as meager and the same as possible: boiled egg, cheese, sausage, dried olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, bread, butter, and on the last day there was terribly tasteless margarine, and tea/coffee. In general, you can have a snack, of course. We personally liked the street food much more) - the rooms are very small, the corner rooms are generally triangular in shape and it takes time to get used to them. However, everything is clean, which is important. - the first room had a small refrigerator, TV, split (not included), bed. And the second one also has a safe. I really missed some kind of bedside table, a chair where I could sit, but they wouldn't fit)) - the light is very dim, it was important to me, because half the time I was studying, it was just dark and uncomfortable. But if you just need to come in the evening, wash up and watch a movie, then great. Not all the staff speaks English, but they can offer an interpreter. We were more attracted by the cordiality and the desire to help) In general, I can say that we would have returned here if we had gone without children and purely for an overnight stay. Although it's hard to imagine a different format in Istanbul! We wanted to take a photo of the room and the breakfasts, but we postponed it for later. I really have to go back 😁

The room was on the ground floor with a view of the intersection: noise, screams, exhaust fumes... but that's okay. But the room leaves much to be desired: everything would be fine, but there is mold on the ceiling - a stain of a once-flooded sewer, moreover, the sewer box, covered with wallpaper, made noises of flowing liquid all the time, apparently when the toilet was flushed on the upper floors. This is not a room, but a closet. It's just awful! We regretted coming here. The photos on the websites do not correspond to reality. There is no cleaning. Towels are not changed. They wrote the truth about breakfast. How this hotel was given 3 stars is not clear. It's just a flophouse. The location is only good and nothing else.

It's a terrible hotel. I don't recommend it to anyone. The room is small, the shower is for Hobits, and the hotel is generally dirty. There's nothing to have breakfast about, sausage, boiled eggs and cucumbers, that's it. It is impossible to sleep, the audibility is huge, as if you are sleeping at a bus stop. There is a busy road nearby, where cars drive all night and beep to each other. English is not understood at all at the reception. Russian is even more so.
