The rooms are dirty, the air conditioner is dripping on my head, and everything inside is black, the tile is broken, the toilet is the same, the battery is working, 2 sockets for everything, the TV has not been working in the whole hotel for a long time, the staff just don't care, they don't refuse and at the same time they don't do anything, they put one towel on 2 with words, we can only give the second one tomorrow. There were 3 days, we never had breakfast, because in the evenings men gathered in the so-called dining room, smoked and played, all the smoke went into the room. Plus, the convenient location and nothing else. There are many other decent mini-hotels in this location, plus or minus at this price. Don't spoil your mood, even if you just come to spend the night, it couldn't be worse.

Basically, we understood that 3 stars was trash, but the reality turned out to be even worse. The photo shows smudges on the ceiling, there is also a door to the balcony, it's right next to the bed, and it blew insanely hard. And it's +6° outside and the wind is strong. 🥶 I slept in thermal underwear. We (two friends) were put in a room with one bed, and when asked to give us another blanket, the answer was no. One set of towels for two. There are no slippers in the room, the floors are icy. There is a mini fridge in the room (we did not include it) and something like a table. There is no elementary electric kettle, although there is one in the photos of the hotel. They went to ask for boiling water, they didn't give tea, they bought it in the store. The room was not cleaned or the bed linen changed, although we asked for it. We only took out the trash 🗑️ we lived for 7 days 🙈 room 103 On the plus side: there are many cafes nearby, supermarkets, pharmacies and the sights can be reached on foot. As for the staff, as others write, yes, besides Turkish, they only know English and Russian "thank you". It didn't cause me any problems, because I know a little Turkish, and no one canceled the Google translator. Breakfasts are a separate story. On the first morning, we were given coffee, boiled egg, cheese, cheese, bread, several slices of tomato, dried olives, sausage, butter and jam in individual packages.(everything is visible in the photo) At all subsequent breakfasts, the set was the same, except for coffee and eggs. I used to drink coffee in the morning, I asked to replace tea. I was refused. In general, if you go to Istanbul, then the area is 👍🔥, and choose a different hotel. There are plenty of them at every turn

I don't recommend it, our room was on the ground floor, locals were walking under the windows all night, smoking, everything was drawn to the room. The room itself requires renovation and general cleaning! Bed linen with stains that probably can't be washed, but at least it's clean. The shower has dirty tiles, peeling windows, and dusty curtains. The only thing that was nice was the polite staff. That's all.
