The trip was for study, so we were looking for the most budget option and so that we could easily get there to see the sights and spend the night. Of the advantages: - It was very simple and easy to get from the hotel to the metro, the embankment, and the market. - there was a very powerful water pressure in the room, we don't have that at home, so it immediately blocked all other inconveniences 😅 - we lived on the 3rd floor, the window was always open, the noise was audible, of course, but it was inevitable, we were not embarrassed by this moment - the receptionist was very friendly, always helpful and helpful in solving problems. For example, upon arrival, it turned out that the "bagel" from the toilet was broken in the room. In the morning, they sent us a master who promised to do everything by the next morning. Since we weren't in the room at all for the first few days, we returned to this issue a day later. The toilet was not repaired, so we were immediately offered another room, which turned out to be more comfortable. - for that price, we were quite satisfied with everything. The street where the hotel is located is quite dirty. But Istanbul itself is not clean at all, there are no urns on the streets and the locals themselves throw everything on the streets. Therefore, if you live in a nearby less budget hotel, the picture will be the same. Of the cons: - the breakfasts were included, but they were as meager and the same as possible: boiled egg, cheese, sausage, dried olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, bread, butter, and on the last day there was terribly tasteless margarine, and tea/coffee. In general, you can have a snack, of course. We personally liked the street food much more) - the rooms are very small, the corner rooms are generally triangular in shape and it takes time to get used to them. However, everything is clean, which is important. - the first room had a small refrigerator, TV, split (not included), bed. And the second one also has a safe. I really missed some kind of bedside table, a chair where I could sit, but they wouldn't fit)) - the light is very dim, it was important to me, because half the time I was studying, it was just dark and uncomfortable. But if you just need to come in the evening, wash up and watch a movie, then great. Not all the staff speaks English, but they can offer an interpreter. We were more attracted by the cordiality and the desire to help) In general, I can say that we would have returned here if we had gone without children and purely for an overnight stay. Although it's hard to imagine a different format in Istanbul! We wanted to take a photo of the room and the breakfasts, but we postponed it for later. I really have to go back 😁

The room was on the ground floor with a view of the intersection: noise, screams, exhaust fumes... but that's okay. But the room leaves much to be desired: everything would be fine, but there is mold on the ceiling - a stain of a once-flooded sewer, moreover, the sewer box, covered with wallpaper, made noises of flowing liquid all the time, apparently when the toilet was flushed on the upper floors. This is not a room, but a closet. It's just awful! We regretted coming here. The photos on the websites do not correspond to reality. There is no cleaning. Towels are not changed. They wrote the truth about breakfast. How this hotel was given 3 stars is not clear. It's just a flophouse. The location is only good and nothing else.

It's a terrible hotel. I don't recommend it to anyone. The room is small, the shower is for Hobits, and the hotel is generally dirty. There's nothing to have breakfast about, sausage, boiled eggs and cucumbers, that's it. It is impossible to sleep, the audibility is huge, as if you are sleeping at a bus stop. There is a busy road nearby, where cars drive all night and beep to each other. English is not understood at all at the reception. Russian is even more so.

Flophouse))). To say that I'm shocked is an understatement. It's a terrible hotel, I wouldn't even call it a hotel, just A FLOPHOUSE. Nothing worked, room 103 was bitterly cold, the toilet was dirty, the bed was yellow, they moved to room 102, the only plus was the heat, but only the first night, then the heating broke, the next day the hot water, electricity, wifi disappeared. Fortunately, we were there for only 2 nights. Everything in the rooms is dead, the door frames are coming apart from the water, plaster is hanging from the walls and ceiling, and we haven't heard about cleaning at all. When people wash on the top floor, water flows in the shower from the ceiling. Breakfasts are sliced with stretch film and boiled egg. Instant coffee, cheese with mold, but not with noble))). The only advantage is the staff, the most friendly and helpful people.

The hotel is located in the historical part of Istanbul. All the main attractions of the city, the Marmara Sea embankment are within walking distance. The room is very small. The shower is good. The breakfasts are modest. They don't do any cleaning, they don't even take out the trash. A hotel for very unassuming guests.

Our originally paid-for hotel was replaced by Asitane, we agreed, but after reading the reviews on Google, we were horrified, we went at our own risk. But everything turned out to be just fine, now we are at a loss where such bad reviews come from. Upon check-in, they apologized to us for the plumbing problems and put us up for one night in a nearby hotel, which was also very good. I liked the hotel: Friendly and helpful staff, very nice and warm-hearted, ✅ location, close to the center, to the sea too, we traveled on foot everywhere. But at the same time, the hotel is quiet and peaceful., Clean rooms, snow-white linen and comfortable mattresses, The renovation in the room is also good, a la minimalism (for the sake of interest, I went to the neighbors, they have the same room), The Wi-Fi is fast, catches in the room, Beautiful view from the window. There was no balcony, but that was okay. The breakfasts were modest, not a buffet, served in portions (eggs, vegetables, jams, lots of bread, watermelon). Coffee/tea can be requested outside of breakfast. The rooms are small, the three of us may be cramped. The spiral staircase is a real cardio workout. This is one of the small disadvantages, as young and relatively healthy people, it seemed like a small thing to us, we noted much more advantages of the hotel. I would definitely recommend to stay, this is one of the most budget but good hotels.

To be honest, the hotel should have been called an Overnight Stay. And no more. For 5 days, no one came into the room, the garbage was not taken out, it was not cleaned, I am generally silent about towels and linen. With all my kindness, I can't give you more than 1 star. Breakfasts are not food, it's better to go to a cafe. And thus you will lose the money you saved on the hotel. So think carefully. Definitely NOT recommended

There will even be a lot of 1 stars here. That's horrible. It was December, and the room was freezing, and the heating was sometimes turned on at night. And that's if you ask. You can't drink tea in the evening, they don't give you water, there are no kettles in the rooms, apparently because of the greed of the owner. I just went to the reception and demanded a cup of hot tea (at least to warm up a little). The window faced the road, right at the intersection, the noise was terrible 22 hours a day. Breakfast is generally a separate topic. Not a buffet, NO! You are given a plate with pieces of cheese (not always fresh), a piece of loaf (also tired), sausage (the cat did not eat it), olives (well, they are normal), a slice of cucumber and a slice of tomato. This is TRASH. I won't come here for any money, you can't invite me for free either! IT'S JUST AWFUL!!!

Excellent for its price. The ceiling is slightly stained with water, and the plumbing is a little tired. But the bed is comfortable, the view from the window is gorgeous. Cleaning was done every two days, always clean. Breakfast is included in the price, quite simple but delicious. The staff is polite. The area is calm. It would be easy to come to this hotel again. Those who write that the food is in the basement either haven't been there, or they want to be naughty. Meals are served on the ground floor 3 steps below the sidewalk level. The glass is big and there are kittens running around outside the window. There is a cafe with a grill next to the hotel down the hill, and a delicious doner with lamb. In general, I wish you all a good rest!

The situation was very darkened 1) this is a dirty room, there is hair left from previous guests, the bed linen is more or less clean, but the mattress itself🥹 2) there is a complete discrepancy between the photos of the rooms. When asked why the photo is different, we were told that it was like this before, but how much earlier it is not clear, it feels like never 3) the only cleaning in the room was to make the bed and have toilet paper 4) breakfast is just pieces of bread, one sausage cut in half, a spoonful of butter, a spoonful of jam, two pieces of cheese, two pieces of honey, two pieces of cucumber, olives Plus, it's just the polite staff and the location of the hotel.

I would like to say that it is a wonderful hotel. I read the reviews before the check-in - they didn't seem too happy and the wait was honestly not very good. In fact, the hotel is located in a great area - we walked from the hotel absolutely everywhere, because all the places are just around the corner. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby, supermarkets, markets - anything you want. The staff is very polite and attentive - they will always help and tell you everything. According to the condition of the hotel: yes, it's shabby, the wallpaper is coming off somewhere, the faucet is pouring in different directions - but it all becomes completely invisible, compared to all the advantages. You shouldn't expect more for such a price - everything is great for your money. If the hotel is for sleeping, this is an ideal option. In general, I am sure that you would have returned here, and I advise you not to hesitate!

The room is very small, the outlets are not working, the hair dryer is not working! There is no Russian-speaking staff, so you will remain misunderstood with your problems! Breakfast is one egg, a couple of pieces of sausage, butter, a couple of pieces of bread and tea. That's it. I highly recommend not staying even for a couple of nights.

Pros: Many thanks to the receptionist – she was incredibly sweet, caring and even kindly provided her Istanbul Card for public transport! It really made our stay more comfortable. Minuses: The rooms are very cramped, literally tiny. The air conditioner was not working properly, which made the room stuffy. The breakfasts were monotonous: the same thing was served all 5 days (egg, bread, butter, cucumber, tomato, 2 pieces of watermelon, cheese and sausage). I would like more variety.

I just returned from a trip to Istanbul, I stayed at this hotel, I liked everything, especially the hotel administrators Said and his wife, who are very pleasant, the people helped me choose the tour, they have very pleasant prices for all tours. I recommend choosing this hotel, it is located in the center of the old town and all the sights are within walking distance.

Hello, I want to share a review about the hotel! I reread the reviews, it seemed like I liked everything and all the early residents were happy! when we stopped by, it looked like a comfortable room, and during our stay I realized what a terrible hotel it was. no water to drink, everything is dirty, very small rooms, nothing to move forward. It's just awful! when you come home after a long walk, you want to lie down and relax, but with such circumstances it is not possible. the beds are uncomfortable, as if they were sleeping on pieces of wood. It's dirty and messy everywhere, and they even disdained to eat there, although they're not squeamish themselves. I liked Turkey, but I had terrible impressions because of the hotel! If you don't want to spoil your vacation, don't check into this hotel. the reviews are purchased. We haven't cleaned up once in a week. money is wasted. it is better to overpay and find an adequate hotel. Breakfasts are included, but they're not about that. I had to look for nearby cafes, as the children were starving in the morning. I can 't even give you one star( There is a refrigerator, but there is no carafe of water (

It's a terrible hotel. I had a room with a view of the sea, and as a result, they settled into an incomprehensible room with a view of the passing cars. I tried to prove it to them, but they said your number was taken. You probably haven't heard about cleaning in this hotel at all. The room is dirty, the dust has never been wiped off, the bed linen is already so dirty that it can no longer be washed. The shower is leaking, it is not possible to wash. The hair dryer wants to work, but it doesn't work, wrapped with electrical tape. Breakfast is generally terribly simple. The wiring on the split system sparked several times, and I'm generally silent about the incomprehensible, dirty refrigerator. If you want to relax in the slightest comfort, do not check into this hotel. The whole mood will disappear. I don't recommend it. The photos on the hotel's website and how it really happened don't match at all. It's been 7 days

The first impression is tin. Plus, the staff is helpful, but after a three-star hotel in Russia, it's something. Fourth floor, beautiful view from the window. Cons: there is no kettle, getting to the room by a steep staircase is a visit to the gym, which is difficult for older people. One bed for two elderly girls is not very comfortable. I haven't figured out the location yet, will I be able to find my hotel among the streets tomorrow

We paid for the room through an agency. We checked in, it turned out that the air conditioner in the room was not working. We informed the staff about this and recommended using a fan. The room is dirty and there is an unpleasant smell. The bed linen is stained. The temperature in the room did not allow to stay in it, so I had to pay for a room in another hotel and move.

The hotel is located close to historical attractions and is cheap, but its advantages end there. The room is not cleaned from the word at all. Bed linen and towels, although washed, but with traces of other people's vital activity. The walls are cardboard. The breakfast is not impressive. I would recommend it to my friends as a last resort!

A great, inexpensive hotel. Standard Turkish breakfast and delicious bread. All the staff is insanely polite. The room is neat. In order to come just to spend the night, you don't need any more mui. There is hot water, the air conditioner is working, there is a refrigerator, there is a TV. The bathroom has a hairdryer, clean towels, a couple of pieces of soap and two small bottles of shampoo. One woman speaks Russian. The rest speak English, Turkish and even know Korean. Cleaning is done regularly. I felt comfortable, like at home. In the morning, at breakfast, I chatted in the kitchen with the nicest employees of the hotel. I was lucky enough to live on the 4th floor in a 403 room with a view of both the sea and the mosque. Of course, I am very satisfied with both the hotel and the service

The room is terrible, cockroaches are running around. We lived for 7 days, there was no cleaning more than once. We changed the towels ourselves. A small hotel in the old town. It is suitable for an overnight stay without pretensions. The rooms are clean but very small. You open the door and find yourself in a small hallway with a hanger on one wall (which is a wardrobe and a bedside table for things) and a mirror on the other. The corridor is 1.5-2 meters and the bed (comfortable, the mattress is good). There is no more than a meter around the bed to the walls. There's a TV on the side. And the entrance to the toilet. A shower room for slim people. There is also a fire exit. There is practically no sound insulation. The air conditioner is central. Breakfast is downstairs. Three tables. The menu is the same every day. Bread, tea or coffee, butter, jam, egg, a piece of cheese, two pieces of sausage, three or four olives. The owner is in touch, ready to help. The main advantage is the distance from all attractions within walking distance.

A simple city hotel in the historical center of Istanbul. It is a 10-minute walk to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The hotel itself is nestled on a hill (keep in mind that you will have to return to the hill from almost everywhere). Our room was on the 4th floor, the steepest spiral staircase after a whole day of walking is still a pleasure. The package included breakfast - one set every day - an egg, three pieces of cheese, two pieces of sausage, 5 olives, a loaf, jam, margarine, a plate of watermelon. Upon arrival, they said that breakfast was before 10, but one day there was only one guy left at the distribution and drove us away at 9:45, saying that breakfast was over. The cleaning was done once a week. Towels were not changed in principle. I had to ask for shampoo. Two women who work at the reception and in the cafe speak Russian well

A wonderful economy option hotel. The service staff, administrators (Ercan and Diana) and a representative of the tour operator (young man Liman) will always help, prompt, solve any problem promptly. The room was cleaned every other day. The breakfasts are standard as throughout Istanbul. The hotel is within walking distance of the main attractions. For a budget holiday, that's the thing. Now I know where I will stay in Istanbul)) Thank you.

I stayed at this hotel in July, I was just terrified. The staff is generally rude and no, the refrigerator does not work, the rooms are not cleaned, the bed is dirty, there are no breakfasts at all, an egg and a piece of small cheese, they cheat, honestly no hotel. I moved to another one, much cheaper, I was delighted. EVERYTHING is clean, the room is shiny, the refrigerator is working, there is even a kettle and tea and coffee in the room. And the staff is great, 10 times they will ask if there is anything else, I was delighted with this hotel. Before you go, I advise you to read the reviews.I do not recommend going to this hotel. One of the advantages is that it is located near many attractions within walking distance. The cisterns of Feodosia are 500 meters away from the hotel!!! Down and to the right is the restaurant square about 1 km away. There are many mini factories near the hotel for the production of all Turkish textiles and not far from the main street with trams that can take you to the north side of the Asian side of Istanbul, where the famous Istiklal Street is located. Which I strongly advise you to visit!!! The location of the hotel is a buzz, but only to sleep in it. The view from the hotel to the Marmara Sea is only from the 4th and above floor (we lived on the 5th floor). A compatriot from the 2nd floor has a view of a permanent traffic jam. In the room, there is only a refrigerator and an air conditioner without a remote control - turn on/off via the 16A automatic machine🤣🤣🤣 The breakfasts are the same for all 7 days: boiled egg, several pieces of cheese and sausage, dried olives and awesome fresh bread.

The simplest hotel in the center of the old city of Istanbul. Everything you need is there, a shower, a hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, but it's very, very simple and the hotel is tired, but for 47 thousand rubles, along with the flight and transfer, it's relatively inexpensive. Some tickets for August 2025 were 20 t r each way. In order to wash up and spend the night normally. Breakfasts are one name, although thanks there are no rats and cockroaches, probably, but that's not for sure. But the location is good, close to the Grand bazaar, mosques and the famous Top Cape palace. That's the only reason we can stay here. And you can eat everywhere, near the grand bazaar McDuck, Burger King, Starbucks, the prices are decent. So it's quite normal. The location is good. I ordered a trip through coral travel. A good transfer, a Russian-speaking guide, recommends guided tours upon arrival, the money is cheap, you can say a set, for example, a full-day excursion is 130 dollars, and for half a day it is 100 dollars, even on the day of arrival they make good discounts up to 10-15 dollars. So I recommend it.

We were quite satisfied with a small urban hotel. Yes, there is not much room in the room and the shower is small. The air conditioner was working fine. I can add to the previous true review: 1. The location of the hotel is controversial, although it is close to the main beauties. On the one hand, Pierre Loti Street is clean and well-groomed, leading to the center, on the other-a dirty and smelly wholesale district with all the consequences. 2. You can only sleep with the windows closed, because everyone is screaming - huge seagulls, sellers, movers, parking attendants, and passers-by..+ cars rumbling on the pavement all night. But if you are unlucky and there is no air conditioner, and it happens, then forget about sleep! 3. About breakfast - the absolute truth, there is nothing to add 4. Service-muddy guys from the former Soviet republics-Kazakhs, Kyrgyz, Uzbeks.. talking on the phone and watching videos all day long. With any request from the guests-by!! 5. And finally, the main thing! One night at the hotel we heard a rustle in our room for 5! the floor. The next night, everything was repeated and gnawed beach slippers with teeth marks were added!! There's a RAT in the room, comrades!! The next day we flew away, the administration (represented by the Kyrgyz duty officers, by the way, arrogant for some reason!)the incident was reported with attached photos of slippers.. So what? No regrets, no apologies.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE HOTEL!!!

We were with my wife and little daughter from 07.07.22 to 12.07.22. No impressions, service at 0, these days, the room was cleaned 1 time, we had to wash and sweep the floors ourselves, the linen was not changed at all, we were settled on the 5th floor (there is no elevator) with a small infant, we were asked to settle at least on the 3rd, requested 20 euros per day. At first they were given a room without air conditioning, as they were from the road and very tired, they did not pay attention to it, but the next day, it became unbearably hot to sleep, they asked to overpower, overpowered into a smaller room, but with air conditioning (this was the only plus)! Breakfast, only one name, is given a plate with dilapidated cucumbers and tomatoes, a couple of pieces of cheese and local sausage, they completely forget about the stale bun, it is not covered! Cockroaches are walking around the kitchen! In general, I do not recommend the place, although it is very close to all the mosques and attractions of the Fatih district (the very center)
