It's a great hotel. Corresponds to the declared stars. The food was good, although sometimes there were no empty seats for lunch and dinner, we had to wait. The territory is small, but it doesn't take much either - I left the hotel and went for a walk anywhere. Near the big Migros, a pleasant embankment. You can go to the fountain show in the center, to the fortress or to the port. It's very beautiful there in the evening. There's also a bunch of shops in the center. Everything is within walking distance or you can take a minibus. The hotel has good performances in the evenings in front of the pool. There is a Playground, billiards. Its own beach with a pier. There are sun beds with soft mattresses on the pier. To the left of the pier there are water activities: cheesecakes, bananas, scooters, etc. In general, you won't get bored.

We go to Marmaris in Turkey all the time, we only change hotels. We are satisfied with the rest. The sea is clean, the room is cleaned, the food is delicious. Presented daily from meat: chicken or turkey, fish, beef, lamb. Fruits: apples, pears, watermelon, oranges, tangerines. Turkish national sweets and biscuits. There is halva, onion, honey in honeycombs. The price and quality exceeded expectations. A huge plus of the hotel is its own beach. The staff is friendly, helpful, there are no questions. I agree that it's mostly in English, but now there are translators on phones. My husband has a vocabulary of 100 words in Turkish, that was enough for my eyes! The food is excellent and fresh. If you need crabs and lobsters with sea urchins, you don't need to come here. We have an exclusive offer for you, not from 50,000 rubles per week, but from 500,000 rubles. In the restaurant, the waiters are cleaning the dishes, they are watching, I did not notice any neglect. Everything is clear! I often vacationed in Alanya, in 2025 I wanted something new, I decided to visit Marmaris with a girl. We thought about the hotel for a long time, we considered only 5*, because after all, the service of Marmaris and the Antalya coast is different. We did not lose absolutely, realizing in the end that we had chosen the best hotel according to the criterion of "urban - comfortable". The hotel is located at a sufficient distance from the center: a 30-minute walk along the embankment and 7-10 minutes by dolmusha bus stop. It is located not on the main street of Marmaris, but a block away from it, closer to the sea on the front page. This minimizes unnecessary sounds, but it doesn't force you to walk far to shops/parks and so on. There are several large grocery stores, bus stops and a million restaurants within 5 minutes of the hotel. The territory of the hotel, despite the fact that it is small, is still completely satisfied. Two swimming pools, terraces, bars, lobbies, shops, a coffee shop, a spa, well, basically everything you need. We were lucky, we were settled in the second building, which is away from the sea, but at the same time on the 5th floor there was a view and a terrace and balconies, beauty. And the range of 2 buildings from the bar was pleasing in the evenings. The food was excellent, by the standards of the top five, most likely 5-. - I bet exclusively on the same choice of breakfast, but at the same time the choice itself was huge. Lunches and dinners are a delight. All kinds of meat, side dishes and sweets. There's nothing to complain about, everything is delicious. The hotel itself is modern, the rooms are clean, the staff is kind. Great bars, although of course Turkish alcohol is far from miraculous, we were satisfied with everything. Free cocktails and all types of alcohol. The beach deserves special attention: if we are talking about the beach, then it is not wide, there are a lot of sun beds, a shower and a faucet; if we are talking about the pier, then getting up at 6:30 before breakfast you can take the best seats for the whole day. Umbrellas, soft sun beds, tables - everything is comfortable. The pier is closed at 18:00 - it is a restaurant for the night. The sea is cool in the morning at the end of June, like a lake in a hot Ural summer, then it warms up as the day progresses. WiFi is available everywhere from bars to rooms and from the pool to the pier in the sea. Animation 7 times a week is always different. Some were excellent, some were mediocre. For children, 15 minutes before an adult. The same Blue Bay is located nearby, but still on the 2nd line from the sea + it does not have a pier. The hotel is quite complete and we recommend you to visit!

Before that, we had only been to Alanya and visited Marmaris for the first time by booking this hotel. We really liked the food, it's quite diverse. The main restaurant always had fish and several types of meat, but mostly turkey, of course. Every evening, the chefs prepared something interesting in the open kitchen. Tortillas, pizza, delicious ravioli or hot pasta. There have always been 2-3 types of delicious Turkish soups. Sometimes they gave ice cream - there was an ice cream man standing right in the hall and putting balls on, sprinkling various sprinkles for children) Most of all we were pleased with the buffet, not only with food, but also with alcohol. There was a self-service bar in the main restaurant where you could mix yourself any cocktail - there was even ice, lemon, soda and many types of alcohol, including unopened ones - where you can verify the originality of alcohol. There are several bars on site by the pools. Everything is clear on alcohol, there is imported everywhere, cocktails are mixed according to your wishes. The food at the pools is simpler. Pizza, French fries, and slicing vegetables were always cooked. You won't stay hungry if you decide not to crawl out of the pool and go to the main restaurant for a meal. The territory of the hotel is very small, focused on walking around the city. There is a beach, but it's always packed, like in Sochi))) If you want a more secluded beach vacation, take a sea taxi to neighboring resorts. Russian russians were the only ones in the hotel, and the reception staff is mostly English-speaking, but some people understand phrases in Russian. The staff is not particularly friendly, unobtrusive, I would say. They're not rude, but they don't run towards you with their arms outstretched.) Although things were different with people of a different nationality.... It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the center, to the pier. There is a pharmacy nearby. The convenience store is right next to the main entrance. You can also order food directly to your room at night, but it is very expensive. Overall, the hotel left a positive impression, but I do not recommend it for families with children. The animation is very weak and aimed at the Turkish audience. There were some dancing on stage a couple of times in the evening, but the children will be bored.

Positive -the sea is gorgeous, the water is warm, the waves are rare, the view of a million neighboring islands, the water keeps you afloat due to the salinity, clean water, pleasant sandy approach. -the first coastline, through the footpath access to the beach. Own sun beds, towels. - the food is excellent, for every taste - there are alcoholic drinks, not many, but you can choose something for yourself - compact hotel, everything is accessible, everything is nearby. - it's a special pleasure to take a sunbed at 6 a.m. and meet the dawn and swim in the calm, it's indescribable! - the location is mega convenient - in one direction you go to the city center, in the other direction you walk along the long walking road to Icmeler. You can always jump back into a minibus, they walk steadily and get there quickly. - there is always an entertainment program. - the service is excellent, everyone is working like bees. -the journey from the airport took about 1.5 hours, a comfort class minibus for 10 people. - there are no mosques nearby, no one sings. Minuses - music from neighboring cafes blares until 2-3 in the morning. - upon check-in, they were given a superior room. With partial sea views, these rooms are closer to the cafe with music. With the balcony door closed, you can still hear the noise. Birushi to help. - the Wi-Fi did not work the first night, apparently it is activated only the next day. - there are not many sun beds, it will probably be a problem in the season. -the sun beds on the beach are 10 cm apart, such proximity must be accepted and forgiven. - there are few Russian-speaking guests and staff, some are a plus, some are a minus. In the last photo, there is a pedestrian path that leads to the beach, which is also the main boardwalk. The penultimate photo is a view of the hotel from the water. Marmaris reminded us of Rhodes!! (they are located opposite) there is no expensive service, there are a lot, even too many Europeans. The old town, the opportunity to walk along the boardwalk for pedestrians. We will definitely come back.

We stayed at the hotel from 4 to 11 May (2 adults). I'm thrilled with my vacation!!! We just fell in love with Marmaris. Before that, I was on the coast in Kemer, Belek and Antalya in Turkey! I doubted for a long time whether to go to this hotel, there were many negative reviews - it turned out to be all in vain! The room stock is a little tired, but everything you need is there (+ we were aware of the price we were going for and ala Max Royal is not worth waiting for))I really liked the food at the hotel, varied every day, sea bass, dorado, salmon, delicious meat. You definitely won't stay hungry. There were reviews about the sun beds, which are not enough (maybe in season), there are not many of them there - there are mattresses on the pier (they noticed that the covers are washed every day), and on the shore. But during our stay, everyone was free, as it was low season. The staff is friendly, everyone is trying very hard. On the day of departure, we were allowed to leave the room later without paying (for which we thank you so much). I really liked the gym. I have never reached the hammam (you can just warm up for free). A very cool bar with a sea view. You can sit listening to music while drinking a cocktail. The hotel has a very cool location, not far from the old town, every evening we went out and strolled along the boardwalk. There are many hotels around that are much bigger and more luxurious, but this one has its own unreadable atmosphere! It was recommended to me by a friend who went to a more expensive hotel a few years ago, but noted this one with its special vibe for follow-up trips. In general, everything is great and I liked everything! If you are not picky, I think you will be satisfied! And you can look for negativity everywhere, the mood is important!

August 2025. The hotel does not pull on the declared 5 stars in any way. A good foursome. The room is not bad. The view of the neighboring hotel (because they are on top of each other here), but we had it on the second floor, fortunately it blocked the view with palm trees. Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed, there are no declared bathrobes (this did not affect anything, just as a fact). There is only water from the mini-bar for free. The hotel itself is small. Sometimes there is live piano music in the lobby. There is little animation, the territory is very small for so many people. There are two pools, and the second one, which is NOT on the beach, makes delicious cocktails. In the one on the beach, they do mediocre, and only the simplest ones. The more interesting ones, like Negroni, are paid. There are not enough sun beds. There is a pier, at 18:00 it closes and turns into a restaurant, at 17:30 the sun beds begin to prepare and clean, and there is no sun on the very line of the hotel beach at this time. The sea is clear only in the morning, then because of the water transport and the dishes and bottles flying off the pier, you know ... the bar is open until 23:00 and from 10:00. In the morning, if you want water, then only in the dining room from 7:00. The dining room is also tired, and it's very small for so many people. There is very little variety in food, considering that we are not picky. Fruits include oranges, apples, watermelon, and pears. The travel agency promised us "another Turkey" and "European service" - well, if that's the case, then it's very sad because there is no service at all. We had a vacation in September 2025 in Turkey at the Marmaris Elegance Hotel, the trips were booked and paid in full in January-February, i.e. we had an early booking through Anex tour, for 3 adults, standard room. We were accommodated in a room with a huge bed for 3 people and a small mini sofa for a child of 5 years old. Our daughter is 22 years old, and I was shocked that they were offering us a threesome. My request to change the room at the reception was refused, referring to the fact that the hotel was overcrowded. In the end, they brought an additional 2 mattresses, which were placed on top of each other and a bed turned out. On the day of arrival, my daughter had a birthday, no reaction from the hotel, at least a smile, but alas!We arrived in the evening, we were at the hotel at 21.00 and spent another hour and a half equipping and moving furniture in the room. The room is overflowing with unnecessary and superfluous furniture, there is an upholstered armchair, a coffee table and an ottoman, which we ourselves brought to the balcony, although there were already 2 chairs and a rattan coffee table. This is the first negative! I think, probably, if we had already paid for the trip in full in six months, the room should have been prepared for three adults! The second big disadvantage was that the windows of our room faced the neighboring hotels, from where music was played all day long, which stopped only at 24 o'clock. You won't fall asleep before this time, even if you put earplugs on, it's useless, of course, with the balcony doors closed! Two tourists who arrived with us were accommodated in a great quiet room, they bought vouchers for 2 weeks, I specifically asked.The third disadvantage is that the places under the awnings on the beach, pier and pool must be occupied at 6 a.m. It's true! We get up early, that's why my husband and I got up and borrowed. Another funny thing is that half of the seats are occupied by waiters, apparently this is their additional earnings, for tips they then offer them to those who contact them. The restaurant is really good, the dishes are delicious and varied. The location of the hotel is also good, we walked along the embankment, 20 minutes on foot to the city center, if not in a hurry, then 30 minutes. The old town near the fortress is very beautiful, and the singing fountains are fascinating every evening at 21.00! Overall, I think the rest was a success! We arrived refreshed and in a good mood!

We stayed at this hotel from 19.06 to 28.06. The hotel is very cool, the first line. There are not many sun beds, but at 9.00 it was always possible to find a place.
