The feeling that you are not welcome in this company (did a collapse-convergence). I stopped by the "office" several times, after a preliminary call, there is no record, a live queue is formed by the wrecker mechanic himself, you don't have to go to the order desk, firstly, the administrator solves his business by phone, or communicates with colleagues (the client is not in priority), secondly, if there is a live queue, why should the client go to to the master and take a queue?(then why the order desk and the administrator?). Separately, the diagnostic card is not issued by collapse, but the master is adequate, will show and tell you what happened / became. Waiting in line for 15+ minutes. I do not recommend it, even considering the price of the service
