The locksmith who changed the stretcher smiled and advised me to go to any other service station for the collapse, which I did. 15 minutes later, I left with the stretcher moved to the right place (squeeze out 4 nuts and pull in the right direction with my hand) and the wheels exposed

They do everything on their own, even for a collapse, they don't need any help from the car owner. We were accepted out of turn as nonresidents, because we were passing by Minsk and there was a breakdown. Prices, of course, are much higher than in Gomel, but this is not critical.
