The first time we visited this hotel was in August 2024, it was very hot for me, so the impressions were blurred. This year we went at the end of October, there is something to compare. I realized for myself that I need to go either in May (before the heat) or in September The hotel has a fairly large and green territory, it is clear that it is being cared for, cleaned and trimmed. Of course, the rooms are already tired, I do not recommend using air conditioning, they are not cleaned of the word at all. And I noticed joints with dishes in the restaurant - it wasn't always clean. It is a pity that there are no heated pools on the street, they are empty in the off-season, the water is icy. The food was good, some complained that it wasn't as varied (little meat, almost one chicken), but my children and I never went hungry. Overall, I liked everything, we will definitely come back here, there was a very good animation in the summer.

We had a rest on 15- 22.09.2025. I liked the hotel, everything is very friendly. Upon arrival, they immediately put on a bracelet (you can go to eat) and, if possible, put you in a room. We were checked in at 11:00, although we were officially supposed to at 14:00. We live in a separate Zeus building, the rooms are spacious, the air conditioning is working, the bar is replenished, the balcony is excellent. There is a lot of varied food, not only could we not taste all the food, but even visit all the places where it is served. Delicious ice cream. The approach to the sea is gentle. Sand, then 1-2 meters of small pebbles from the surf, and sand again. Most tourists are Russian-speaking, many people are 50+ and about 20% are couples with children. For children, there is a separate room in the restaurant, a shallow pool, and an entertainment center. I've never seen anyone drunk. The territory is very large, well-groomed and green, cats walk, lizards run. There are courts and slides, several pools. My wife liked the SPA salon with a hammam and massage. Perhaps active people will find it boring, there is not enough loud music, but it depends on the person. The photo shows the view from the balcony.

Yes, it's nice to take a walk, but there are no ottomans, sun beds or benches to just lie in the shade. There are not enough sun beds. We could not find a place at sea for 12 days of rest. This is the first time in 6 holidays in Turkey. You can lie down by the pool until 9 a.m.- there are no more places! Umbrellas are few and of poor quality-they flew away in windy weather! It is clear that the hotel is saving money. The beach towels are in holes (yes, it seems like nothing terrible, but it's unpleasant, some kind of disrespect.) Among the advantages are good animation, good water slides, a room in a bungalow, good local alcohol, diligent staff, proximity to Land of Legends! We're not going back!

Animation is available for both children and adults. There were a couple of cool evening shows. We went to Green Canyon. Delight! Those who love natural places are definitely a must visit. We were in Land of Legend for 1 day. It's right next to the hotel. Turkish Disneyland. We bought tickets from our tour operator. Surprisingly, with a discount like on the website. There weren't many people. From 10:00 to 18:00, we rolled in both the "wet" and "dry" zones. We definitely recommend it. We also went separately to the fountain evening show and the costume show. It is held in the Mall area free of charge for everyone. Very cool! In general, we had a wonderful rest!

We were a family for the second time in this place. The huge territory where you can walk is fascinating. The food is like everywhere else (lots of chicken, little beef and fish). In the summer of 2025, a day with seafood and crayfish was held a couple of times. Fruits - no frills. Watermelons, peaches, nectarines, grapes are on top. Apples, plums and pears are not ice cream. The staff is polite. We tried to keep the room clean. By the way, some places have been redecorated. And most importantly, the sea! Ideality!!!!!!! Excellent entry into the water. The case also doesn't seem to be being cleaned. The floors in it have never been washed even once. The beach is the same. The food is varied and monotonous. The meat is all puke chicken. There was practically no meat. Fish is the cheapest. Vegetables are plentiful. The hotel does not pull 5 stars, at most 4, and even then because of the location. It needs to be closed for major repairs. Even the exterior trim on one of the towers of the main building was crumbling. In general, they save on everything. Even the relatively low price does not justify it. I won't come again.

The territory of the hotel is not large but comfortable .there are 3 pools, children's, adult and with water slides. Of course, everything is for an amateur in terms of food, but you definitely won't stay hungry. When they write that there is nothing to eat, I honestly don't understand where they were)))) It seems to me that during our stay we did not try everything that was served there! Mutton, seafood, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, etc. About sweets, this is a separate conversation - for all meals and separately in the cafeteria, there is just a dump of taste buds!!! The alcohol is good - effes beer, Turkish spirits, but good, I've never had a headache))) Champagne in every bar. The bartenders are great - any cocktails for every taste. In addition to restaurants, gozleme, burgers, hot dog and baby potatoes are cooked outside during the day. Ice cream is packaged and served in cups from 12.00 to 16.00. And now what made our vacation unforgettable is the animation team!!!!!!! The team is just great - and this also applies to the mini-club where our daughter was vacationing!!!! Our beloved Arina, Batu, Malina, Mimimishka, little Speedy and DJs - You are super!!!!!!!! They are such friendly, funny, helpful guys. You are in our hearts and memories for a long time!!!!!

The rest period is from 05.10-17.10.25 5* can only be placed behind a beautiful park area, which is perfectly maintained. If it wasn't for that, we would definitely have changed the hotel. Unfortunately, the tour operator Biblio Globus let us down with this recommendation, and many thanks to the representative of the welcoming party for their help in solving the problem at the hotel. Overall, 5* is a very high estimate for this hotel. When we arrived, we changed the room 4 times due to the very terrible condition of the rooms, plumbing, dirt in the rooms. To be honest, I've never seen such horror before. They didn't even apologize at the reception. I am attaching a photo. Everything in the hotel is in a very dilapidated and "tired" condition. The beach towels are worn to holes and their foundation has not been changed for a long time. In the rooms, and in our bungalow (room 3306), the towels are in about the same condition, and the linen is poorly washed. The plumbing is covered in mold. Cleaning was done after scandals because requests were ignored. The cherry on the "cake" is the lack of bathrobes in the rooms, as well as blankets with duvet covers, which, as explained at the reception, are not available. Since there was a storm for a couple of days, and in general the temperature dropped at night and the rooms were cool enough, they offered to decorate with thin blankets.

The beach is sandy, clean, the sun beds and towels are not new, but in good condition. The sea is warm, the water is clean. 95% of tourists are from Russia, completely filled. The service staff is mostly Russian-speaking, not intrusive. Food and drinks are always available from morning to late evening. Among the delights there is a sushi bar and a coffee shop in the main building in addition to snack bars. The food was very varied and delicious, even quails, baked tongues and crayfish were served. The staff is excellent, almost everyone understands Russian, everyone is friendly and helpful. I liked the fact that they didn't charge a penny for the late check-out, thanks to them for such attentive attitude. The territory of the hotel is average in size, there is a place to walk. The greenery is being watched and cared for. I liked the huge pool. The beach is excellent, about 250 meters wide, sandy, sloping entrance to the sea, which is a big plus for vacationers with children. In strong waves, small pebbles are washed away. We got to the hotel during the holidays, it was fully loaded, while there were enough sun loungers on the beach for everyone and there was a small supply, as well as tables in the restaurant, a lot of empty seats. If you compare with the Marti Mira Kemer hotel, the level of Green Max is lower, but for that there is no such congestion of vacationers, there are free places, the kitchen copes, plates and appliances are clean, there were problems with this in Marti Mira. There is evening animation, mini disco and disco for adults, at 22 everything ended, which is nice.

A wonderful hotel! Delicious and varied food , themed days , seafood on fish day , then crayfish . A family of 4 people had a two-room room in the Aspendos bungalow. It's a little humid on the ground floor and there are mosquitoes) but it didn 't bother us much . Daily cleaning, good. Special thanks for keeping the territory clean , all the paths are hosed at night and swept during the day . And the whole hotel is clean! The staff tries their best, helps, and is friendly! The territory is large, green, and there are turtles) Active animation by the pool, yoga, outdoor dancing, evening shows, karaoke, a disco on the beach at night for those who wish ( music does not interfere with relaxation) . In the evening we went to the park for a show, it's free, you can at least watch a different ride every day, watch the program with the show on the website. We had a 9-day vacation in July and are flying here for two more weeks in August. We lived in the Zeus building, I asked for the first floor because I had a wheelchair. The room is, as expected, a little old, but it was cleaned normally. Bed linen was changed regularly, shampoos/gels and a mini bar were replenished daily. My baby and I were 11 months old. I was worried about his diet. There was always chicken soup, lentil soup, green peas, buckwheat, rice. I chose vegetables from adult dishes, as I was on a diet. They're tough on the table. A children's table and a children's area are more likely for children from 2 to 4. There is no canned food. The child ate watermelons, bananas, nectarines, peaches [from nibler]. There was oatmeal porridge for breakfast, but mine doesn't eat that, abcm. My normal meal was their white yogurt without additives with canned fruits, prunes and raisins. Green Max's territory is gorgeous. Walking with a stroller is great. The sea and the beach are great. We always needed one sunbed, to leave our things, and we found it. The fact that the sun beds are occupied with towels for some reason, yes, it is.
