The first time we visited this hotel was in August 2024, it was very hot for me, so the impressions were blurred. This year we went at the end of October, there is something to compare. I realized for myself that I need to go either in May (before the heat) or in September The hotel has a fairly large and green territory, it is clear that it is being cared for, cleaned and trimmed. Of course, the rooms are already tired, I do not recommend using air conditioning, they are not cleaned of the word at all. And I noticed joints with dishes in the restaurant - it wasn't always clean. It is a pity that there are no heated pools on the street, they are empty in the off-season, the water is icy. The food was good, some complained that it wasn't as varied (little meat, almost one chicken), but my children and I never went hungry. Overall, I liked everything, we will definitely come back here, there was a very good animation in the summer.

There is food in all corners of the hotel and throughout the territory (available on a schedule, but always somewhere) The pools are clean, there are performances in the water with foam, etc. There is something every day. There are performances in the theater on the premises, too, almost every day. There is a lot of food in the dining room and it is varied, of course everyone has their own taste for food, but you can eat better than in four stars. In a separate wing there is a bar where there is a lot of alcohol and other drinks. Next to the bar you can get ice cream and sweets with coffee and tea. The rooms in the main building are small and, in my opinion, tired - I saw one room. The elevator is stuffy and slow. We lived in a separate house next to the hotel, each with about 20 rooms. There are several of them on the territory. Of course, it's nice and pleasant there, and there are good balconies. If you go to one of these houses for breakfast, you can find all the lawns being sprayed and there is a pleasant morning breeze from the water with the smell of warm fir tree freshness. Turtles and cats can be found on the territory, of course. I recommend that upon departure, if you take lukum, it is very tasty and fresh (they make it right there) to order in the lobby at the table on the right, if you enter from the main entrance, from the girl who works with vacationers. Cons: Towels on the sun beds are sunbathing There are few benches on site to sit in the shade of the trees. There aren't any on the long trails at all. The rooms in the main building are for those who are already tired - do not hesitate to ask for a better one, it always needs to be done. In the summer of 2025, a day with seafood and crayfish was held a couple of times. Fruits - no frills. Watermelons, peaches, nectarines, grapes are on top. Apples, plums and pears are not ice cream. The staff is polite. We tried to keep the room clean. By the way, some places have been redecorated. And most importantly, the sea! Ideality!!!!!!! Excellent entry into the water. Small pebbles mixed with sand. My feet are very comfortable. No shoes are needed! Sun beds, of course, it's time to upgrade!!! They already look like ... in general, like in Abkhazia)))

The territory of the hotel is not large but comfortable .there are 3 pools, children's, adult and with water slides. I really liked everything, there is a lot of entertainment both in the afternoon and in the evening, the animation is gorgeous every time there is something new, plus there are captive parties in 8 days, we got to 2. Of course, everything is for an amateur in terms of food, but you definitely won't stay hungry. Among the delights there is a sushi bar and a coffee shop in the main building in addition to snack bars. The food was very varied and delicious, even quails, baked tongues and crayfish were served. I liked the fact that they didn't charge a penny for the late check-out, thanks to them for such attentive attitude. The territory of the hotel is average in size, there is a place to walk. The greenery is being watched and cared for. I liked the huge pool. The beach is excellent, about 250 meters wide, sandy, sloping entrance to the sea, which is a big plus for vacationers with children. In strong waves, small pebbles are washed away. We got to the hotel during the holidays, it was fully loaded, while there were enough sun loungers on the beach for everyone and there was a small supply, as well as tables in the restaurant, a lot of empty seats. If you compare with the Marti Mira Kemer hotel, the level of Green Max is lower, but for that there is no such congestion of vacationers, there are free places, the kitchen copes, plates and appliances are clean, there were problems with this in Marti Mira. There is evening animation, mini disco and disco for adults, at 22 everything ended, which is nice.

We stopped by late in the evening and were stunned by the dirt and the room itself: There was black mold in the bathroom, and the bathroom itself was renovated in the 90s, there was no hot water, it was barely warm, it was very noisy, you could hear the neighbors walking down the hall, the spring mattress of the bearded years, the dirty carpet. It's a little humid on the ground floor and there are mosquitoes) but it didn 't bother us much . Daily cleaning, good. Special thanks for keeping the territory clean , all the paths are hosed at night and swept during the day . And the whole hotel is clean! The staff tries their best, helps, and is friendly! There are slippers in the room, there were no bathrobes. There is no kettle in the standard rooms. But there is tea until 12 at night at the pool bar, or else in the gozleme area- but there during the day until 17 or 18, I won't say for sure. We stayed at this hotel from 24.06.25 to 02.06.25 with two children. The hotel is budget 5, measured, for family holidays with children. We have visited Turkey and Belek several times before. The staff is polite, the reception is Russian-speaking, they will answer any questions without any problems. The hotel is large, the main rooms are in the main building. We were given a room on the ground floor, with windows overlooking a large pool and a pool bar. The rooms are tired, of course, but everything you need is there. The air conditioning system is common, at first, when we turned it on, we were worried that the room was not cooling at all, and it was 36-38 degrees outside, but our fears were not justified and the air conditioner did an excellent job. How many times have you been to Turkey and never had any problems with room cleaning? We checked in in the evening, went to the beach in the morning, came at lunch, did not clean up, in short, on the first day the cleaning passed us by. On the second day, the same story happened again. Polite requests that they could not get out were listened to at the reception, but they did not give any result. As a result, on the third day I had to go and swear, connect our representative of the travel agency (Kamran Pegas thank you) and oh my Gods, THEY (the cleaning staff) came!! And after that, cleaning was done every day without complaints. During our stay at the hotel, there were vacationers, as well as a bunch of children's sports camps. The children did not interfere with the rest, they did not rest on the beach, they were engaged in their studies, but the presence of camps was certainly felt in the restaurants, everything was swept away instantly)) and of course, the screams in the corridors are everyday at night. Before the trip, there is no way to find out whether they will be camps in the definition of hotels, because hotels do not provide such information to tour operators. Every day until 01.00 or 02.00, music was playing at the pool bar, but it did not bother us and did not cause discomfort. It was really quite audible. The territory of the hotel is gorgeous, well-groomed, huge, always cleaned, cleaned, washed. The beach is the first line, 5 minutes walk from the main building. The entrance to the sea is first a small pebble, then sand, you can enter calmly and pleasantly without aquashoos. The beach is clean. Russian Russian people can't do that, because of this, almost everything is already occupied at 8 a.m., but since we were with small children and lived by their rules, we arrived late, but we always found a place. When there were camps, it was easier, but when the camps broke up and vacationers arrived, then it was a bit tight.
