The only plus is the view, that's probably all! The rooms were cleaned themselves, towels were changed only 1 time. The food is terrible, the meat is all soy, the plates are dirty, there are not enough tables for everyone.No one spoke at the reception, let alone in Russian, they didn't even understand English, they couldn't cook cocktails and the wine was terrible. In the end, they caught rotavirus, and then they started talking on the bus, half of the hotel had already been ill with these symptoms.

We were with children aged 3 and 10 at the end of July. The hotel is not for the fussy. There are stains on the dishes after the dishwasher, as if they do not run a rinse aid so that the dishes shine, they do not see dirty. The beach is not big for children, but we had enough, there were practically no waves, so the water was crystal clear, it was a pleasure to swim with a mask. No one was poisoned, did not get sick, for me this is the most important plus, so those reviews about poisoning are most likely from strong alcohol, it's there in some five-liter bottles, I did not dare to try it, the beer and wine are excellent. There is also enough food. After reading the reviews, we were ready for the worst, but on our arrival in the dining room everything was cleaned on time, the waiters watched and cleaned the plates, wiped the tables, queues for hot food, but not at all large, they are created by tourists who can not decide what to eat. Vacationers are mostly Turks and Europeans, everyone treated the Russians well and the staff and vacationers themselves are friendly, sociable, they will always help, they will miss if they see that a small one is acting up. There is no bad attitude, they try their best, because the hotel is loaded sometimes, of course, they can't cope. The views are stunning, the sunsets are beautiful. Of course, the hotel requires reconstruction, but with what mood to look at everything, I had only positive emotions) the city itself is in the mountains, so sometimes it smelled like sewage, but this is not only a problem of this hotel in Kusadasi. A tractor came to the beach and took out the algae, not every day, but they created the appearance of cleaning, it would not hurt to wash the tiles in them on the beach, it is very slippery.

Currently in this hotel. We spent 12 days here. Everything that is written above is true. It's not a 5*. It's 3+. And that's at the expense of nature and species. The sea is dirty, the territory is not cleaned. They only wash around the pool. And cups and plates on the beach and on the territory are standing and covered with mold. Drinks in paper cups. Dirty dishes in the dining room are the norm. It's true. Yes, yes, this is the dining room. You can't call it a restaurant. Unpleasant odors from the kitchen. Apparently the ventilation system is quite old. Perhaps the hood is not working at all. At lunch and dinner, the tables are almost not cleaned, you have to rearrange the plates yourself, wipe the table, look for forks and knives in the cabinets. There is clearly not enough staff. Things are cooing in the hotel from the hallway. The staff says: your problems are that the stroller , the inflatable mattress, the ball were not removed to the room. If you forgot your clothes on the beach and they cost something, you won't see them anymore. No one will be watching the cameras. These will be your problems. Money is disappearing from the rooms. There will be a safe if you require it. But it's portable. It is not bolted to the wall. The animation is weak, the numbers are dead. Once again, this is not a 5*. Juices are a strong concentrate . The mattresses on the deck chairs are rumpled . Mildewed and often torn. The rooms are not cleaned. They only make the bed and if you throw the linen on the floor, they will change it. Towels are changed. But the beach dead. There was a rumor that the hotel would be closed for Renovation in the fall. Then it's clear, they just don't care about reviews and stuff. After the renovation, there will be a new story. The pool is cleaned every day. No complaints here. There is nothing to do for more than 10 days. The playground is sad. Old, rusty. The mini club is boring. In general, children have nothing to do, especially teenagers. The slides are turned on for 1 hour and 2 hours after lunch. I don't understand what is the point of disabling them? Why can't they work all the time? Moreover, they work in the hottest time. 11-12 and 14-16 hours. Internet is only available in the lobby. There are no toys. A couple of swings on a dusty playground and that's it. Hookah is paid . Walking around the city saves you. Kusadasi is great. My mattress from the hallway and my tunic are missing. I was told: your problems are that you don't look and the mattress wasn't brought into the room. The girl's shoes are missing. She left them near the suitcase when checking in, went to the beach, no shoes. The staff is not going to do anything. These are all your problems. But when asked to extend the room even for money: no, the hotel is full. Terrible pillows in the room. And there are not 3 sets of them as it is written on the hotel's website. No one speaks Russian. There is Svetlana. It is to the right of the reception. Helps Russian tourists. The best employee , even though it has nothing to do with the hotel . It's green. There are some fish in the sea. Russians are not noticed, for two weeks of rest they have never offered to bring wine. Rooms for 4. We lived in the Junior building, there are spacious rooms with 4 beds. The bathroom was clean and everything worked. The air conditioner didn't work well. Cleanliness in the rooms for 4, but in the dining room, shared toilets is a complete horror. I've never seen such dirt. Sticky floor, dirty dishes, disgusting smell. The toilet by the pool is cleaned once a day in the morning, or even less often. We haven't decided to swim in the pool in two weeks. Some Russians were able to change the hotel, met them on the plane. They were happy. We didn't have a bad rest either. But without animation, without the pool and slides that we expected. It's boring, going out into the city is far away, there's nothing nearby at all. Animation for locals. We definitely won't go to the Aegean coast. I do not recommend the hotel!

If the hotel is considered as a 4*, then everything is fine. The hotel is old, but cozy. Alcohol and nutrition correspond to 4* . You can go into the sea without special shoes, there is a small sandy beach. The advantage of the hotel is its isolation, the beach is for this hotel. There is essentially no animation. We rested from October 11 to October 29, swam every day (although before the trip we were told that it was cold in Kusadasi in October). The air temperature reached 28 degrees, the water near the shore 23-24 degrees. In the evenings, they wore sweatshirts. At a low price , we would return again . We arrived on our own, this is the 7th trip to Turkey. I've been to cheap and expensive hotels before, but I don't recommend this one. The rooms and the building are battered, there is dirt everywhere. The food is terrible, they feed like pigs. Dirty vegetables, undercooked chicken, piss tea and huge queues. There are no locks in the toilets). The water in the shower is desalinated, and vegetables and fruits are washed with it. I haven't tried the swill. The passage to the sea is not for weaklings, but it is normal to shake your legs) The water in the pool is always cold, one of them has a knee-deep entrance on the first step). In short, 20 years ago it was a good hotel, with an aquapark, a spa center (of which nothing works except a sauna) and a gorgeous view of the bay and sunset. Only the view remained. It is better to pay extra and choose another place.

2. Nature bribed from the first picture. The hotel is in the mountains, surrounded by greenery, the sea is lapping at the foot💔 I haven't even looked at other hotels in this region - van love🫶🏻
3. I wanted novelty) even Turkey, but another coast, the Aegean Sea.

Nature is amazing. The views are stunning💔 The tour to Dalyan is beautiful (blue crabs and turtles have captured our hearts). We had a wonderful rest.

We had a rest with a company of 4 people from 24.08 to 03.09. We chose the hotel from the pictures, read the reviews and this was our huge mistake that we did not fully find out all the information about the Ladonia hotel.. the hotel was built about 40 years ago, during this time no repairs were carried out there, a palace is stretched everywhere on the floor on the floors, which is covered with stains and already carries charming aromas. The room was terribly dirty, it's not just the dirt that can be washed, but the tile with mold, which has already outlived itself. The hotel is 5 stars, as they say, but when you enter the room, you will receive only towels that smell terribly of bleach, no bottles of gel, shampoos, toothbrushes, these things are not provided. When we checked into the room and realized that it was impossible to be there, we went down to the reception and asked to at least put things in order, to which we received answers "impossible, the room cannot be dirty", the maid still came in the evening when we were not in the room, but she did not really want to clean, she just She took silk pajamas from our personal belongings and left, to which the hotel administration replied again, it couldn't be, they refused to show the video from the surveillance cameras.
The buffet in a 5-star hotel is a big old dining room, where it was very difficult to choose food, because every day they want to feed you for breakfast, lunch and dinner with bread nuggets and French fries, you will get watermelon and rotten peaches from fruits, if you manage to find it normally, then today luck is on your side the side.
In the room, the maids do not clean up from the word at all, only if you leave them 50-100 liras, she will make a kind of cleaning.
After talking with local residents and hotel staff, they explained to us that this hotel has not been 5 stars for a long time, but barely pulls in a three.

The most terrible hotel in 10 years of traveling to Turkey.
Old, dirty, you haven't heard about repairs from the word "at all"…
Why try so hard, and so they will come.
The food is modest. You won't starve, there are vegetables, meat, but the same thing every day. There are no fish. Desserts are chymose starchy.
The beach is dirty, the sea is covered in algae, some bottles, bags are floating... The only pleasant thing is the mountains, which they bought into.
Showers on beaches leak, water pours, mold.
In the hammam, too, the faucet is not repaired, wrapped with a film so that the water does not splash like a fountain, and the pool in the SPA is like mud baths, no one cleans and is not going to.
In 3 days, the room has NEVER been cleaned and towels have not been changed. When we returned and asked to clean the room, we were informed that there was only one key to the room, and cleaning was done when you left it at the reception.
No one warned about this. Tour operator guides are generally a separate story. They sell excursions, cheat. Our guy proved to us, honestly looked into our eyes, swore that the water park costs the same amount on the site as they do, therefore they do not offer it. As a result, it turned out that on the site the cost is 52 euros for two, he has 115.
In general, we are in Kusadasi for the first and last time. When you get used to the good Antalya-Belek service, you understand why our tourists do not come here.
I do not recommend anyone to get such a service for a lot of money.

And yes, to get to the beach itself, you need to take three elevators down))) or take a walk down the stairs, because the hotel is big and the trip to the sea and back will be entertaining))) Well, you can probably close your eyes to all this and enjoy the most beautiful views of the sea and mountains!) Today we arrived from the hotel, rested with children 6 years old, bought at a special price and after reading the reviews, we were ready for horror! I will write right away, this is not a 5-star Turkish hotel in which we are used to relax in Antalya, belek, kamera, it is 3+-4 stars and more like a European level. Everything went quite well, we arrived at 8 a.m., at 11 o'clock we were given two rooms, asked nearby, and so we were given. The rooms are decent, there is no safe, no kettle, only water is brought, someone's refrigerator does not work. There were no problems with the food, everything is fresh, there are no frills, but we had enough vegetables and meat and side dishes, sweets, there were no problems with what to feed the children! The hotel is shabby, but as they say, it's just horror and dirt, I haven't seen this! It stands on a mountain and there are a lot of steps, there are elevators, it takes a long time to wait, we walked. Very beautiful views, mountains, sea, near the beautiful town of Kusadasi, there is a bus from the hotel, 10 minutes and you are in the city, taxi 50 lira, you can walk, there is a beautiful embankment in the city, they also changed the currency, there is an exchanger near Starbucks. We rode on a boat, an hour costs 50 lira, the kids liked it! We went to Ephesus, agreed with the taxi driver, they came for us the next day, paid $ 100 for everyone, this is for a trip to Ephesus and the house of the Virgin Mary, with entrance tickets! The tour is in English! I don't know Russian here, not even everyone understands English! Very beautiful nature, beautiful sea, there is where to walk and what to see! The hotel guide from Coral, there was a boor and a terrible attitude towards tourists, a friend's child did not sleep well, they did not go to the meeting, I told him that they would not come, to which he replied that he would not celebrate them! His name is Aslan, their interest is to charge money for excursions and that's it!!!! Their trips are expensive, 80 euros per person to Ephesus, it really takes 30 minutes to go! But the reception staff and the entire hotel are quite friendly! So, don't be afraid to come here, the main thing is the mood and good mood and everything will be fine!!!

For those who are traveling to Turkey for the first time, I inform you that the Turkish star system is different from others - five stars translated into Russian or German, it does not matter, means 2.5 stars.
About the good things. It takes an hour to drive from Izmir. The landscape is mountainous and beautiful. The sea is transparent and the beach is isolated. There are almost enough deck chairs for everyone. Sunsets from the restaurant during dinner set a romantic mood.
About the strange.
1. You will not receive an Internet password before check-in at 14.00. After check-in, the wifi works at the reception and falls off every 15-20 minutes. As if they save traffic like fresh water.
2. When checking into a beach hotel, you are not offered a towel receipt card. They need to be requested additionally. It's as if one of the guests came here to play chess, and not to sunbathe on the sea.
3. During the week, the towels in the room were changed 1 time. they decided not to touch the bed, it is already dilapidated, it may leak. There are no glasses in the room. I am generally silent about other achievements of the global hygiene industry.
4. The restaurant's menu is stable, i.e. no innovations during the week. Fish once, chicken once, the rest of the time synthetic frozen semi-finished products deep fried. People are fighting for watermelons, like for sausage in the seventies.
5. Dishes and appliances have to be cleaned on their own. They do not inspire confidence. Sometimes at dinner, clean plates ended at the 20th minute of the food marathon.
6. The restaurant is not ready to serve such a large number of guests. Some tourists steal chairs from each other. The administration, seeing such a collapse, takes out additional tables only at the 40th minute of complete panic.
6. Drinks are poured into cardboard cups, glass must be requested separately and preferably in Turkish.
7. In hot weather, ice for drinks is very rare from bars.
8. If you rest for one week, then the total waiting time for elevators and moving in them will be just a day. From the room on the 5th floor to the sea, having overcome three elevators, 20-25 minutes. At lunchtime and in the evening, it is the same distance to the restaurant.
9. Going down to the sea in elevator number 3, it is clear to everyone that the cat is the boss in it. This is evidenced by his author's air freshener.
10. On very steep slopes, there are not always railings, so tourists with a cast on their arm are not surprised.
And Kusadasi is a beautiful and cozy town. It's nice to take a walk in the evening, especially since there's nothing to do at the hotel at all. The children's disco does not change the repertoire for 23 years, and adult entertainment is often put on commercial rails.

A completely normal hotel, for lovers of beautiful sunsets and view photos. No longer new rooms, but quite decent, some things have fallen off, some things need to be tinted, but no one will do repairs for each guest. This must be understood.The hotel is more like a 4*. There's nothing to do with the children there.With strollers, it's not here, there are a lot of stairs, to get to the beach you need to ride three elevators, they are not very spacious and high-speed. The food is normal, not very diverse, but there is always meat, vegetables, a couple of types of side dish, for two weeks of rest and dorada there was mackerel and chicken liver and turkey, there are few fruits, apples, pears, plums, oranges. There are more than 10 types of desserts. For breakfast, scrambled eggs, a large selection of cheeses, pastries of a couple of types. Take coffee in the coffee machine that is to the right, it tastes better there. The Ultra concept is a 24-hour bar and that's it. During the day there are burgers, French fries, nuggets.The bar has beer, wine, belis, gin, local whiskey and cocktails. The staff does not speak Russian at all.Drinks are poured into paper cups. From 17 to 18 coffee break with cookies.
During the twelve days of stay, linen and towels were changed twice. Cleaning comes every day, gel, shampoo in dispensers.
There is no animation, not a word in Russian, karaoke or bingo in the evening, during the day for 12 days there was volleyball a couple of times, gymnastics in the morning, which had only 1 person, dancing after lunch is more active. There are no evening visiting shows.
The village can be reached on foot in 25 minutes or by minibus yellow 1 or 1A for 8 lira, stop at the exit of the hotel. There is a road to Izmir and Ephesus near the hotel, no need to go to the bus station in the center, see the minibus to Selcuk, vote, travel to Ephesus 20 lira.
Wifi is only at the reception, there are a lot of people who want, the speed is not any - 1 MBit/sec.
There is no beach line, the approach is sandy, pebbles, on the left, on the right there are two piers, sun beds, it is inconvenient to swim from them. The sea is clean, there are a lot of fish. There are three pools for kids, one is 1.4m, the other is 1.85m deep, there is a pool bar. The territory is large and partially unused. There is a football field, basketball, volleyball court, tennis court.
The air conditioning in the room cools slightly, it's hot at +25, I don't know how to live there in the middle of summer when it's +35.
The rooms are all without balconies.
