Greetings! I have been staying at this hotel for 1.5 weeks now. I must say right away, the hotel is clearly not 5*. If you are used to good service, varied food and responsive staff, you are clearly not here.
1. The hotel needs renovation!
The photos you see on the Internet were taken 10 years ago. The first photo shows the view of the building now. The same goes for the rooms, the furniture is very old. If you are traveling with your family and want a family room, do not be surprised if you are accommodated in a room with this view. (see 2 photos)
2. Staff
No one speaks Russian. English is only spoken at the reception, very poorly. They are reluctant to make contact, until recently they refused to change the room with a view of the wall. Room cleaning "visible" - make the bed and put towels. During the entire stay, the bed linen was not changed once. In the dining room, we had to wait 10 minutes for the table to be cleared. Sometimes we had to clean it ourselves.
3. Nutrition
The food is not bad, but not good either. The choice of dishes is very small, they give almost the same thing every day. There is nothing to eat for breakfast at all. The taste of the food is neutral, the meat is tough.
4. The sea (Information for those who care!)
I do freediving, I expected more from the sea. The depths are small, to find at least 15m you need to sail far away. The transparency of the water was also not pleasant: 10m vertically in a calm. It's always stormy after lunch. Since the main relief of the bottom is algae, they are torn off by a storm and washed ashore. The coastline is becoming more like a swamp.
Conclusion: the hotel is on a solid three. It's up to you to decide!

Cleaners often ignore the "clean up" sign. There is no question of any five here. 3 points are good : sea, view, pool

We have just returned from this hotel, and I want to shout - don't ever go there!!! I bought into the beautiful views and stunning nature, and instead of choosing a comfortable hotel in Belek for the same price, I chose Palm, and later, I really regretted it. The hotel positions itself at five stars, but in reality, it hardly reaches the simplest three. The reviews wrote that they check in right away - nothing like that, we were checked in only at two, we arrived at the hotel at twelve. I was immediately shocked by the dirt in the lobby, the unmade tables, everything shabby, shabby - a very unpleasant impression. The room for three looked more like a hospital room than a room in a five-star hotel. There was no kettle, no cups, no safe, no gels and shampoos-nothing! Some kind of allergy to a refrigerator and a non-working hair dryer - that's all we were offered for five stars and quite a big price. Room cleaning is tears!!! If you leave a dollar, it will be removed, if you don't leave it, only the appearance of cleaning. Once Madame just made the beds and that's it!!!! I didn't even change the towels, I went to complain to the reception. But the tiniest thing is nutrition. I'm not a picky person at all, but even I had a hard time finding something edible for myself. On the sixth day, all three of them were poisoned, the daughter vomited so much that the vessels in her eyes burst. We spent the whole day shuttling between the beds and the toilet - it was terrible! By the characteristic sounds from the neighboring rooms, we realized that we were not the only ones suffering. As it turned out, many people got hurt that day, and in general this is the norm for this hotel. Before flying home, I felt sick again, although, according to rumors, the cooks were changed. I really want the stars to be removed from this hotel, so you can't poison people! Of the positive emotions, only beautiful mountains, sunsets and the Aegean Sea! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Room: generally tolerable, but: we received the safe after three days of going to the reception several times, there is no balcony-there is nowhere to dry things. Of toiletry accessories: soap is only liquid (it was difficult to wash even a swimsuit, it does not soap), shampoos, conditioners, cotton swabs, etc. can only dream of ...), disposable slippers, towels, toilet. The TV is dirty, there are 6 hangers in the closet, the refrigerator is old, barely plowing.The air conditioner is more correctly called a fan))), there are no blankets, everything is in lumps. They asked for a blanket.they put some kind of coarse blanket in the door handle (it is extremely unpleasant to cover yourself with it). The hotel is old and shabby. At the same time, nothing much is being done to keep it afloat. You will be waiting for elevators for a very long time - there are three of them from the hotel to the beach. Or you will swing your legs as you climb the endless, uncomfortable stairs. The appliances are dirty and stained. A decent amount of its previous contents can be scraped off a supposedly clean plate. The wine glasses are stained too. The staff is slow. There are dirty tables, with nowhere to sit, and they don't even blow their moustaches. At one of the dinners, a whole trolley of plates was overturned, there was a terrible crash and a lot of broken glass. There is a problem with fruits: peaches, simple apples and oranges are as tough as raw potatoes. The watermelon is not bad. The food is simple and monotonous, but I had enough. One of the main problems is the air conditioning system: at maximum power it is barely enough not to get covered in sweat. By morning, the cooling capacity drops, eventually you wake up in a sweat. One evening, the air conditioner stopped working altogether, the guests were noisily indignant at the reception. As a result, they turned it on after a couple of hours, they could only fall asleep at two in the morning. There is no beach as such, there seem to be enough sun beds by the pool, but very few umbrellas. Animation is a separate paragraph. They turn on the music so that you can go deaf, you will not be able to sleep in the room until 23.00. Of the advantages: we settled at 10.00, beautiful views, clean and cool sea, Kusadasi is within walking distance.

I rate this hotel at 3 stars, even at 2 and a half. Everything is very sad everywhere, dirty sun beds, tables, sofas. The staff does not even want to work hard to restore order and cleanliness. Burnt furniture in the rooms, although smoking is prohibited in the rooms. The rooms are not cleaned at all, 1 time at a time. Drinks are served in paper cups, not in glass, plates are not properly washed, dirty tablecloths are on the tables and there is no pepper or salt, everything is in bags where the food is, you have to take it. The food is monotonous, there is very little choice, the children have no choice at all. Mostly vegetables, greens, chicken, pasta and fish, omelets are cooked in all hotels on frying pans with you, there is only a ready-made tray. Vending machines with coffee and drinks are not working or every other time. The staff pretends that they do not understand anything in Russian, even with a translator. The Internet barely works in the lobby and then only early in the morning. There is no animation from the word at all, there are 2-3 more songs in the evening, nothing at all in the afternoon. The stairs are wobbly in the sea, which is not possible to enter, and where there is a club for drivers and there is a more or less normal ladder, they drive, the beach is not cleaned of algae. Of the advantages, only a beautiful view, a close stop to the city and an excellent spa center. I haven't seen such horror anywhere else, even three-piece ones are much more decent. The dirty carpet, cleaned for the last time 10 years ago, was the first thing that met us in this obviously not 5 *, but a slum. Further, the garbage, smelly bins along the wall in front of the rooms were not pleasing to the eye. Number... About 10 years ago, he was obviously normal. It's a shabby flophouse now. Even 3* stars are more decent.
We go to the balcony... God... Dump... A lot of garbage, bottles, some rags and... barbed wire... The zone? ! And all this "luxury" view is accompanied by the sound of a powerful noisy transformer, working day and night so that it is impossible to sleep. Of course we go to the reception.
There, very angry and unfriendly representatives of the hotel, seeing my photos and videos, hissed that they would change the room tomorrow. Others were replaced for $ 20-40 (everyone refused these numbers).
The next day, they checked into a wheelchair-accessible room, and this is a high toilet, which causes problems in use. The room is dirty, the carpet is stained, the view is the roof and the sea... Thanks for not being a dumpster or barbed wire. The shower head is broken and the shower fills the entire bathroom, the sink is clogged...

It is clear that once the hotel was cool, but not now ... Alas. Photos on the Internet... Twenty years ago. They have not corresponded to reality for a long time. The staff will not be happy to see you. Serves as if doing a favor. And yes, it is often in the queue in the dining room (the language cannot be called a restaurant) that the Turks receive priority service, even if you are the first in the queue. At first we thought it seemed. But no. A large number of vacationing Turks who just behave rudely. My things (bag and clothes) were thrown off and the sunbed was rearranged while I was swimming. When I returned and asked who did it, 6 young Turkish girlfriends were sent with obscenities), it's easy to attack one 6.Like jackals. They are so well-mannered and hospitable.
We have vacationed in Turkey more than 25 times. This is the worst hotel. For the first time, the stated 5* did not correspond to reality.It's definitely not ultra or 5*.Even the three-piece ones had more pleasant impressions.

I rested in this beautiful place from 09/19/20 to 10/5/20.
At first I took a tour for 11 days, then extended it for another 5.
The first impression was not very good. The hotel is quite modest, the rooms are too. We arrived during the pandemic and it made its own adjustments. Masks,temperature measurement. Hand sanitizers are everywhere. There are plastic cups in the restaurant, the waiters serve the food.
It was necessary to get used to it .
In addition, the hotel itself is very wonderfully arranged. There are elevators and stairs everywhere. It is necessary to remember where and how to go.
I usually flew to 5* hotels, all inclusive. They promised ultra all inclusive here. And they expected something unearthly.
At first I was shocked, I even wanted to change the hotel. But it was exactly like that until the next morning, when I went out for a morning run. There is such beauty around that it takes your breath away. The hotel is located on a mountain, the view is magnificent. There are pines, palm trees, olives, oleanders all around
Plants for all tastes. A nature reserve where wild boars are found. Many of our vacationers and I met with one of them in the evening .
About the hotel itself: in general, everything is fine.
The staff is responsive, although they do not understand Russian and do not communicate very well in English either. I downloaded the Russian-Turkish translator to my phone in advance and overcame the language barrier.
The food is varied and delicious. Fish is different every day, turkey, chicken, several types of fruits. Sweets, water are everywhere in small disposable packages.
The wine is not tasty, there was strong alcohol, but I did not taste it. There is also tea, coffee, hot chocolate and various pepsi and forfeits in many bars.
At 17 o'clock, there are several types of cakes with tea and coffee.
Beach towels were given out at 10.
It was possible to change it at least every day, but the time was not very convenient and I took my own.

Sometimes it is not clear why the maid came. They cleaned my place a couple of times in 16 days. But, I didn't insist. I lived alone, I rarely went to the room. He'll come in, take out the trash, and it's good. Or they will wind up swans, and around, everything is as it was, and it is.
The hotel has 2 beaches. There were enough sun beds for everyone .
15-20 minutes from the hotel there is a nice urban sandy beach. There are sun beds and umbrellas for 20 liras.
Kusadasi city can be reached in 20-30 minutes on foot, admiring nature and the sea.
You can take a taxi for 30 lira or $ 4 or a local bus for 4 lira. There is a supermarket and several clothing boutiques within walking distance. If you go even further, the Marina port, the Venetian fortress, where you can go for a walk for free. There, you can ride a boat much cheaper than from a hotel guide.
To the left of the port there is a Caravanserai, a real Turkish market, the goods are monotonous, but you can see it.
I was satisfied with the rest.A multi-level hotel, it's interesting and unusual. Stairs all around are super. Pumped up my legs, ass and shook everything a little after plentiful dinners and lunches. I rode the elevator only a couple of times in the first place.

There was animation for children and adults . Not bad .We tried our best, even in Russian they invited us and communicated. There is both Russian and Turkish music on the beach.
There were bars on the beach and near the pool where you could get water, sweet carbonated drinks, tea, coffee, beer. The beer is said to be of good quality. They open the jars and immediately pour them into cups .
For children and adults, there were also intermediate meals in the form of French fries and hamburgers.

According to the reception employee , you can't do it earlier, it's complete nonsense. At the reception, all the staff are rude, they sat in a room with a broken refrigerator. There is no balcony in the room, not even soap and shampoo are provided. Soap is like in public toilets. . It's definitely not 5 or even 4 stars. There is no safe in the room. This is a barn, not a hotel!!! Don't get fooled by good reviews, especially with the mention of animation. They are asked to write by the animators themselves!
The building is dead, dirty, the elevator is falling apart, the walls in the rooms are covered in blood and smeared insects, there are holes in the doors, locks do not respond to Cards. Later it turned out that the air conditioner was not working either! We went to the reception, they told us that the air conditioning system in their hotel, in principle, works only from 16 to 4 in the morning. Okay! But at 18, nothing has changed!! A light hot breeze from this design, hidden in the battery, is the maximum we could count on. In both rooms!!! We informed the reception again. We were sent a technician who stood next to the remote control, picked at the smartphone and left saying that he had fixed everything. But the miracle did not happen again!!! On the third day, we were moved to the main building, without a balcony, but with a view of the sea and a semblance of coolness. But! In the main building, the maids do not consider it necessary to clean! In 10 days, our room was visited 2 times and garbage was thrown out. This is the whole cleaning. Toilet paper, sorry for the details, I had to get it myself.
The hotel grounds are also dirty. The pools have never been cleaned. The water in the pool is salty, just like everywhere else. The shower in all rooms and the tap is also salty! It's scary to tell what happened to our hair from such washing...
I won't talk about food and drinks. I'm not whimsical. Although by the end of the vacation, my stomach also got sick.
The hotel is in a decadent state! Although it is declared as renovated in 2019.

A slightly tired hotel, with a lot to do, raise the animation to a higher level!!!
