Excellent location but very small rooms. Rather fresh hotel with awesome location and friendly staff but rooms are not spacious at all. ROOMS: clean but extremely small, there is no space for even regular movements. Everything is very close to each other, bathroom is only for one person but even this space is not enough for using it. There is a comfortable bed with pillows, deck with chair, TV, closet. Safe box, teapot (tea and coffee bags are provided), complimentary water, scales, iron and bathrobes with slippers are available in the room. Bathroom has a bath, all necessities are provided. Soundproof isn’t good - you can hear some noice from the corridor. LOCATION: perfect! 10-15min walking distance both to Registan square and Gur-Emir Mausoleum. 15min drive from the airport and 10min drive to the railway station. There is “Boulevard” restaurant in a 3min walking distance with very tasty food, other small stores, “Mandarin” supermarket and cafes around the hotel. FOOD: breakfast 7-11am (250M UZS/person), there are a restaurant and the bar on site. Restaurant serves continental and local dishes, second ones are tastier than continental ones. FACILITIES: fast wi-fi, SPA with a pool, gym STAFF: polite, friendly and helpful.

It was the worst check-in experience at Accor so far. The hotel facilities are average, and the room soundproofing is extremely poor. There are basically no benefits for Platinum members, not even late check-out can be accommodated.

Positive: Kind and caring team. Beautiful bar and dining restaurant . Breakfast is nice with salmon available which is rare case for Uzbekistan hotels. Nice rooms and nice location. Negative: poor selection of tea - Althaus tea is expensive and mediocre tea which can’t be close to delicious choice of Uzbekistan teas. Non-alcoholic beer is not available - too bad. Room door was too loud at closing and couldn't be fixed in open position. Negative:

This the worst customer care I have every experienced in my whole life. I went through road by tashkent to Samarkand, Reached there almost 11: 00 PM, The receptionist guy was welcomed me with a rude behavior, I booked single room and he said we have twin beds at the moment and even nobody is there to joint them together and he cannot say anything from next day as well. He also mentioned words for their own women like pros........ Whors......are not allowed... So they are passing information in this particular way to solo travelers.....Avoid to stay away on the bull shit name of 5 star hotel and try to find some humble and professional people, It's complete waste of time and money as well... It's a very nice hotel with a great location, but there are nuances. The hotel is really very beautiful and has the main advantage of an excellent location. All historical sites can be easily reached on foot. The staff is polite, but unfortunately, there is not a proper level of service. It was our first time in both the city and the country, and we did not have enough help and information support at the reception. The attitude was rather dry and formal. I was particularly upset by the happy birthday moment: even after the reminder, the hotel did not react to the guest's holiday in any way. Unfortunately, such small things spoil the overall impression. I would also like to mention a few organizational points.: · There was no music in the SPA area, which did not create a relaxing atmosphere. · It was very cold in the restaurant during breakfast, and the food cooled down quickly while we brought it to the table. Despite these shortcomings, I would like to note that they did not spoil our vacation. We hope that the hotel will pay attention to these subtleties, and we will be happy to come back again after seeing the positive changes!

Very nice, beautiful hotel, pleasant smell, unobtrusive music, fresh flowers everywhere. Cozy, spacious rooms (we had 2 standard rooms), in addition to standard bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities, there is also an ironing board and iron, and a sewing kit. Excellent sound insulation. Cleaning/change of towels, water every day. Caring staff. A good full breakfast, delicious coffee. The hotel has a gym. The pool is small, there are 2 saunas. At the beginning of April, the outdoor pool was not yet filled, because it was cool - 15 degrees, although it is usually opened on April 1. On the ground floor there is a restaurant and a bar, the bar menu is about the same as in the restaurant, only shorter. The food is delicious. You can book excursions and buy souvenirs at the reception. There are 2 ATMs at the entrance, you can change or withdraw money. There are 4 elevators - at the beginning there are 2 view elevators (configured for the 1st floor), and at the end there are 2 regular elevators (one is configured for the 1st floor, the second for the 4th (out of 7)). Gorgeous sunrises from behind the mountains from the rooms of the odd side.

In general, it's quite good, but there was no way to compare it with other networks of a similar level in Samarkand.

The overall feeling is 5/5 A five—star hotel in the very center of Samarkand with a restaurant inside is beautiful and convenient, but it does not always fully justify the "luxury" status. I still haven't figured out how to use this wonderful thing. It's some kind of tooth powder, but it's wet. You can't get it out of the package at first. For three nights, no one replaced our toiletries and for three nights we were given only one bag of tooth powder for two; Spa services: - clean pool, individual slippers, this is a plus Minuses: - the hammam was not working. Finnish sauna -yes. There is no hamam. Restaurant: I really liked the kitchen. I loved caprese salad and ate it for three days, exactly until 22:02, at about 23:30, the same salad with missing cheese was served to me in the bar area. Of course, the waiter convinced me that this was his property and the cheese was fresh, however, the cheese was bitter and it was impossible to eat the salad because of the bitterness. 02/23 at night, I spent the entire flight in the bathroom, based on the fact that I didn't eat anywhere except at the hotel, it's hard not to compare facts and events. Special thanks to the guy at the reception, who OFFERED to PAY FOR OUR TAXI HIMSELF, since the ATM for money exchange was not working. I ask the management to separately express my appreciation and gratitude to the reception guy who escorted the guests from room 4021 on 23.02. I have never seen such responsiveness in any country in the world. This is the best find for your hotel!!!! Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel. However, the issue of my poisoning with cheese (I, of course, will not slander, however, in my opinion, this is exactly what happened) remains open./

There is a private courtyard garden, it is very cozy, quiet, and beautiful. A swimming pool with sun loungers, umbrellas, and snow-white towels. You can eat in the garden, there are also tables, gazebos in the shade from hanging tree branches. The prices are very reasonable, not expensive, the portions are good, served with taste and sophistication. On the last day of our stay, we extended the room, rested by the pool, and received a compliment from the hotel - sliced watermelon. Thanks! Nice to meet you! Cold sweet watermelon in the heat +40👍 Before leaving the hotel, we were asked to prepare our chosen dishes by a certain time. The hotel is excellent! Perfect location, 10-15 minutes walk to all the attractions. There are excellent restaurants and shops nearby. The service is excellent. The rooms are modernly renovated and have everything you need. Everything is whole, nothing falls off. I read the comments that the water pressure is weak, so it's exactly the same everywhere in Samarkand, a common problem with water. Two excellent pools, everything is very clean. The breakfasts are excellent, there is everything from and to, a huge selection of dishes. And most importantly, everything is fresh and very tasty. We were at the hotel on March 26, 2026. We arrived ahead of check-in time. We were asked to be accommodated at an early hour of 14:00. It was breakfast time, and there was not a single person in the lobby or restaurant. The girl at the reception, despite the pile of key cards and without looking at the computer, immediately gave a negative answer. We checked in at 13:30. The hotel is empty. We were notified twice about the paid breakfasts of 250,000 soums per person. No one mentioned the SPA area and the gym. It's not pleasant. The additional tax payment upon check-in was 250,000 soums. For our fellow travelers, residents of Uzbekistan, 3,500 soums. The difference of 34 times does not cause a desire to return in the future. Separately about the number. It's all good. Clear. The bathroom drain system is not correct. There's a puddle after taking a shower. Our fellow travelers have the same situation. We have already mentioned the dry and restrained attitude of the staff. The situation probably won't change.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel in March 2025. The rooms exceed all expectations in terms of comfort and design. Tea station, bathrobes, slippers and a full cosmetic set. I was especially pleased with the 2.2-extra King size bed. The staff rushes to help on any request. The refined and thoughtful interior of all locations. I have not seen such breakfasts even in 5 * in the Emirates. Excellent coffee, exquisite decoration. Its desserts and croissants, it's just a delight!!! Bravo to the staff and management! I recommend it and I want to come back!

Quick and friendly check-in. We are impressed by the beautiful lobby, high-quality bathroom, and good sound insulation. It was nice that they left a compliment in the room for the review and the Instagram photo. The breakfasts are not bad. But there are many places where there are no signs of what kind of pies or desserts are there... somewhere there were already empty plates or there were no spoons to take. I would add staff for breakfast. It's a pity we couldn't evaluate the outdoor pool. The rest was generally excellent, several friends have already booked a hotel based on our recommendation) The disadvantage is that the exchange machine did not work and did not accept currency for accommodation.

It's a lovely hotel. Most importantly, the cleanliness is perfect. The water is fine. Mountain view. The pool is great, we were treated to watermelon, we liked the attention to detail: the watermelon was served on ice. The breakfasts are great. There was red fish, and pesto, and blue cheese, and vegetables, and manti with kebab and cappuccino - there's everything! And most importantly, it's incredibly delicious. Food is replenished constantly. In general, I advise you to take it with breakfast. The staff is incredible. There is a nice coaching room with a sauna and a swimming pool. We also had time to play tennis. The location is excellent: walking distance to places of interest nearby. The Mandarin supermarket is also nearby. I recommend the hotel. It's 10/10.

The room turned out to be comfortable, with a spacious bed, but there were several points that could have been improved, for example, a strange smell in the bathroom and a not very good layout, where the door touched the toilet. The breakfast was varied, with lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as delicious national samsa and fish for every taste. It was a great start to the day for me. The location of the hotel is also convenient: all the main attractions of Samarkand are within walking distance, and the airport can be reached in just 20 minutes. The surroundings also did not disappoint: the hotel is located in a green area, where it is pleasant to take a walk. Separately, it is worth noting the good territory of the hotel with outdoor and indoor pools, sauna and hammam. These amenities add additional benefits to the overall experience. In general, despite the minor drawbacks, the hotel leaves a positive impression and is suitable for both business and leisure trips. I recommend this place for those who appreciate comfort, good service and convenient location in the center of Samarkand.
