We had a fantastic stay at BM Beach Hotel, and the experience was made truly memorable by the outstanding service from Prabin. He was our server at Al Rahala Restaurant and consistently went about and beyond. Prabin was incredibly attentive, friendly, and efficient, always anticipating our needs with a genuine smile. He made sure our breakfast, lunch and dinner experience was smooth and pleasant, even during busy time. An unforgettable family vacation! Ideal for holidays with children. I want to leave an enthusiastic review about our stay at this wonderful hotel. We spent 11 days here on an all-inclusive basis, together with my husband and two children (10 and 8 years old), and we were absolutely delighted! Impressions of the hotel and service: From the very beginning, we were greeted by impeccable service. A comfortable transfer in an air-conditioned minivan was waiting for us at the airport. We were greeted at the reception by very polite and competent staff. Special thanks to the receptionist, the girl, for the cordial welcome and for meeting us halfway - they checked us in right after lunch, ahead of schedule, and provided us with a beautiful room with a sea view on the 3rd floor! Room and cleaning service: The room was always kept perfectly clean. The staff worked efficiently and left a bottle of water for each of us every day, which is very pleasant and convenient. Food: The all-inclusive meals have exceeded all expectations! The food was very tasty and varied. There was always plenty of choice: meat, fresh vegetables, various sweets and delicious pastries every day. The staff in the dining room and bars were always friendly and attentive. Beach and grounds: A huge advantage of the hotel is its own beach. The sea was warm and very clean. For us, as parents, a gentle and shallow entry into the water was critically important — this is ideal here. The children were absolutely delighted with the water slides on the beach! There is no boiling water in the beach bar, but there are tea bags)) The rooms are newly renovated, everything is neat and clean. You should know that this hotel is completely without balconies. You can and should dry things on the grate by the window, everything dries normally. The bathroom has everything you need)) Shampoo, balm, liquid hand soap, body lotion, dental kits, shaving machine, shower caps, hygiene kits and sanitary bags. The room has a refrigerator, safe, TV. We had a great rest, enjoyed the comfort and the sea. I recommend this hotel for unassuming tourists, the price and quality are consistent. We stayed at this hotel in October.The sea is very warm, we didn't get out of it. A turtle sometimes swam behind the buoys, flocks of flamingos flew, a fox lived in the woods next to the beach, and herons walked along the beach. The beach is clean, there are plenty of sun beds for everyone, there is a bar on the beach. The food in the restaurant is normal, not like in Turkey, of course, but there is a choice. Beef and fish every day, rice in different variations, different salads, vegetables, sweets. Watermelons and melons are tasteless, oranges and grapefruits are good. There are even dried tomatoes. The room faced the road, it was very noisy, the room itself was normal, but the bathroom needed renovation. The doors are old, when we got home, my clothes all smelled of some kind of suffocation. The room has a refrigerator and a safe. The bracelets are removed at check-out and they won't give you anything to eat or drink anymore. At the entrance to the restaurant, they always ask for the room number, as in some sanatorium, they can ask at the bar. In the evening, the restaurant is very dark, with minimal lighting. There is an animation. There are a lot of cats at the hotel, many thin and sick. The territory is not very large, but it is green. We had a rest with my husband at the hotel from 30.11 to 13.12. The hotel is old, the rooms are tired, there is no repair. The room was on the 1st floor, with a window overlooking the sea, overlooking the roof and air conditioning. Normal lighting is only in the hallway and in the bathroom. The room itself is very dark, there is only a floor lamp and bedside lamps. Everything you need is in the bathroom - liquid soap, body lotion, 2 in 1 shampoo and shower gel, hair conditioner-you better take your own. There are also disposable bathrobes and slippers in the room. On the day of arrival, the refrigerator is refilled with 2 cans of beer, cola and sprite. Upon check-in, they charge 15 dirhams per day, immediately at the reception and currency exchange. The food in the restaurant is monotonous, but the food is delicious, and in 2 weeks we found something to eat. It's a pity that they don't cook on the grill, especially Tilapia fish, which is constantly boiled and stewed or in batter. There were always 2 types of rice, potatoes, pasta, chicken and beef goulash, fresh vegetables, various salads, fruits - watermelons, melons, oranges, grapefruit. For breakfast there were omelets, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, croissants, rolls with chocolate, no pancakes, only rubber pancakes. Every morning there were problems with the coffee machine - a breakdown, then the milk ran out, then the whole compartment with coffee cake, and in the morning. The animation in the hotel is excellent - guys, girls - Varya and Polina, entertain vacationers from morning to evening. The mini disco starts at 8.30 pm. At 21.00 there is a show program , then until 23.00 there is a disco . There are bars by the pool and by the sea, and the alcohol is good. A huge disadvantage is the low tide, almost to the buoys, and you can not swim behind them, the lifeguard immediately whistles. There is a swimming pool with 3 slides. There are toilets with showers behind it, there is also shampoo and conditioner, as in the room. We had a late flight, we washed and changed there after the sea on the day of departure. There is also a mini zoo with animals behind the toilet. In general, I enjoyed my stay, many people come to this hotel not for the first time, despite the disadvantages of the hotel.

The children are in plain sight all the time. Plenty of sun beds, clean. There is a bar on the beach, everything is the same as in the hotel. Cons: the sea is closed at exactly 18 hours, entrance / exit, that is, you will not be able to sunbathe or watch the sunset by the sea. The tide starts to ebb after 1 p.m. and at 3 p.m. you're already walking to the buoys. On the first day of the roller coaster, my son scratched his back badly, and we didn't walk anymore. If there's a slide, it's only in T-shirts. Further down the room: the room has 2 beds that are quite large and could easily accommodate children. Then they brought another bed, free of charge, made it up and left it. There was a large table in the room, with a tray on it, a kettle, glasses for water and tea. One bedside table, 1 stool, a small sofa. Tea, coffee, sugar, and powdered milk were constantly replenished throughout the week. Bottled water was also brought. But they can only count up to 3 instead of 4 bottles, there were always 3) so we took more water to the room in the evening at the bar. The linen is clean, odorless, and bug-free, as many feared from the news. The room has air conditioning. They turned it on when they left to drain the air. There is a small dryer in the room. The laundry was dried on the window, on the dryer and on the floor lamp. Nothing dries much, the humidity is very high. The rooms were cleaned every day, after 15 hours they reached us. Cleaning: they clean up, change, and give you what you ask for. But! Towels were taken away from us almost all the days during cleaning, in the evening we went to look for clean towels and explained on our fingers, because the cleaning staff are Hindus, they don't understand anything either in Russian or English properly.. The pool is heated, of different depths, both children and adults can swim, it is clean. But at 20 o'clock it is closed. Minus: the entire garden is watered with recycled water in the hotel. The smell is like coming from a sewer, a couple of times a day, especially by the pool in the afternoon, and in the evening after a disco. Further: Every day there is animation for adults and children. During the day, they play on the beach, water aerobics in the pool, in the evening, first a disco for children, at 21 o'clock adults are entertained: a fire show, live music, "guess the tune" games, and then a disco until 23 o'clock. The bar is free until 23 hours. At the hotel, we took an individual tour to Dubai from Akbar. He also helped to call a taxi around the city, told me where to buy cheap souvenirs. On the day of departure, leave your things in the hotel lobby and you can go swimming, it's better to leave towels on the sun beds in advance, there are good showers near the pool. Pick up a transfer from the hotel 6 hours before departure. Due to traffic jams, it takes about 2 hours to get to the airport. Bottom line: everything went perfectly for the first trip abroad. Everyone is smiling, helping, even without knowing English, it was comfortable to relax. It was my husband's birthday, and in the evening they brought a cake to the room and congratulated him.

But we turned to another guide, Evgeny, and he told us everything and showed us in pictures. Before going on a tour, book your own lunch at the reception. No one will tell you, you will stay hungry. But there is a local KFS across the street, they are very tasty and inexpensive. There are a lot of umbrellas and sun beds on the beach, towels are provided. The room has everything. I don't know how much room cleaning is supposed to be done, but we always left 5 dirhams on the bed, we changed the bed linen and towels every day. The animation takes place in the evening, not so much fun, but also not bad. It's a pity that it rained for a few days, there wasn't much sun. The BM Beech Hotel was a discovery for us and gave us a truly perfect vacation. If you are looking for a place where comfort, location and service merge together, this is it. Comfortable sun beds made it possible to enjoy spending whole days by the sea. There is also a large heated swimming pool, ideal for an early morning or a cool evening. The activity in the hotel is on top! Daily water aerobics, and in the evenings the animators had excellent entertainment programs.: funny contests, various shows and a disco with Russian hits, where both adults and children enjoy relaxing. We were incredibly lucky with the room! We lived in a spacious suite with an area of 79 m2. It was an entire apartment with two bathrooms, a large shower and a real walk-in closet with a closet and a huge mirror! A smart TV was waiting for us in the huge bedroom, and a second one with Russian channels was in the living room, which was a pleasant bonus for us. The soft sofa was so comfortable that the evenings flew by unnoticed while talking. Two extra single beds were provided for our company, and there was more than enough room for everyone. Cleanliness and order were maintained by daily cleaning. Snow—white towels and bed linen are an indicator of the standard of the establishment. Upon our first request, they immediately brought us terry bathrobes, an iron and an ironing board — a service that you appreciate. Special thanks to the courteous staff who create an atmosphere of hospitality from the very first minute. They checked us in right away and helped us with our suitcases. Special thanks to Aisha, a kind and helpful girl who helped with the check—in and told us everything in detail. During the eviction, Rauf also solved all the issues without any problems, and after the check—out, while we were waiting for the bus, we were allowed to use the bar (non-alcoholic) - it was a very humane and pleasant gesture. The All-inclusive meals exceeded all expectations! The cuisine is maximally adapted to the Russian taste and at the same time very diverse. Not a single dish was repeated! Every day there is new meat, fish, chicken, cooked with imagination. It was a real gastronomic delight. The bars were pleased with a huge selection of drinks: from classic cocktails to high-quality whiskey, rum, vodka, good beer and wine. And what's important is that everything could be taken right on the beach or by the pool. Bottom line: If you are not planning to go to Dubai, you can go almost without money — everything for a great holiday is already here! And if you want excursions, you can safely purchase them directly at the hotel. I will return to this hotel for 1000%! BM Beech Hotel is a place where there are no small things. They think about the guests here and create an atmosphere of complete relaxation and satisfaction. We are leaving with great gratitude and a firm intention to return again! We recommend it wholeheartedly! Rest at the end of January, beginning of February 2026 (the weather is favorable - it's not hot or cold) you can sunbathe, the sea is cool.

Our trip cost us 155 tons for three people From Moscow , a flight with food and used drinks on board, for 7/8 days. About the hotel and food, the hotel is located away from the sights and locations (you need to drive to them), but there is everything for a seal holiday. The food is delicious and varied, I'll tell you why, well, we eat practically the same assortment in different versions at home, except.there is no buckwheat and seafood here. We had enough of it for a week's rest, we didn't get tired, we ate without experiments, pasta / goulash, rice / chicken, potatoes /fish.Stewed, fresh vegetables.Without any sauces or mixed salads. For breakfast, omelets, scrambled eggs, pancakes, well, in general, everything is like in an ordinary hotel in Turkey or Egypt (standard), it was delicious for us, no physiological disorders of the body and poisoning. About the room, we had 109 (on the 1st floor), there were no bedbugs, there was no smell of dampness, the carpet was new, the window was opening, things were drying.,the bathroom performed its functions, but repairs could have been done, it did not bother us, well, the only thing purely for aesthetics. We found the weather beautiful on 24-26, the sea is fresh, well, no one expected that there would be fresh milk, after all, it's winter here. Yandex weather shows 3-4 degrees lower than it feels, most likely due to the wind, bakes normally, burned / tanned. We have a family of 4 (children 11), there are 2 double beds in the room, we added 1 cot and were told that everything was no longer allowed. As a result, of course, it was not comfortable to sleep, we went to the reception-we also did not solve the problem. And I understood the rooms there are all like that with 2 beds or they are shifted, but when we buy, we write that there are 4 of us!!!. We were already in the Emirates at another hotel. There was a double bed and a sofa, so they also brought a cot to make everyone feel comfortable, but they didn't take care of that. There were a lot of broken dishes in the dining room, and plastic fibers like from a bag of sugar were caught in the soup.
