I rested here from July 22 to July 28
The rooms are clean, the hotel staff is very friendly, they always ask about the garbage in the room, cleaning, water, tea, coffee so that you always have everything
The air conditioning works very well in the rooms and throughout the hotel, which really saved the situation because it's +40 outside and 100% humidity always feels like you're in a bath!
As is customary abroad, all the staff always smiles and greets, which is very pleasant and uplifting

When asked how we would do this, we received the answer: "You should wait for the breakfast opening and eat. Driver will wait). The argument that the driver should pick up a lot of people from different hotels had no effect

Bottom line: initially we understood that this was not Dubai, and there were no special expectations. But even so, the emotions from the hotel are sharply negative. The impression of the holiday was spoiled, only constant excursions saved, which helped not to see it all and not to run into constant shoals of staff. It is better to eat kebabs on May holidays, or save money for something normal. There is nothing for 4 stars here, a maximum of 1.5-2

The Norton bartender is very friendly and polite.
The beach is down the stairs. Wide, lots of sun beds. The sea and the view are gorgeous.

The water in the sea is 30 - 33 degrees, I didn't even want to go ashore. The service staff is very friendly, they are very worried about the rating of the hotel, they ask if everything is fine, if everything suits them. There is only one pool, but there are no problems with sun beds here either. The food is monotonous, but there is everything: soups, meat, fruits. Hello everyone. We rested at the hotel from 24.06 to 02.07. There is something to compare. We arrived at the hotel at 8.30, at 11.45 we were already settled. The hotel is super! The service is super! The food is great, everyone has enough. If something is over, fresh is immediately brought. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed constantly. The hair dryer stopped working, said at the reception, it was fixed in 10 minutes. The staff is friendly! The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to shops. I will say separately for the animators, they work out their salary 100%! Well done guys! There will be an opportunity, we will return to this hotel again!

But there's always something to eat. The room turned out to be with bedbugs. They did disinfection. Bars on the beach, in the building and by the pool. There is a bar in the building until 23.00. The alcohol is good. Cocktails are made for money only, there is a menu, although everything is included. The territory is very small, the building is a swimming pool-44 steps - the sea. After 11 am, you can't step on the sand without sneakers. The sea is hot and clean. The pool is cooling. I won't give you more than three stars. The liquor store is a two-minute walk away.

Hello, we had a rest from November 1 to November 7, 2023 , two grandmothers and two grandchildren, occupied 2 rooms. Not a bad hotel, despite the fact that it is old. It is maintained in good condition, there is everything you need, cleanliness, order, silence, access to your own beach, clean towels, sun beds and umbrellas in sufficient quantity. All without question. There were small problems with preparing dishes and tables for dinner, but everything was solved. A large selection of desserts, for lovers. The food is a bit monotonous.
All the good things were ruined by the last day. Our all inclusive ended at 12:00, which is natural. We went to the reception to find out about the possibility of having lunch for an additional fee, since the children need to be fed. The answer was positive, payment for two adults and two children, according to documents and a voucher for accommodation and meals. Our holiday fairy tale is over. At the entrance to the cafe, we were told the prices for three adults and one child. I.e. from 12-00 to 13-00, one 12-year-old child turned into an adult and raised the payment from 45 derham to 90!!! Everything is like in the famous poem by Marshak S.Ya. "Baggage" "...during the journey, the dog could grow up." So our child suddenly became an adult. Very unfortunate... All the documents turned out to be unnecessary and not relevant for the hotel staff, including the manager.

There are no balconies in the rooms, but we managed without them! The beach is clean, there are enough sun beds! The beach bar is open from 11 o'clock, you can take water from 10 o'clock! Animation is present: exercise, yoga, aqua aerobics, games, tennis, and archery (these are daytime entertainment), evening entertainment every day! The dining room is clean, the food is delicious, for every taste. Fruits, pastries, vegetables, meat of three types daily! In previous reviews they wrote about the mosque, it did not interfere with our life! Of the minuses - there is nowhere to go, there are a couple of shops: some are within walking distance. Some went by taxi. But we knew about it and didn't have any illusions about it. Another nuance: if you were brought in the morning, they will not feed you breakfast, only lunch! And if you have an evening flight, then you won't see lunch either - just breakfast. This is the concept of the hotel. But this is also not critical. They didn't starve to death. We rested for 7 days from July 10 to July 17. I liked everything! We compared the 4th in Turkey with the 4th in the UAE. So it's much better in the UAE! The sea is hot during the day, but we adjusted, got up earlier and went swimming from 7 in the morning until 9-10, then the pool until 16, from 17 again the sea. The pool is cooled, it's just gorgeous during the day. The food is all fresh, the choice is good, there are no big queues, everything is decorous and noble. In addition to vacationers, there are many locals in the cafe, they behave with restraint. The alcohol is good, I've never had a headache. All drinks are of high quality, not diluted. There is an alcohol market in the hotel building on the reverse side, there are shops, supermarkets, wholesale trade not far from the hotel. The rooms are cleaned every day, bed linen and towels are changed, even if they are not on the floor. We sometimes hung a "do not disturb" sign, so the hotel employees put a letter in the door with a record of the date and time that they came and wanted to get out. In the 4th such persistence was seen for the first time)).
We went on an excursion to Dubai, took it from Victoria (she sits in the hotel building on weekdays), $ 63 per person, but it's worth it, as if I didn't come to Dubai, but New York, very cool, I recommend it to everyone! In malls and shopping centers, the aroma of Arabic perfumes is sprayed. Even in the toilets there is a pleasant smell, after visiting the toilet they immediately wipe it, I have not seen this anywhere.
