I hope it's no secret that for watering lawns and plants in the UAE, Egypt and many countries of the Arabian Peninsula, purified wastewater is used, so here there is clearly a problem with this, apparently something broke, the smell is unreal... The hotel itself is small, but already, as they say, very "tired".In the bathroom, the tile is old, having already seen a lot of things.The plumbing is in a similar condition.On the last day, it began to drip from the ceiling, the room was changed for us, but the condition there is no better.The only thing that touched me was the sea, actually we went there, warm, clean, open.The food is normal, there are not enough snacks at the beach bar, and in the lobby (snacks, pizza ..)there were only drinks.The staff tries hard, the linen was changed every day. We decided with my husband that 4 is not up to it already.

The buffet is not so Swedish, as it is the same in the dining room, the juices here are not powdered, but slightly diluted with water. Alcohol is honestly poured in any proportions, though only three cocktails, two types of beer. The beach is good, you can always find sun beds for three. In the district there are grocery stores and a pharmacy, restaurants, fast food, outlet. The mosque is nearby, so prayers can be heard very well, there is an alcohol store to the right of the hotel, prices are slightly lower than in Russia. To Dubai ~ 100 km, to Abu Dhabi ~ 250. It is better to take a car, it cost us 750 AED for three days and 1000 km of mileage, gasoline is cheap, washing too. Special thanks to Amir, who is standing at the reception desk - this is a Russian-speaking representative who not only helped us in all matters, but also showed us many tricks. Almost all Russians are in the hotel, the staff is polite, not annoying, except for one young lady who usually stands at the counter at the entrance to the restaurant. From her, it just blows with indifference to vacationers, especially if you leave the next day) I didn't want to put ice and lime (although they usually put it in a cocktail), under the pretext of tomorrow's departure. There are many alternatives at the box office - from a BMW 4ki convertible to a Mitsubishi with an engine capacity less than a juice pack. In general, as a hotel, lying on a chaise longue and drinking alcohol and juices is excellent. As a hotel for those who want more - everyone go to Amir, he will be happy to help, tell you.

There is a Russian-speaking staff. Everyone is friendly. But upon arrival, be ready for a divorce "for tips" from "bellboy". This guy(s) will grab and not let go of your suitcase, even if it's just a backpack. Will insist on accompanying, the reason for this behavior is clear)). This is an emigrant worker and for him this is a significant income - you give him 3 dirhams - does not leave, $ 2 - does not leave, smiles and grimaces, tries to shame you "like a little". And only when the amount approaches $ 5 will you hear a polite Russian "Thank you" + a look and a gesture of gratitude. Therefore, do not stand on ceremony, they gave a couple of $ and a finger on the door. The territory is ordinary, green with a very small children's wooden town. All the evening animations are there. Next to the stage is an air-conditioned gym. The pool is without frills, and unfortunately cold, especially for the season "in December". The beach is clean, sand, there are tides (from 15 o'clock), you can see crabs. There are few sun beds, but you can find free ones if you want. Towels are given out according to a "voucher", also used and to everyone, and not one per room. But the "beach bar" is just an improvised kitchen table and refrigerator with drinks + plastic, and reusable glasses that cause appropriate emotions. Somehow it's not at all "Emirati")). Assortment - canned beer and lemonades. In the pool bar, the dishes are the same, but the assortment is wider.
The kitchen - we really liked it. We always found dishes to our liking, always different. The child is no exception, although he preferred "chicken broth")) By the middle of the vacation, they began to notice, and we are not the only ones, that they dilute the juices. It was a tragedy for the child. Initially, they are packaged, poured into a cooler. For this - "fu"!
Do not forget to take an adapter for sockets. But you can also buy it at a local store literally opposite the hotel "for a penny".
Excursions - do not rush to buy "today and immediately" from your tour guide. operator. Definitely overpay. They understand this and very aggressively "sell" their services, or rather they sell them at the morning (after arrival) meeting, telling stories and horror stories. They choose the most compliant/doubting family member and push him through. If you are firm, in an hour or two the guide will come to you and offer a substantial discount...and then another... and after that))) so the price may drop by 1.5 times and "just for you". For us (2 adults and 1 child), the price of a group sightseeing tour to Dubai dropped from $ 250 to $ 170.
The most correct and correct way is to use the services of a girl (local tour operator), which you will see opposite the reception at the bar. Victoria worked on our arrival - a sweet, wonderful girl, politely, without pressure and with useful advice, organized an individual tour for us in a great car with a Russian-speaking driver-guide (Egyptian), by the way, with whom we are now friends and correspond!!! In addition to the fact that Victoria offers a more extensive tour, you can plan it yourself how and where you need to go, you are not rigidly tied to time, you are not waiting for anyone, only they tell you what you ask and want to hear. Plus, Victoria saved us $ 80 for this tour by offering to take a young couple as fellow travelers. As a result , the company has 5 people . on one car and it is profitable for everyone, and even fun))
Well, if you are not afraid of independence, like us, you can take a taxi (10 dirhams), get to the bus station in Ras El Khaimah (10 min.), there buy a bus ticket for 20 dirhams x 1 person and in 1.5 hours You are at the subway in Dubai. So we did the next day. Wherever you want, and we went to the Dubai Mall and walked in it and next to it all day. Back by the same route, but the bus ticket is already 25 dirhams)). The last bus is at 23.00, runs every hour.
The total budget of an independent trip for two adults is 100 dirhams (2 thousand rubles or $ 30 for that day).

At first, they stopped us at check-in (they arrived with the children on a night flight) from 10.00 to 14.30 (guess why). The room was provided immediately after the conversation in raised tones, so also economy class, although the standard was indicated, on the first floor (second floor). Okay, it's old, we don't look at it, we knew what kind of money we were going for, it's just that the roof of the ground floor is almost at the window level along the entire length of the hotel and all communications are buzzing, crackling, buzzing, and so on all night. An additional payment was required for the bed for the child (payment was made when buying the tour), but again, after a tough conversation, the bed was brought, the room was changed the next day (they tried for an additional payment).The usual food is canteen, on the fourth day I got bored: the same thing. We were on a tour, we didn't have dinner at the hotel, then at the reception I asked to change the missed dinner for lunch on the day of departure, as was done in all hotels where we were. As expected, the answer was no.
At check-out at 12.00, the family went to the lobby, and I handed over the keys at the reception, the girl did not take the keys immediately, but with a practiced movement cut off my bracelet-"Now everything is for money," i.e. count the stump in the ass.And it doesn't matter if you're hungry or full, how long it takes to get home, when and where you eat. This is the first time I've been like this, usually in hotels they allow you to use all inclusive until the last one, except for the room.
