I give you a consistent account of how our cat was received. Without emotion, let the review reader determine for himself how objective I am. For context, I went to the vet clinic with pet health problems for the first time, that is, I had no experience. 1. 11/16/2025 I called the clinic and was booked for the evening. Symptoms - the cat vomited for 2 days in a row, longer than usual, so we decided to turn to professionals. The manager suggested that an ultrasound scan would be needed 2. At the reception, the doctor examined and sent for an ultrasound. One of the questions was "how often do you feed your cat?" We don't use a dispenser, the cat eats as much as it wants. Her build is quite normal, and she eats from time to time. An ultrasound scan was performed, and according to the results, we were told that there was a lot of food in the stomach, it was impossible to determine if there were foreign objects or other problems. This is logical, but it is also logical to warn the client during the recording that food should be limited before the ultrasound. As a result, they were sent for a second ultrasound the next day. 3. Repeated ultrasound showed problems. 4. Neither after the first visit, nor after the second in custody, was a repeat appointment recommended. It was like self-service, and as a client, I have to decide based on the tests that I need a consultation and make an appointment. 5. After repeated ultrasound, a blood test was recommended, without a clear indication of which one, in words. 6. I try to record a blood test, the administrator asks what kind of analysis is needed. I couldn't answer. The administrator checked with the doctor herself, as the reception of another pet has begun. They didn't say a word about what kind of blood tests they would take. 7. We agreed that the next day the doctor will look at the tests and by phone it will be possible to consult whether it is worth bringing a cat or not (this is stress for the animal). On the phone, without providing any information about the tests, they clarified how the cat feels if you bring it badly. That is, I myself, in the absence of a reasoned opinion from a doctor, decided to bring a cat. 8. At this appointment, we were given recommendations, including a urine test. Accordingly, 1 more visit to the clinic and 1 more doctor's consultation. As a result: 1. The first visit is almost meaningless. It would be helpful if I were warned about the need to prepare my cat for ultrasound. 2. I consider the scheme of work, in which the doctor does not immediately, but consistently prescribes tests, and each analysis requires a doctor's consultation, to be ineffective. Not to mention that the doctor's appointment is ~ 50 rubles. 3. They should not serve me for free, but they should inform me in a timely manner and promptly prescribe tests and make recommendations.
