I came to this clinic on 03/16/2026 for the first time and it can be said by accident. In the morning, my chihuahua Lana picked up something on the ground at the cottage and got severe poisoning.I stopped eating and drinking, didn't go to the bathroom, and my stomach was churning.We couldn't do it on our own, and on Monday we urgently needed the help of a doctor. Elizabeth Konstantinovna Potapovich, a wonderful doctor, saw us, quickly figured everything out, immediately did an ultrasound and the necessary injections. By the time we got home, there was a noticeable improvement.We continued the treatment at home and almost everything is fine. I am very grateful to Elizaveta Konstantinovna, everything is clear and qualified. I liked that the appointment was first-come, first-served, and an ultrasound scan could be done on the spot. A few days later, I brought my cat for vaccination. Thank you to all the staff of the clinic for creating a friendly and peaceful atmosphere! From the very first minutes, I felt very comfortable!

We made an appointment in advance. And we waited a whole hour after the appointed time. We were never accepted. They left without waiting for the reception. Everyone who came after us was accepted. It's an unpleasant situation. To the question "when will you take it?" they answered "for a couple of minutes." I don't even know how to explain it, the animal is stressed, the reception did not take place...The staff wasn't bothered by this situation at all. By the way, the doctor was sitting with the door open in an empty office at the end. I do not recommend this clinic.
