A good hotel for its stars. The territory is not large - an inner courtyard, a swimming pool and a beach. The beach is small and cramped. But there are a lot of sun beds, including near the pool upstairs. There's not much room for swimming either. There is a diving pier and boats right in the hotel, which limit the swimming area. There is a small reef with fish. The food is excellent, there has always been plenty to choose from. Beer and cocktails are so-so. But it's normal for Egypt. There is a snack at the reception bar at night. The hotel is located right in the city: you go out and all the traffic. There's a good grocery store across the street. There are plenty of souvenir shops. There are no problems with pharmacies either. You can walk to the marina.

A great hotel with a good location in the heart of Hurghada on Sheraton Street. We purposefully chose a hotel with a compact territory , with a sandy entrance and in the center . At the beginning, we got a room with a view of the "wailing wall", but the next day we changed to another one with a view of the sea and the garden. The rooms are clean, everything worked, hot water every day. The cleaners clean the rooms well, report bottled water and other supplies in a timely manner. The food is sooo delicious, homemade. Always fish, beef, chicken, turkey. From 13-14 o'clock there is a snack by the pool for those who do not want to go to a restaurant for lunch. They make 3 types of pizza , burger patties , French fries , pies , fruits The beach is compact , but there was always enough space for everyone. Sandy entrance The animation works perfectly. Volleyball, belly dancing , darts . Evening programs . Well done Ice cream is available free of charge at the beach bar (open from 11 a.m.) from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Delicious And now, perhaps the most important thing is who is going here with small children and children, in principle, this hotel will not work, as they will have nothing to do here and it will be boring. We did not attend evening programs, nor did we take part in morning exercises. But there were people who liked it. But if you do not pay extra, then they give rooms with a view of the wall or with a balcony facing Sheraton Street, where it is always noisy. The TV didn't work for several days, and the reception staff replied that it was the same for everyone and they were solving the problem. Very weak Wi-Fi. The room is obviously not new furniture. In the evening, it's cool to sit on the beach and drink beer from the bar. They don't kick you out, but there are guards who check that there are no outsiders.

Where does the 4.8 rating come from? We are writing a review online. A long-awaited vacation, we just arrived, we were settled in the basement on the 4th floor. A room without windows, with stale air, dusty surfaces, and a door to nowhere. When they first saw this room, they immediately returned to the reception and demanded to change the room, but they were refused in response, allegedly there were no available rooms. At the same time, an hour later, we noticed how newly arrived tourists regularly walk past us to check into their apartments. At this stage, it is agreed that the number will be replaced tomorrow after 12, to be continued... Upd. The next day, after 3 reminders, we were finally moved to a normal room with a view of the courtyard and a side view of the sea. We are adding a photo of a normal room. Upd 2. We returned, in general, apart from the incident with checking into the basement and blatant lies at the reception (that there are no other rooms), we can say that the hotel is normal. The food is delicious but monotonous. The cleaning is normal, the beach is good, the reef is beautiful, the beer is not very like everywhere else). I would also like to mention the lifeguards on the beach, who do not bother when you swim away behind the buoys, you can safely see all the neighboring reefs. The number of the terrible basement room 448, if you come across it when checking in, do not take the keys, immediately start a protest at the reception.

I was in May 2025, I really liked the food, accommodation, access to the city nearby, opposite the bank for currency exchange. The beach is compact, but there is plenty of room for everyone. I must say that everything was great! Aeroflot, Biblio Globus, everything is clear and on schedule. By the hotel. That's something. I liked everything. Meals are at level 5*. The chef is always at lunch and dinner, he always tastes something himself, asks the guests if they like it or not. The waiters fly like bees and manage to make jokes and compliments. In general, all the staff are very friendly and without tips and without singling out foreigners in a special class. The animators are really cool (I don't know who doesn't like it there?!) If you are ready for activity, there is everything, bocce, volleyball, yoga, and exercise in the pool. There's always some kind of movement in the evening. The beach is small but clean, gentle, sandy, there are a couple of places where you can watch fish, there are plenty of sun beds, you don't need to occupy it), unless by the pool where all the Germans hang out). The hotel is located in the very center, on Sheraton street, shops, attractions, Marina, and just walk around without any problems. I've read a lot that sellers are arrogant, mean and annoying. IT'S NOT TRUE!!! How many times have I visited the store, you can just find out the price, talk and leave, no problem. But you can also bargain until you're hoarse, and nothing, they just get high. In general, the Egyptians seemed to me much more friendly than the Turks. I've been to a lot of places, to Egypt for the first time, and it pleasantly surprised me. I want more. Have a nice trip!

I liked the hotel - compact, close to the beach, also quite compact. The rooms are old but clean, cleaning every day. Everyone is very friendly, the food is delicious. One of the disadvantages is that our room very often did not have hot water, the windows faced a steep wall, but they say that if desired, rooms with such a view from the window are changed to others, the view did not play a big role for us, we hardly spent time in the room. There is a swimming pool and various entertainment programs on the territory - we spent all our time at the sea, so I can't tell you anything about it. The sea is very beautiful, corals are close and you can dive to see many different beautiful fish and colored corrals. It's not the first time I've been to Hurghada and I haven't been disappointed in my decision and choice for a day. This time we chose this hotel without even reading the reviews (strange to me) We arrived half the second day, but we had to stand and wait in line at the airport for 3 hours, after 5.5 hours of flight it was hard, but I was glad that it was 15 minutes from the airport to the hotel. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, they immediately put on bracelets at the reception and gave us a room, but we didn't like it because there was a ground floor where there was no sun and where there was a staff room nearby, and we refused and went back to the reception and after standing for 5 minutes we were given a room on the second floor with a view of the sea!) It was just great! The rooms are cleaned every day, everything is clean everywhere! Towels are changed every day, shampoos, gels and soaps are also changed every day! Bottled water every day, 2 bottles per person. We didn't keep anything in the safe, and we didn't touch anything! There is a lot of food in the main restaurant! Fish, chicken and beef are included in the diet every day. The only fruits are melon, orange and dates, and there are many different desserts and pastries for tea. In hotels, everything is in the palm of your hand, everything is close and convenient! The entrance to the sea is very comfortable and sandy. With the proximity of the sightseeing yachts to the shore, I never once noticed the smell of gasoline and dirt! The water is amazing, clean, warm, transparent!!!! Oranges and pomegranates grow everywhere on the territory of the hotel and the territory is always clean. I'll give the hotel a solid 5!!! The hotel staff is very good-natured and helpful!!! By location, the hotel is located in the city on a large street, if the windows overlook the city, write- it's gone, as in our case, cars are driving all night, honking, screaming, yelling, dogs barking, sleeping in earplugs and under melatonin. No other way! The room was relatively good, the cleaning was 3 hours, but we were not picky in this regard, the water in the room was excellent and the pressure and temperature were excellent (they often washed cold in the Charm). The territory is Very Very small! The beach is scanty! Be prepared to lie next to people who smoke and scream, there's just nowhere to go!!!! There weren't enough sun beds!!! The towels were old, they stank terribly, sometimes they were taken, they were a little damp! The sun beds are also very old, somehow on the back, but it was unbearable to lie on the stomach! The sea is clean, but the underwater world is not! There were a lot of reefs and fish in that charm, you need to look for them right here! Boats and yachts are constantly parked!!! How can you not see such a beautiful sea!!! A beautiful pier, with a certain charm, only there it was possible to take a photo without 1000 eyes!!! As for the eyes, mostly old Germans who smoke all the time, the ashes were shaken right into the sea! They're constantly filming on the phone from under the teskin, so I wouldn't be surprised if I was a star on a private channel from Germany. Every turn on the sunbed will be viewed by someone and everything is under control, it is impossible to relax! The staff is friendly, smiling, and there are no complaints about the service! Here are the vacationers themselves, here for an amateur, the Germans mostly lick them there. I must say right away that they don't have much tenderness for Russians! About the food, it's all the same for 7 days in a row! Mango time, never given, vegetables on issue. We were standing in line for cucumber and iceberg lettuce! I didn't understand this joke! Desserts, as usual, are discount-free- of course, we have tried a lot in this regard, we cook much better in Russia. Soups are my pain, they can't cook them in Egypt, there's only one water, but you won't stay hungry! One thing pleased me, we were constantly fed, breakfast was over, they were opening near the pool, a bar with drinks and all kinds of pastries, we arrived after 9 a.m. and just got to dessert near the pool, you can drink coffee and eat pancakes. And so in the evening there are the same sweets in the bar. As a result, you will not starve! Be careful about alcohol- it seems weak, but you can get drunk quickly, whether your head hurts or not. I mostly didn't drink, but our company certainly crawled away! Animation of any kind, I must say, in Egypt there is little with this! It was very boring in the evening, we went out for a walk around the city, otherwise it was rotten, what was shown at the kindergarten level was not interesting, the music sucked, like a DJ on YouTube was looking for and playing, in short it was difficult to dance! But this is a common pattern in this country! We were in the very New Year, what can I say, we were put in the devil knows where, we had to rush around with plates for food, but by that time, everything that was more or less tasty was sorted out, there were only photos left for memory, there was someone eating shrimp, and someone bread! I'm not saying we're hungry, but we didn't get any treats! And in general, Hurghada is not very good, it's so dirty everywhere!!!! They're being fooled at every turn, but they've already been through, they were constantly haggling, but a T-shirt for $ 100 was too much! The most interesting thing about gardening in Moscow is that it costs a maximum of 3500-4000 rubles. It is better not to take out money and wave it in front of them, at the bazaar or in shops, this is for your safety! They have different pharmacies, we came across a one with the name "Russian pharmacy" where prices are lower and everyone understands and explains everything well! Of course, we tried not to notice the disadvantages and didn't really look for them, but if every tourist wrote the truth, we could have chosen a better place!!! Bottom line: the territory is very small, there is only one pool, the food is normal, but without abundance (few fruits) a lot of bread , the staff is normal, the rooms are tired, but not the worst option, so if you smoke, then you will most likely come in, I was dying from this stench!!! You go to the sea to relax and breathe the sea, here you will breathe sweaty....... And tobacco! It's important to me that we never come to Hurghada again!

We have been staying at this hotel since October 14, 2025.The hotel is A MIRACLE .The staff is sooo friendly everywhere.Food every day is meat (beef, chicken, sometimes mutton), fish.There are many different salads, soups in the morning, afternoon and evening of two types, pastries of 10-15 kinds, and a lot of different cakes.Drinks, delicious coffee, cocoa, lemonades.Fruits include pomegranates, melons, and dates.The place is wonderful, there are small coral reefs and you can see a variety of fish.We haven't had such a good rest in a long time.If possible, we will definitely return to this hotel.Thank you so much for the rest.This is the best hotel.

We checked into the room earlier, immediately upon arrival! The rooms are cleaned regularly! The food is excellent! Eating melon in winter is still a pleasure!)) The menu is varied, and everything is very tasty. Everyone has their own taste, but no one will stay hungry) Small communication problems, but everything is solved! I've been in a fairy tale!!! Two weeks in paradise! I am absolutely delighted with everything! I really liked it! Everything is included. Food for every taste. Diverse. I haven't even tried everything. Drinks including alcohol are not limited from 11 am to 23 pm. The numbers are a solid four! A TV with five Russian-language channels. Cleaning and changing of towels every day. Shampoo, gel, soap for use. They make up and make the bed when cleaning. 0.5 liters of water per person, tea, coffee, sugar in the room for free every day. They don't steal. I did not take the safe (paid $ 3 per day). The beach is 20 meters away. On the beach there are umbrellas, sun beds, towels, a shower, a bar. The pool is 5 meters away. The territory is being cleaned. Very clean everywhere! The pool is 180 cm, chlorinated. The sea is transparent. Coral islands with fish and crabs. You swim in a mask or glasses like in an aquarium! The staff is great! Friendly! The language barrier is not annoying. Wi-Fi in the room is paid, at the reception in the large hall with air conditioning and armchairs for free. I will be happy to return there again! I recommend it!

The best place. Heaven on Earth. Nice rooms, we were given a room with a beautiful view of the sea. The staff is polite and courteous. All the food is delicious and varied. We always took full plates, because we wanted to try everything. The pastries are baked, delicious, like my grandmother's. The pool is warm, you can get drinks right next to it. There is a beautiful clean sea on the territory of the hotel. There is also a Carribian restaurant nearby, from which there is a very good view of the sea. The animation is interesting, there is water aerobics, exercise, volleyball, and various entertainment in the evening. The territory of the hotel is well maintained, oranges grow. The room is cleaned cleanly, towels are changed every day. Another plus is that the hotel is located in the city center, there are shops nearby where you can buy something. Super! I want to come back to you again.

We visited here several times between 2012 and 2015. And in 2024, almost nothing has changed since 2015. In engineering terms, the hotel has certainly worn out, it is not clear why the owner does not invest. In terms of service, everything is the same, solid 4. But the restaurant was pleased.
