I travel a lot, and this is the kind of hotel I would love to come back to. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, the rooms and the hotel itself are spotlessly clean, and the buffet food is very delicious. The soundproofing between rooms is excellent - I couldn’t hear any neighbors, not even my family in the adjoining room separated by a single closed door. You could hear some music and cars from the street, but it wasn’t critical for me. With heartfelt gratitude from rooms 1804 and 1805 🤍

Very good hotel, the swimming pool has wonderful views on the wheel and the ocean. Breakfast is amazing, there are plenty of choice and you can additionally order omelette or eggs, and the food is tasty. The coffee is also good, which is usually not typical for hotels. The personal is very helpful and professional. The only downside was that next to the hotel is McDonald’s and kids wanted to eat here, and we saw that a lot of people had the same problem, so during the chilling at the pool we brought a took out from the macdonalds to the pool and fed the kids, but the personal said that we can eat only food from the pool restaurant, so we had to take our food and go to the room. But it was not everyday, sometimes other personal allowed eating take out. So that was confusing, because we ate for three days at the pool and on the fourth day they told us go to your room, weird. The beach at the marina are very crowded, but you can always find a spot and the hotel gives you towels and umbrella, but still too many people there, so we mostly were at the pool :)

From September 13 to September 20, 2025, my husband and I stayed at this hotel, I was delighted with the hotel, the room on the 12th floor was spacious, the cleaning was high-quality every day, the view from the balcony to the wheel was gorgeous, the food was excellent for every taste, the beach was a 5-minute walk away, the beach was clean, although there were a lot of people, but it didn't bother us, we went all out enjoying the beauty of Dubai. Just fell in love.️ The staff is responsive👍 The only thing was 38 degrees outside during the day, the bay is 30 degrees, it's of course sooooo hot and the boiling water does not cool at all. Overall, we are happy with our stay, I recommend the hotel, the area is amazing, we want to return to Dubai again only when there is no hell😁

It's not a bad hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is everything you need and even the Quran in English in the bedside table. The view from the room is gorgeous, right on the Eye of Dubai. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception. There will be no problems with communication. The water in the pool is a little cool. There you can also get beach towels in a bag and an umbrella, and then take a separate elevator down. Very convenient. The food at the hotel is good. We took full board with lunch. But there are also disadvantages. For lunch, the children's menu is more meager and cannot be replaced with an adult one. You can select only one dish from each section of the menu. Drinks are available for an additional fee. We took water from the room with us. They never gave you a spoon with teramis. I had to ask separately. But it's only at lunch. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style. I liked dining in the Italian pizzeria more, as the food there is tastier and not as hot as in the Greek restaurant. In general, the hotel can be recommended.

A wonderful hotel! I didn't want to leave. The staff is responsive, the customer orientation is at a high level, you feel like a long-awaited guest. Lovely room has everything you need, sea view, beautiful especially in the evening. I liked the restaurant's delicious buffet, the aesthetics of all the dishes, and the interior designer tried to create a cozy atmosphere. We had breakfasts and dinners, sometimes changed to lunch, then the order was on the menu. Beach towels and an umbrella are provided at sea, the beach was public. The sea was different, sometimes crystal clear, and on some days algae and debris washed ashore. The pool is small and cool, and unlike the sea, you can cool down. There were always plenty of sun beds in the pool. The promenade is beautiful in any direction in the evening. The location on the Marina is one of the best.

We had a vacation with my husband at this hotel in August. They were chosen because of the location. Very convenient. Near DMCC metro station, Dubai Marina Mall, Dubai Marina Walk. There are beautiful views in the evening. There is an exchange office, a cafe, and shops near the hotel. Ain Dubai is within walking distance (I recommend it). I read the reviews about the hotel. Not everything they say is true. Everyone sees what they want. If you want to spoil your vacation, you will always find something to complain about. We really liked the food. The dinners are varied. Drinks for money. Water is free. Once, dinner was changed to lunch. We had lunch at an Italian restaurant. You don't need to register in advance. The room had a balcony and access to the bay, the wheel and the pool. Everything was visible)) We took sweets from dinner and had tea on the balcony in the evening. It's still a pleasure. One of the minor disadvantages is a small swimming pool. In fact, you don't swim there, you soak. Everyone is standing on the sides. There are not enough sun beds. But none of this bothered us, we always found a way out of the situation. If everything was busy near the pool, we went to the beach. A bag with an umbrella and towels was given out near the pool. The room was cleaned every day. So everything went great.

The entire hotel staff was friendly and helpful, even the language barrier was no obstacle to our communication, we were well understood. The breakfasts and dinners were buffet style. Excellent hotel on the first line. A balcony overlooking the bay and the Eye of Dubai. It takes 1 minute to walk to the sea. The food is great. For breakfast, freshly squeezed orange and watermelon juices, lots of fruits, egg dishes, avocado toasts are prepared on request. I recommend taking dinners at the hotel. Every evening for dinner there are different cuisines or themes (meat, oriental cuisine, seafood). The food is delicious, the staff is polite. I recommend it!

The hotel left a very pleasant impression! The rooms are simply gorgeous: modern, clean, with a magnificent view of the sea — every day began and ended with a beautiful landscape. The dinners are also good — there is a choice, but personally they seemed like a solid "four" to me: nothing supernatural, but you definitely won't stay hungry. One of the disadvantages is the lack of its own territory and its own beach. The pool is quite small, and there weren't enough places during peak hours — sometimes you had to wait in line to take a chaise longue. There are paid sun beds on the city beach, which also overshadowed the rest a little. Despite these minor drawbacks, our vacation turned out to be wonderful! We stayed in a great mood, charged with positivity and a lot of positive emotions. I recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a cozy place with excellent rooms and the sea within walking distance, without waiting for a luxurious infrastructure.

Upon check-in, we asked the reception for a high floor, the newcomer waited a little, but the wait was rewarded. The room is large, chic, and bright. Cleaned daily! The hotel has several restaurants, a common one, where there was a buffet. There are several types of cheeses, meat, and fish are delicious. Incredibly delicious pastries, chocolate cake is just a cannon! There is an Italian restaurant on the ground floor, which is a godsend. Delicious risotto, mushroom cream soup, pizza for every taste, we ate heartily! And there was a Greek restaurant on the third floor, and an outdoor swimming pool. Everything is very tasty! Service for 5+, well done. Near the hotel there is one of the most famous beaches of Jbr, clean. Lots of expensive yachts and entertainment . The hotel also has an advantageous location, as it is next to the largest promenade in Dubai, with beautiful cool buildings, shops, branded clothes. Also nearby is one of the most famous Address hotels, the building with the hole we called it)) The impressions are the most intense and pleasant! Don't buy any of the excursions from the tour operator - they just breed people. Plan your daily route ahead of time. We agreed back in Russia with a cool company who organized cool excursions for us, the price turned out to be three times cheaper) I recommend the hotel to everyone, you will be the happiest!

We stayed at the hotel twice. The hotel is really very good. Firstly, it is the location of JBR beach on one side, Dubai Marina and DMCC metro station on the other. Large, spacious, bright rooms - all with views of the Persian Gulf (stunning view in the evening). Room cleaning is daily, and water is also replenished. Meals - take breakfasts and dinners (very tasty and varied) aesthetically and beautifully. The pool area was renovated in 2025. Towels and umbrellas are provided on the beach, there are no sun beds from the hotel on the beach! Upon check-in, they take a deposit of 400 dirhams (refunded upon check-out) be prepared.

We had a rest at Ja ocean from February 13 to 17, 2026. Nice hotel in the Marina area. The location is excellent. Within walking distance of the beach, many cafes and restaurants, Dubai Marina Mall shopping center, beautiful embankment along the canal, the Eye of Dubai Ferris wheel, metro station 10 minutes on foot. For those who came for a walk for 3-5 days, it is normal. The view from the room on the 10th floor is great. You can't look at any tall buildings, but you can see the sea, the Ferris wheel and the illuminated cafes.... for that, you get 5 points. The food in the main restaurant is amazing. Anyone who loves seafood in general will be delighted. There are three fish options, shrimp, mussels in shells, crayfish... Meat eaters will like it too, there is always chicken and turkey in different versions, grilled steaks, not a lot of vegetables, but in general there are lettuce leaves, arugula. There are almost no salads. Lots of sweets and pastries. We were surprised, for the first time we met this at the hotel, especially in the top five.... there are no free drinks at dinner, even tea and coffee only for money, but there is a kettle and a tea maker in the room. There are disadvantages, of course, an old five, the repair was obsolete 7 years ago. Somehow, you expect some kind of gloss, chic and Dubai pathos from the five in Dubai. The room has: a TV, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, personal hygiene items (toothbrushes are just good, not cheap). Good quality cosmetics (shampoo with mint effect, shower gel, hair conditioner). But, as usual, I carry my own hair mask, so the condom was not useful to me. If you don't find fault, then the rooms are normal, cozy, and the furniture is not damaged. I repeat, the repair itself is obsolete.... the tile in the bathroom is so-so with thick seams, the glass partition on the bathtub already needs to be replaced because it does not wash off limescale, the bathtub itself also does not shine anymore, it's kind of worn. Well, that's something like that. But everything works fine. The water pressure is excellent, the drain is clean, the water is not worth it at all. The staff is very friendly. There are Russian-speaking guys. It's probably possible to return to this hotel, there are more pluses than minuses. And we don't really sit in the room, we walk more.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time. I chose it after studying reviews between similar hotels in the area. And she didn't regret it. The location is excellent. For me, it was a priority to walk to the sea. The sea is nearby. There are cafes and shops nearby. It is a special pleasure to walk around the marina in the evening. The hotel has excellent service, welcome, escort. The room has everything you need - a large bed for relaxation, water is provided, and the view from the room is excellent. On the one hand, this is definitely a high-quality 5* hotel: a clean and well-maintained room, polite and helpful staff at the reception and by the pool. Special thanks for that. However, some moments have overshadowed the rest and do not reach the stated high level. The main disadvantage is the organization of meals and the quality of food. Unfortunately, the kitchen didn't make any impression. The choice seemed rather boring, the dishes were repeated, there was not enough variety and sophistication that you would expect from a 5* hotel. But the most unpleasant thing is that it ended with a mild eating disorder (indigestion) after one of the dinners. I was also surprised by the drinks policy. There is free tea for breakfast, which is logical, but for some reason there is no tea for dinner - only paid options. It seemed a little strange. After dinner, you always want to just have a cup of tea without paying a separate bill each time. We have something to compare it with — we recently stayed at a 4* hotel, and there, the food was noticeably tastier, more diverse and more thoughtful. Bottom line: The hotel is good for relaxing by the pool, but if the gastronomic component is important to you, there is something to work on seriously. The price/quality ratio of nutrition is not justified. For this reason, I cannot give a score higher than 3*. I hope the administration will pay attention to these points. The hotel is just a fire. It was like a honeymoon trip. The location is simply great: all the main shops nearby, malls, attractions (Ferris wheel) are all within walking distance. We took breakfast and dinner - it's very good that you can replace dinner at the hotel restaurant with visiting the restaurants at the hotel - the portions are huge and all inclusive. We have a problem with the English language, the staff always went to the meeting, thank you to all the Russian-speaking staff of the Aqua restaurant, many thanks to Hostess Aya, she makes good contact and always with a smile. The location is for people with a sleep pattern, not really. The music playing in the bar across the street is too loud. And also constantly hear the signals of cars that seem to be very late somewhere. One of the disadvantages is the bathroom. The water drains badly, the bathroom is very old, it seems dirty because of this. Also pillows:they are very small and it is not possible to sleep on them, they turn into a rag. The towel is also old, washed. The breakfasts are not bad.

The view is gorgeous, the location is gorgeous right on the beach, the transport accessibility is excellent, lots of supermarkets. The embankment! It's all good. A wonderful hotel, close to the beach (250 meters walk from the elevator to the water, this is for lovers of precision), the hotel has excellent service and customer orientation! The rooms are cleaned every day, there are no comments - everything is perfect. Three meals a day according to the buffet system, in my case alcohol was paid. There is a refrigerator, kettle, and water in the room every day. A hotel with a high recycling policy. The service, cuisine, dishes and their variety from meat to seafood are all perfect, but maybe borscht and salty bacon could be added, I really wanted to at the end of the rest:) Its own pool, with a beautiful view of the Eye of Dubai (the Ferris wheel, as seen in the photo, the photos themselves were taken from the fifth floor, and here there are 25 of them - the views above are even more beautiful). Overall, it's not bad. But there is one significant disadvantage - the public beach , which turns into a black mass of Indians by the weekend. They fill the entire coast and sit in the water. Mostly men. The Russian spoken at the reception is sooooo bad. We had a rest in the middle of September 2025, at the turn of the seasons, and the attitude of the staff was indifferent , as if we were beggars. The food is monotonous, but you can eat. The rooms are good, there is not enough space on the pool and there are not enough sun beds. We won't come here a second time, we'll look at something else.

The hotel is located in the "party" part of the Jumeira beach residence, with a magnificent view of the Eye of Dubai Ferris wheel and the bay from all rooms. You can walk to Bluewaters Island, very close, in the same building there is a Starbucks, a McDonald's, a pharmacy and a grocery store nearby. We had half board, the breakfasts were good, but sometimes there was a queue. The receptionist escorts us to a table. The dinners are also very good, or you can replace the Italian (excellent) or Greek (not tried) restaurant throughout the day (there is a separate shortened menu to replace the HB, but it is quite enough and we liked the dishes, all drinks are for an additional fee). The price is approximately 50 dirhams per cocktail. There is a mini fridge and a kettle in the room. Water was supplied to the room at the rate of 0.5 bottles per day per person. Overall, the room is comfortable and spacious. Please note the need for an adapter, some of the sockets do not match our plugs. From the hotel it is very close to go to the common city beach, on the 3rd floor you can take a towel for the beach (in a bag) and an umbrella, if you are not too lazy to carry it. The hotel also has its own small swimming pool, there are very few sun beds and they are all occupied. We were in July, it doesn't seem to be the season, but the pool is clearly too small and crowded (see the last photo, this is the hotel pool), I didn't like swimming at all. There is also an opportunity to go to some kind of beach club (it seems to be free), but we did not go. The hotel has a nice spacious gym, but the child (10 years old) was not allowed even with a parent. It is unclear whether this is the general policy of the hotel or the initiative of one employee. Within walking distance (but not in the July heat) of the marina and Dubai Marina Mall (not very large). It costs 10-12 dirhams to take a taxi to the mall, but you should immediately ask for the meter (one enterprising taxi driver offered to take us for 50). It takes about 30 minutes and 80-100 dirhams to get to the Mall of Dubai or Burj Khalifa. The airport is also about 100 dirhams away. We were in July and were looking for entertainment based on the weather. I really liked: Motiongate and Legoland amusement parks (they are in the same complex, in summer the promotion is two parks for the price of one). Also, the Green Planet indoor park is a complete delight (they are trying to sell interactive games with animals there, we did not take this, the park itself is enough).
