Conveniently located. The rooms are cozy and clean. The service is good, the staff is polite and helpful, always ready to help and resolve any issue. I would especially like to mention the young man Zane Toknath, who cleaned our room. He not only kept order, but also created a good mood with friendly greetings and pleasant compliments in the form of swans from towels with rose petals, a bouquet on the table. In my opinion, this hotel has the best location for combining a beach holiday and accessibility to other types of movement around the city, for example Marina pier, metro within walking distance. The beach is 7-10 minutes away, depending on the air temperature. There is a private pool.
All rooms overlook the sea, each room is equipped with a balcony - this is a plus.
Staff: qualified, courteous and responsible, very competent and kind. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception.
The food is excellent, varied with a huge selection and themed evenings. I really liked the seating of the guests, not independent, but by the staff themselves.
The hotel and staff are constantly in touch with the guests, its friendliness is boundless.

Excellent location of the hotel, many interesting places can be reached on foot. We had a view of the Eye of Dubai. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach. The food is varied and delicious. Always fruits and vegetables. Cleaning every day. The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, cream, water. A huge bed with a great mattress and pillows. The staff is smiling and friendly!

I can rate our vacation at JA OCEAN VIEW on the highest satisfaction scale. It was convenient, comfortable, and delicious for us. Separately, we can note the goodwill and proactivity of the staff in the desire to make our vacation as best as possible. As in any business related to people, it is not possible to foresee everything, and from time to time abnormal situations arose that required intervention. The hotel's approach in both our cases was timely, high-quality and only in our favor. We were really able to feel welcome.
The undoubted advantages: first line, 4 minutes to the sea, towels and umbrellas provided when going to the beach, excellent staff, pool in the shade (you can sunbathe on the beach)

I was very glad that I stayed at this hotel!
We stopped by for 1 day with the family, it was full of activity: the first day I went straight to the gym, worked out and was glad to fill it!
In the evening there was a festive dinner (seafood) dedicated to Valentine's Day! A buffet with a large selection of different salads, appetizers, grilled fish and themed delicious desserts.
The next day we went to the gym with my son, then went to the sauna and Jacuzzi! It is convenient to have a spa and massage in the hotel!
Then we went to look around and take a walk before leaving after a very rich and delicious breakfast! Near the beach and just all possible cafes and restaurants. I really liked it, we will definitely come back again!

My favorite hotel in Dubai and on JBR. I stayed there for a week with my daughter. Great unobtrusive atmosphere! EVERYTHING is provided! The breakfasts are very tasty - a buffet! The hotel is very friendly in terms of convenient location, services, and comfort. The food is quite tasty and varied. Now a little more detail:
The hotel is opposite Bluewaters Island, which has a cool walking area with shops and restaurants (I liked SHI with Japanese cuisine).
It also has a huge Ferris wheel, illuminated at night with different lights, and visible from all the windows of the hotel. You can get to the island slowly by walking along the picturesque bridge with stunning views.
Also from the hotel you go out to the promenade along the waterfront, with boutiques and restaurants.
Nearby grocery Carrefour and others. The metro is 10 minutes on foot. Dubai Marina Mall is a 20-minute stroll along the beautiful canal with yachts and pleasure boats, where you can go to the Duty Free and buy good alcohol (if relevant).
In fact, there is direct access to the beach from the outdoor pool by elevator. When leaving, they give you an umbrella, a towel and a comfortable beach bag. JBR beach with a view of the wheel and palm tree.
A choice of rooms for every taste and budget. When choosing, it must be remembered that the larger the room and, accordingly, the window, the more external sounds get inside, and in the evenings and at night the local public likes to make noise and honk, showing off their cool cars. You get used to the word very quickly.
Overall, a great hotel!
For me, the only downside was sometimes the city noise from the window, but you come late and there's no time to listen to it..😉

Very convenient location near the Dubai Marina promenade, you can walk, there are many shops. The wonderful Aqua restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes. I have stayed at this hotel 5 times, it is logically the most well-located on the entrance and a little away from the noise. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is quite varied. If there is anything else to be surprised about, then this is definitely Dubai! The Marina area is great and it is best to choose a small hotel (so as not to queue for breakfast). The Sheraton fits perfectly, there are few people there, and its own beach and a lot of different useful infrastructure. Besides, everything is nearby. We were in January, the sea is warm, the weather is moderate with a temperature range from 16 in the evening to 27 in the afternoon. I felt like a princess - I will remember your attention and smiles forever. The chef is the best!!! The products are fresh and of the highest quality. I know a lot about food and it's just top!!! Nice hotel! Recommend. The location is great! We took everything included. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style. For lunch, you can eat by the pool, or in the Italian restaurant on the 1st floor, you can choose from 1 appetizer or salad, 1 hot and 1 dessert. The beach is public within walking distance, 3-5 minutes in time. An umbrella and towels are provided near the pool. Sun beds on the beach are paid.

The hotel is really great!
1. Food (we took breakfast and dinner) - varied, delicious and, importantly, different cuisines - you could even find pickles and spicy food
2. Location. There is a road separating from the beach, BUT there is a bridge and an air-conditioned elevator leading from the hotel across the street!!!! So the beach is just around the corner.
3. View. All rooms have sea and city views. So it's nice to watch from the balcony during the day and in the evenings
4. Service. People are responsive, quickly solve the problem on the call, no need to remind! The cleaning is excellent. They even brought an ironing board and an iron on the call! They also brought how much drinking water they needed
5. Location. The sea is nearby. In the evening, walking to the island with a Ferris wheel is nearby. Dubai Marina embankment is nearby. Streets for walking are nearby. What is important, ordinary grocery stores are also nearby, you can even take camel milk (about 200 rubles for 0.25 ml), it's worth a try. The metro is 10 minutes walk away. The tram is even closer.
6. Swimming pool! I don't like to use the pool when the sea is nearby, but it turned out to be in place! When it's hot at sea, you swim in the pool in the shade. And just after the heat of the beach, it's very nice to sit in a cool pool!

A nice hotel on the first line of the Dubai Marina. The rooms are different. I advise you to take a two-room apartment with a sea view. The beds are large, the bed is airy.
