1. We flew in June, from Kazan , to Air Arabia, rescheduled for 3 days rather departure, off-season , half-empty plane 👍
2. The hotel itself, 50 meters from the sea, is very convenient to run back and forth. Clean, elegant, air conditioning everywhere, a paid coffee shop in the lobby, good coffee (in rubles, 1 latte 25 dirhams, it's 500 rubles))
3. Accommodation: basically, the main 8-storey building. Pros: 3 elevators, cleaned every day, air conditioning with the ability to adjust the temperature, the key to the room is electronic, not tied to the need to ensure the operation of electrical appliances when you leave. That is, go away, the air conditioner will work. Everything in the room is as usual for everyone, plus a kettle , refrigerator, hair dryer on a short wire from the drawer😅 a coffee table and an armchair.
Quietly. I can 't hear the neighbors . There is a folding clothes dryer.
Cons: no balcony! Do not sit in the evening, do not smoke with a cup of coffee, closing the door behind the fuss . There is glazing almost to the floor, if you want to breathe the sea air at night, it is impossible. There is no front staircase to the floors, there is only a technical room for the staff. You will be waiting for the elevator even to the 1st floor .
INTERNET: Wi-Fi is free, if there are a lot of people, the speed drops, few people- it grows. In the pool area, there is also a Wi-Fi point, sometimes it is caught at sea. In the room, he didn't really work for us, we were on the 4th floor. Through reconnection, it worked. But it's already nice that it's there, that it's free, we didn't sit without communication!
4. Water issue: water is given in bottles, 2 pcs per person, at the beach bar, from 9 a.m., at the beach bar. We were always short of water, we were given 4 bottles each, no questions asked. Then we went 3 km to the store and bought a couple of 5L cylinders.
5. Power supply: only in the main building. My eyes are running away!Lamb meat, beef, chicken, food 100 balls! Well done! Gorgeous view of the sea from the dining room!
6.Pool: warm, very clean, there are seats to sit at the bar right in the water, attention to those who are critical, there is no alcohol! There is no beer or wine in the whole hotel , take it with you from the dutik!

Cons: my child was bitten by a local wasp, there are many of them there, they live at these fresh sinks under thatched roofs. People with bite allergies, be careful! Moto bikes are riding, loudly, there is a construction site nearby, Khorfakhan is expanding, they have huge plans. Everything is cleanly built, but these noises .... like in a big city. They do not allow you to tune in to the natural feeling. The sunbeds are good, but sometimes local birds shit on them, they all fly to the shower, where there is fresh water)(
8. Sea: Pros: very warm, no predatory fish. There is no oil or oil in the water.
Cons: I specifically do not write the word ocean, because you are now in the Gulf of Oman, and from this shore you see, especially at night, the lights of the neighboring shore. On the left there is a stone cliff forming a lagoon, on the right there is a port. Tankers are constantly moving in the distance. Therefore, there is no sense of scale, boundless horizon, ocean, so to speak. The swim line is not far away, the buoys were stretched as close as possible to the shore ( . The water is still muddy! You can't see anything beyond an outstretched arm, guys, don't take serious devices with you, like in Egypt, the sea is empty, white dunes on the bottom of the sand, if you dive right next to the bottom, well, that's it. I was attracted by the possibility of diving, like, the Indian Ocean is an analogue of the red sea, not an analogue, in this hotel, be prepared for this! Dirt, garbage, bags, etc. often nails, because this is a mini-loader, respectively, this happens.
Well, the most heartbreaking thing is that at exactly 18.27, at astronomical sunset, everyone is removed from the beach, in general. They don't even let you just sit by the sea!! And they lock the gate. Between the hotel pool and the sea, there is a fence, admire the sea view or on the mats, or leave the hotel and go to the wild beach where employees and visiting workers swim. That was unpleasant, the lack of a balcony and the lack of an opportunity to sit quietly at sea in the evening. For this, a minus point .
9. Excursions . We took a boat trip to Oman with the opportunity to see the beauty of the Indian Ocean. To Oman 1.5 hours by bus with a passport , then on a 2-deck yacht with stops, along the bay. Who was parked well , or who swam well , saw a turtle and a stingray , I saw a lot of sea urchins near the rocks, but the water is still muddy, you need to dive well to the bottom!
10. Animation, entertainment: there was no animation, the hotel territory is quite small, there is a fence between the sea and the pool. The sea is visible on the tiles through it. it's +47 outside, we walked to the waterfall at night, KFC black oil was already flowing down the nuggets, it's better not to. There is no ice cream in the KFS, by the way. Just nuggets and potatoes.
Attention! those people who did not take care of the water in time, and have already cut off their bracelets, are not given water! The three of us had a rest here, with a girl and a child, from 06/19/2016 to 06/25/2024.
I'll start with the cons- 1) initially there was only one bed in the room, which is very cramped for three people. I had to ask for another bed - they gave it to me without any problems. 2) your room and the room of your neighbors are separated by a door, which, although closed, is naturally audible through it what is happening in the next room. 3) nowhere in the hotel could you watch football, Euro 2024, although this is probably a minus only for me and for those who care about it.
Well, now the pros: 1) the condition of the hotel is good, there is no feeling of shabbiness 2) polite and helpful staff 3) a good swimming pool 4) you can't think of a closer sea 5) variety in food, in the restaurant 6) outside the hotel you can walk along the gorgeous promenade, see the waterfall and the amphitheater 7) the atmosphere in the city is as calm and safe as possible.
And, yes, despite some rough edges, I'm betting five, not four.

If you want a quiet and secluded holiday, then this hotel is not for you. The vast majority of the hotel's guests are Russian tourists. The hotel has its own private beach and swimming pool. There is a huge construction site near the beach, where they knock, saw, etc. from morning to evening. You can't hear it in the hotel itself, but on the beach (since the construction site is directly adjacent to it) it sometimes bothers. Towels are provided on the beach (you can take and take as many times as you need), there are umbrellas and sun loungers. In general, there are a lot of them, but since our compatriots tend to occupy sun beds with things and leave the beach, at 9 a.m. it is already difficult to find a place under an umbrella. The hotel itself is quite comfortable without frills, but clean. Good sound insulation in the rooms. Conditioner. The windows don't open, but in this climate it's not necessary. Meals were taken three times a day, there was a lot of food, varied. I liked that there were a lot of vegetables. There are not a lot of fruits, but in April there was always fruit salad, oranges, grapefruit, watermelon. The dishes were both national and European. Find something to eat. I liked that the dishes are constantly being reported during the buffet. Therefore, there was no such thing that something ended and did not get it. Drinks are partially included. Always water and juices. Tea and coffee are also served for breakfast.
There are water activities and diving, massage, sauna, gym, steam bath.
The city has a very pleasant promenade, with toilets, benches, greenery, there are many snack bars, cafes and restaurants. However, the noise of the construction did not interfere with enjoying the clean sea with warm water and a large beach. We were disappointed this year. The building of the huge horseshoe had grown to its 12 floors, but the trouble lay elsewhere. The beach and the water area were cut in half. Huge trucks began to bring crushed stone to the separated part of the beach and level it with a bulldozer. Dust flew onto the sun beds by the pool and into it. Initially, a huge mass of rubble was not fenced off from the water and it began to be washed away by waves. As a result, the water in our part of the water area became like milk from the mud, and gravel was thrown onto the sand by the tides. It was unpleasant to go into the sea because of the sharp edges of the rubble. In addition, the stench of dump trucks, bulldozers and excavators working on the beach did not add to the positive mood. In addition, a tanker burned down on the raid to the port. The oil slick reached our beach for three days.
The hotel staff is friendly and friendly, but they cannot influence this mess.
The hotel's advertisement says that there is fishing and swimming with turtles. Forget it!!! Now a pier is being built on this site.

The hotel deserves its 4*. The location is good, there is something to see in the evening outside the hotel: an amphitheater, a waterfall. There is a delicious ice cream cone in the city for 5 dirhams. The food at the hotel is monotonous, it seems delicious after Egypt, but we would not like to eat it for more than 4 days. The water is warm in the pool, it was good in the sea during the day (last week of December 2023). There are many Russian-speaking Kazakh waiters in the hotel. Upon arrival, we were offered a cold Caucasus at night under it and 4 huge portions of delicious sandwiches were brought to the room. SPA is a big word.
There's a sauna on the top floor that you have to sign up for on time. The shower has low-pressure water. As in all Emirates, air conditioning works everywhere, it's not very pleasant.

The hotel is for those who want to hide from everyone. But at the same time there is a place to go for a walk. It takes 2 hours to get to Dubai, and about $120 by taxi in one direction. Next to the hotel there is a huge waterfall with a restaurant, a beautiful small park with a large amphitheater within walking distance.You can walk along the coast to the port.
We were in the first 2 weeks of October, the weather is +35, the sea is the same. The building itself is new, the rooms are cozy and spacious, you can't hear the neighbors (either we were lucky, or it was really well built, or the silence is due to the lack of alcohol in the emirate and in the hotel). The room has a huge bed, normal bed linen, comfortable pillows, mattress and blanket, the air conditioner was working properly. It is clean enough (for 4 out of 5).
The restaurant is always a lot of food, but most often it is the same every day, plus or minus. But you will always find something to eat. We met only 2 rates for accommodation: all inclusive soft (food 3 times in the restaurant plus coffee and tea at all meals and at the pool bar. Carbonated drinks are also available at the pool bar). The second tariff I do not know what it was called, it is simpler and cheaper. The food is the same, but coffee and tea are included only at breakfast. At the pool bar, you can only take water at this rate. A life hack that we didn't know about-if you went on an excursion and missed a meal, then on the day of departure, ask the restaurant administrator to feed you on account of the missed lunch or dinner. It is very convenient to travel.
The beach and the sea are the most significant disadvantage of the hotel. Construction is underway on both sides: on the one hand, a huge apartment complex (9-storey buildings) is being built 100 meters from the hotel beach, plus the coast, where equipment is always working. On the other hand, the hotel is expanding the territory of its land and is working with large equipment on gravel, in close proximity to the beach and pool. This makes it both noisy and dusty. The sea is dirty, bags are floating, small debris. And it brings pleasure, because the hotel is clean enough, there are enough staff. The pool is chlorine-free, always clean, and we saw how employees with devices measured and checked something. There were always enough sun beds, although our tourists, of whom 95 percent are here, managed to occupy sun beds by the pool and by the sea at 7 a.m.
There are 2 football stadiums nearby, so local football teams often stay at the hotel.
Spa on the top floor- a man walks along the beach luring and selling massages and various treatments. You can bargain with him and buy a course for sane money. But I would recommend to take one service first, see if you like it or not, and then just buy a course. According to the 10-point rating system, massage is done at 7, this applies to both men and women. There are other services, but we did not use them.
There is no animation in the hotel, Wi-Fi works well, especially by the pool. A tennis table with accessories is always available by the pool.

The beach is sandy, not gentle, the depth is quite close to the shore immediately. All 7 days the sea was not calm, we assume that this is due to the fact that dry cargo ships constantly enter the port, the port is very close to the hotel. The sea is not transparent, dirty, bottles and other debris were floating.
Of the entertainment, only the children's room, which does not work all the time, but at certain hours. There are no activities for adults.
The service is the only thing that pleased me. Everyone is very friendly, the rooms are cleaned, the cleanliness is at the highest level. Some of the staff even speak Russian, but mostly all in English. The rooms are spacious, it was very pleasant to sleep, the curtains are blackout, the windows do not open so that the heat does not get in, the hotel is designed so that even without a conditioner it is not hot in the room.

The restaurant itself is panoramic - I really liked it, the food is modest, but everything is there, sometimes spicy, spicy, but we love it, the choice is not huge, but you won't go hungry.
The room was with a view of the mountains and a side view of the sea - large, the repair is not new, but everything is clean and it was nice to rest, we personally had things dry for a day without problems, they hung on a suitcase stand right in the room, used as a dryer and everything was OK, things dried in the bathroom too, I don't know why people did not dry anything is a mystery, well, or probably things need to be squeezed out ....))) when I was driving, I was haunted by the thought that the window does not open and there is no balcony, in fact, it did not bother at all!
There were enough sunbeds in general, but for a couple of days there was some kind of influx of a new arrival and it was a shock - the people were savages, at 7 am everything was already occupied, the staff tried to solve the problem and brought both sunbeds and umbrellas.
Important! Well, if you haven't been given something (shampoo, towel, no sunbed, etc.), well, you go to the staff and ask, and don't pour mud on the hotel.
People's discontent and comments were sincerely not clear: "the hotel is boring, there is nothing to do, the cleaning is terrible, they do not give anything! "We have never encountered this, yes, it's quiet in the hotel, there is no animation (thank God), at 21.00 everyone is asked to go to the hotel, we personally were already asleep at that time, so it didn't bother.
The sea is super, there was no oil, the construction site is so quiet that you don't notice it, the only thing the cranes personally spoiled the view a little. We bought a mask and enjoyed the turtles.
There is a gas station market near the hotel, the prices are small, we went there constantly for ice cream and mango. The embankment is still being made, but you can already walk, it's very cool.

Adding information to the review. As of October 2024. We rest at the hotel for the 3rd time, it gets worse every year, but we stop the choice on the principle that the place is familiar. The construction site spoils everything, it is from 3 sides: on the one hand a new hotel and a breakwater are being built, on the other a breakwater, tractors are crawling in front of the hotel in the park. In a word, the construction site is not next to the hotel in around it and you find yourself on a construction site in the truest sense of the word with a day off on Sunday. We really liked the beach and sand, before it was about 300 m of coastline with soft sand, and now the construction site has taken more than half, another 50 meters for water sports, and hotel guests rest on the rest of the sea (about 50-80 meters), the density of people in the water is high about 100-120 people at peak and all this under the roar of tractors and excavators. The conclusion is if you have not taken a ticket yet, then it is better to consider another option. I did not delete one old photo from the beginning of construction, so that there would be something to compare it with.

We drove from the airport for 3 hours in a comfortable bus, we were at the hotel for about 13 hours. We checked in and went to lunch, after lunch we had to wait for the room, but we were lucky - they gave us early (perhaps due to the presence of a child) and with a sea view. The bed in the room is large, there is enough space for two adults and one child. The room is quite spacious, in addition to the bed there are 2 bedside tables, a large table, a coffee table, 3 armchairs, a floor lamp, a TV, a mini-refrigerator, a suitcase stand, a hair dryer. There is carpet on the floor. The windows are deaf, do not open, there is no balcony, the curtains are black-out on the windows. There is no ceiling lighting, in addition to a floor lamp, there are sconces on both sides of the bed. In the hallway there is a wardrobe with an ironing board, an iron and a free safe. There are many places where you can put things (mostly drawers). There is a small clothesline in the bathroom, and shower gel, body cream, shampoo and hair conditioner are constantly added during cleaning. Disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower cap, cotton pads and cotton buds, comb, sewing kit, shoe sponge are also available. When cleaning the room, they bring free 0.5 liters of water for each resident, add tea / coffee and all kinds of bathroom accessories (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body balm).
Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 10:30.
Lunch is from 12:30 to 15:00.

The beach and pool open at 7:00, after which our Russian fans score places for themselves, and if at 8:30 in general I still found free sun beds on the beach, then somewhere at 11 they are not in principle, although some just have towels and that's it. It seems to me that there have always been free sun beds by the pool.
The bay is really not very clean, there is a lot of garbage in the water near the shore, but if you pay a little further from the shore, then the water is good, clean. No turtles were observed during the rest, although we read the reviews and counted on them very much)
The sea was stormy for almost the entire vacation, with waves at sunset, for five days there was generally some kind of tide, which caused the waves to fall even into the territory with a swimming pool.
The construction site next to the beach did not interfere at all, on the contrary, it was interesting for the child to see how a bulldozer levels stones, how a dump truck unloads them, how a construction elevator rides and a crane works))
The entrance to the beach is closed after sunset, the entrance to the pool is after 21:00, that is, after 21 hours you have only the hotel lobby and the space outside the hotel itself at your disposal.

It took a long time to choose a hotel in the UAE, which has its own beach and first line...but he's not here at the moment. We arrived yesterday, immediately ran to the beach, and it's covered in oil, you can't swim. Today the situation is the same, plus big waves and you can't swim again! It turns out that you can never swim, even a sign with the inscription that there is oil in the water and you can swim strictly at your own risk. I just walked on the sand, and after washing my feet of oil for half an hour with a toothbrush, I barely washed them off. You definitely can't swim here! There is also a smell of oil on the beach and by the pool, I think it is very harmful to breathe these fumes.
A small piece of the beach remained due to renovation and it is unsuitable for swimming.
The second point is that they promise perfect cleanliness, but upon arrival we were waited for by a sheet with a huge yellow stain, very unpleasant.
And finally, water gives 0.5 per person, which is very little in this climate! Do you want to drink more? Just buy water for money, it's too much, you've never encountered this!

The nearest supermarket is 2.2 km away, where you can pay $ at the exchange rate, change in dirhams. The nearest shop at the gas station. There is a fruit and fish market in the port, 4.5 km away along the embankment (which is being arranged, it will end soon). In general, you can walk in the old town (new model), but it's beautiful, if there are no local holidays, then the street will be empty). The water in the bay is rarely transparent, so swimming in masks near the stone shore is not particularly pleasing to see a couple of fish). Once there were oil divorces. The hotel has a car rental service with a driver for trips to the UAE. We went to Dubai for a day in several places, it turned out to be more economical than taking separate taxis. The driver was just waiting for us at every point.
