The rooms are quite old, the shower is very nasty, but they are cleaned cleanly. Towels were missing, and despite all our persuasions to bring them, the full set was brought by the 3rd day of stay. The food is normal, delicious, always the same, but we were not hungry. There is a long park nearby for evening walks. The hotel is actively being built up, so there is a huge constantly rumbling construction site nearby, which greatly overshadowed the rest. There is also a port in the bay, from which garbage constantly floats in the water, I would compare the beach with Patong in Phuket, who was there will understand) Life hack - you can take a taxi back from the store in just 10 dirhams. On the way to Dubai for an excursion, we stopped at other hotels, I saw the difference. Therefore, I will not go to this hotel anymore.

I've never written reviews. But I will remember this hotel for the rest of my life. There is a huge construction site nearby on the beach, dust, dirt, slotting. The sea is green (it smells bad). Swimming is forbidden almost every day! I am attaching a photo. The feet are all covered in oil. This is an industrial zone!The rooms deserve special attention. We changed 4 rooms, they are all smoky, not dried, everywhere there is a terrible smell of mustiness. Sugar scales (white beetles) in each room. The kitchen consists of watermelon, apple, peach fruits, everything is not ripe. 4 salads. Coffee from the kettle! You won't find cappuccino anywhere here. Cocktails are paid everywhere. The "all" system is included, attention .... cola and sprite!) parachutes. The bar is only by the pool. Water is paid, and 4 small bottles of water were brought to the room for 6 people. It is impossible to eat all of the offered things for breakfast. Russian Russian is not understood, although there are only Russian tourists in the hotel. There is no entertainment for children at all! Just a trampoline. The hotel has no territory where to walk. Tour guide (Europort operator ) I haven't been in touch for the second day. The hotel has no territory. Interestingly, in a hotel where the windows in the rooms do not open, there are ashtrays. And everything is smoky. Dubai is almost 2 hours away by taxi. The duvet cover is torn. The sheet is covered in pellets, from old age. Gum is stuck on the duvet cover and when cleaning it was purposefully turned over with the other side, after 3 days it was finally changed.
On the plus side, the staff is 90% very friendly and try to help. Since there is no food for children at all, we were cooked separately several times. The children ate empty pasta for a week . After 5 days of stay, my stomach couldn't stand it and started to hurt. This is the worst vacation and hotel I've ever been to.

I really liked the climate, it is mild, there is no intense heat, compared to Dubai. +37 degrees are felt and transferred in a completely different way because a slight coolness comes from the Gulf of Oman, in the evening you can comfortably walk around the city. The seas are cool, in the morning the sea was 25 degrees, in the evening it warmed up to 29-30 degrees. A clean and green city, lots of trees. Nearby are local attractions, an amphitheater and an artificial waterfall, a clean and tidy promenade.
The hotel is good, pleasant staff, well and varied food. A lot of people come with families and children. A lot of locals come to rest and from neighboring countries (Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia) be prepared for this. In the city and the hotel "prohibition", but this is solved by ordering a taxi to the emirate of Fujairah (15 minutes drive) in which you can take alcohol, but you can only drink it in the room, you will not be able to drink freely on the territory.
Very clean beach on the first coastline. The construction site and the seaport should not confuse or alarm you. Employees carefully ensure that there is no garbage and staggering workers in the sea and on the beach.
Representatives of the host party immediately upon arrival (in my case Dubai) immediately met me at the airport and accompanied me during the entire vacation - transfer to and from the airport, the order of location, rules, excursions.

The vacation experience at Oceanic Khorfakkan is wonderful! A great hotel that you want to come back to again. Friendly staff, ready to help with any questions and at any time. There is a parking lot on site. The hotel is good, the service and food are excellent.
The local staff communicates mainly in English, only one girl at the entrance to the restaurant understood Russian.
There is a gas station nearby from the shops, the prices are good, almost everything is there that is necessary for life. Non-cash payment works - union pay cards. The nearest supermarket is about 2 km away.
Of the disadvantages:
- there are no balconies in the rooms, there is no place to dry clothes
- on the beach there is a view of a huge port, where ships with containers constantly arrive, floating garbage and oily spots periodically appear
- there is a construction site to the left of the hotel, sometimes it is annoying, the tc goes straight to the beach

Nice hotel by the sea, with its own beach. The beach of the hotel is just wonderful - wide, there is a lot of space, there are always free sunbeds. The entry into the water is smooth, the bottom is sandy. There are small ebbs and flows. The water in the sea is quite clean, there were a few jellyfish 1 time after lunch during low tide. To the left of the beach there is a small reef where you can take a dip and see many different beautiful fish and turtles. Towels, gels, shampoos and ear sticks are changed in the rooms every day. The hotel is located in a fairly green town, considering that there is a desert around. The embankment starts right from the hotel, in the spring of 2023 half of the embankment is closer to the hotel under reconstruction. We didn't find any big shops nearby, there is a small shop at the gas station. The buffet is great, great variety. In March, the water in the sea is warm enough for swimming. The hotel has a gym and a spa. There is also a swimming pool, a pool bar, ping pong and an entertainment room for children. There is a diving center on the territory of the hotel, with them you can perform scuba diving in the sea.

Pros: a gorgeous beach, delicious cakes for lunch and dinner, there was fish every day. Especially delicious is the fish in a crispy batter. The room is cleaned daily. Towels were changed 1 time in 7 days. When leaving for the tour, we were packed with a bag of food and water, in the morning it was all standing in front of the exit from the hotel.
Cons: they move into smoking rooms by default. Some of them are very smelly. The reception had to work their nerves for several hours to be relocated. The methods of work at the reception are to smile and do nothing at once: you need to ask for a room change for several hours, small bottles of water also need to be asked (and this is for "all inclusive"!!!), and they are not always brought the first time. Tea, coffee, Cola should be asked for. It was wild for us to pay for "all inclusive" and ask for drinks! The windows in the rooms do not open. If you get into a smoking room, you can suffocate! There is a construction site on the beach, and dust often flies directly at vacationers. The noise from the construction site was not very annoying. The restaurant lacks cutlery, especially teaspoons. My husband and I were given either one for two, or there were no spoons at all. Groups of children are constantly resting in two-storey bungalows at the hotel, so you will not be able to relax in silence: screams and screams. Some groups of athletes are constantly coming to the main building. Therefore, even in those months when hotels should not be crowded (January-February), this hotel is always very crowded and noisy because of this. I would like the manager to pay attention to such shortcomings.

Everything is fine at the hotel, they took half board, the food was good, we took a mountain view, we were given a room with a sea view. The room is cleaned well, towels were changed daily, toothbrushes are disposable, several channels in Russian work. There were 2 times. Nice quiet hotel. Clean sea with turtles and fish. Nice sandy beach, lots of sunbeds. The food was delicious. The only problem is the issue of towels by the maids. They could just take some of the towels and not give them out for replacement. I had to run after the maids almost every day and ask them to give out towels (and they don't understand Russian, and this is very inconvenient)

They clean well. You can ask the cleaners for an adapter for sockets for free.
Nearby, a 3-minute walk away, there is a gas station with a minimarket with everything you need.
Also in 5 minutes there is a very beautiful promenade, waterfall and amphitheater.
A great area with a swimming pool and a bar. There is a toilet equipped with a shower, which even has a hairdryer (convenient for late check-out). Food and drinks were often ordered at the bar. Very tasty smoothies, pizza and burgers at reasonable prices, if you don't have all inclusive.
On the top floor there is a gym with a beautiful view of the sea and a spa.
Minuses:
There is not enough space on the beach, I had to take sun loungers early in the morning.
The noise of the construction site and the excavator prevents you from resting.
There is also a beach with a rather sharp shore. And there were very strong waves on some days that the lifeguard did not allow swimming. But I think it's already a matter of the season.

I didn't have any dirhams with me, she told me to exchange them and bring them tomorrow during her working hours. By the evening I had already changed, I came to the reception, the man did not understand who I was and what I owed, I was settled without additional payments))) So she also had the audacity to call the room in the morning, I went down, said wherever she was going, she replied, "I wanted to say the same thing."
The windows in the rooms do not open, they will look at you with dull eyes and say that water will get into the room and it will be humid.
The food is very poor, desserts are mostly some kind of jelly and micro-bites of cakes. Watermelon and apples are made from fruits.
In general, the hotel is absolutely not worth its money, it is not interested in vacationers, there is no customer orientation.

The hotel is excellent. The sea is simply gorgeous, a gentle entrance, sand. There is a construction site nearby, but they work quietly. The view is futuristic))) There is no balcony, alas. For the first time I meet that breakfast, lunch and dinner are exactly on time. I probably got tired of the staff coming to dinner 10 minutes before closing time. Well, for me, the main thing is to have time before 22:00, they don't have - everything closes at exactly 22:00. Discipline. Thank you to the manager for the number))) the view of the city is gorgeous. I didn't find any disadvantages for myself. I would definitely come there again.

We had a rest in December 2023, the territory is small, but very cozy, clean, mostly it is the territory of the pool and the beach area. The pool is shallow, heated. The beach is cleaned and swept every day, there were enough sun beds for everyone. We went to the hammam every day. The gym can be visited, the view from the window of the sights is very beautiful in the evening, since it is not located on the top floor.
The room has everything, and a hairdryer, safe, ironing board with iron, kettle. Cleaning every day. But I had to ask, they didn't change the towels every day. Water and tea and coffee were brought.
The most beautiful place is the restaurant, overlooking the sea! What I really liked and surprised was the table setting and the service of the hotel guests. The breakfast menu is monotonous every day, there was no meat, only sausages. But of course, fruits, vegetables, cereals, dairy yoghurts, baby food were present in the assortment.
The rest left positive impressions, we recommend it!!!

Pros: A beautiful beach, soft sand (the children checked it out, it was impossible to take them away from the beach), the sea itself is fire, a lot of wildlife (fish, turtles, cuttlefish, sea urchins). The food is quite good, everything is in abundance, you will not stay hungry.
Cons: Complete lack of animation, for example, dinner at 18:30. After that, there is nothing to do in the hotel, from the word at all, well, of course, not counting the pool, but sitting there all the time (after dinner is meant) as if not an option, at least for me.
You can, of course, walk along the embankment, there is a large waterfall, not far from the hotel, very beautiful, an amphitheater. The exchange of money is more profitable in the bank, namely Al Ansari, although it takes 35-40 minutes to walk to the nearest one. The hotel also changes, but the exchange rate is lower and bills below 2009 are not exchanged, in the bank without problems. You can also take a taxi, it will cost about 10-12 dirhams from the hotel. Next to this exchanger there is a good Viva store, similar to our 5, the prices are quite adequate.
In general, we were satisfied with the hotel, the rooms are a little tired, but in principle, it is better than in Egypt)) And in fact we were going to the sea, not to the room.
Addition: The port has fruit and fish markets. They are located next to each other. There are very tasty pineapples on the fruit market. At the fish market - seafood, of course, where you can not only buy, but also cook them immediately for a fee. However, it will be difficult to get to them on foot, probably we haven't tried it for about an hour, I estimated it approximately. By taxi dirhams 10-12.
