The hotel is on a solid 4th floor, although not young, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The windows, however, do not open, but the air conditioner saves. The rooms even have a bathroom (not just a shower). The buffet is varied, for example, there is more meat than in Turkey or Egypt, but there are fewer pastries (as well as fruits). Drinks in the dining room are more diverse, but you will not find alcohol anywhere (since the hotel is located on part of the enclave of the emirate of Sharjah, which is considered "non-alcoholic"), so anyone who wants alcohol is brought with them (either from Duty Free, upon arrival). There are a couple of attractions not far from the hotel, but, in fact, there is not much where to walk. There is no animation (and discos) in the hotel, and unobtrusive music is present in the pool area. The sound of construction equipment was a little annoying (a breakwater was reinforced with stones next to the hotel), and a new hotel complex is being built nearby (according to the guide, it has been a year), but it does not bother with sounds, only in some rooms there is a view of it. In general, the hotel is for a relaxing, unobtrusive stay.

I enjoyed my vacation. The food is not rated highly in all reviews, but I liked everything. A varied buffet, long periods of work. If you don't sit in a restaurant all day, but come there for your main purpose, then you will come in, and live music in the evening. We had a vacation with a friend at the end of November, I really liked it. We were delivered from the airport in 1.2 hours by a luxury car, we were on site already at 10 a.m., and check-in at 15 p.m. We waited for about an hour and were offered a room of a higher category, 2 rooms, on the 6th floor with a great view without any additional charges. We ordered with 2 beds, but there was one big one. We agreed not to wait. There is a construction site, but it did not interfere with us. You stop hearing bulldozers after 2 hours and don't notice them anymore. We didn't lie by the pool. The sea is gorgeous, a living ocean, but there are no waves and we swam heartily. Water is almost almost like air, 28-29°. Separately, we want to say thank you to the girls from the spa, they do a gorgeous full-body massage for an hour, before that you can visit the sauna and hammam. Lymphatic drainage massage with black cumin oil, a gorgeous tan after it. The girls are just wonderful, they see all your problem areas perfectly, they took 3 sessions a day after they were born again. Prices are cheaper than in our homeland, and the quality of execution exceeds all expectations. We did not regret that we agreed to the persuasions of Misha the Egyptian on the beach.

We stayed at this hotel as a family at the end of November-beginning of December 2024. We arrived at the hotel at about 10 a.m., met us well, we were offered to change clothes, leave our things in the storage room and go swimming, so we did. The room is not bad, we had 2 double beds and 1 single bed, shower gel, shampoo, hair balm, body lotion, dental counters, comb, a set of cotton buds + discs, a set of threads, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, slippers. The staff is helpful and friendly. The food is very tasty and there is plenty of choice. The fish is the most delicate every day. There is no alcohol here (prohibited). The beach is sandy and gorgeous, the entrance to the sea is also good, lifeguards sit on the beach every day. The hotel is suitable for a relaxing holiday. There is no animation and no entertainment here, unobtrusive music plays outside during the day. Everyone was playing water polo in the pool, and there was also a tennis table nearby. I would also like to say that next to this hotel, another huge 5* hotel and pier are being built. That is, construction is going on every day, cranes and tractors are working. For some reason, tour operators do not say this. If it bothers someone, then you'd better not come here yet. Personally, it did not bother us and did not spoil our rest. Nearby there is a long embankment and a Khorfakkan beach, it has toilets, changing rooms, showers, lifeguards also work on the beach every day. There are toilets and cafes on the embankment itself, if you walk along it a little further than the beach there is a "children's town" - trampolines, playgrounds, electric cars, etc., only of course it's all for a fee. I also want to tell those who are looking for Dubai chocolate, they sell it in a supermarket at a gas station, which is not far from the hotel, go in the opposite direction relative to the embankment, there it costs 30 dirhams (it's a pity that we didn't know this before, but we also bought it for 30😀), and on the tour we gave 69 for it dirhams. We liked everything, had a great rest!

I want to leave a positive review for this hotel: we liked everything and the variety of dishes, maintaining cleanliness in the room, a beautiful view from the window, friendly and helpful staff, an area with swimming pools, a beach and, of course, a spa. Of what we personally wanted and lacked, this is: 1 there was no clothes dryer in the room, I had to hang it on hangers under the lamps. 2 the beach is good, but construction is underway and part of the beach is closed, but this is all temporary. 3 there is no animation in the hotel, although there are all conditions for this and there are plenty of people who want to. (While we were resting, we gathered the people ourselves for water polo and ping-pong) This is actually my opinion on the disadvantages. The hotel is a good 4 stars, but I don't quite understand by what standards exactly 4 stars are assigned. We took it from all inclusive - the food is too monotonous for the 6th day you can no longer eat in a restaurant, we took a special taxi to eat at the local market. The main disadvantage is the construction site, if you are not afraid or bothered by the noise of construction equipment, then you can safely take it. The beach is clean, but access to it is closed at 6 p.m. when it gets dark. The pool is great, and there are a lot of tourists. The rooms are amazing, the huge bed is 2x2.2 meters, - we took an adapter to HDMI and watched movies from a tablet with local wifi. I do not consider the disadvantages of the construction site and not the most varied food, I recommend the hotel. Don't count on urban beaches, it's better to swim at the hotel, and if you want to go on a jet ski, it's cheaper on the city beach.

The experience of staying under the Soft all system is negative from the moment you cross the hotel entrance to the end of your vacation. Upon arrival at the hotel at around 11 p.m., they waited for check-in until 15:00. No one had ever thought to meet them halfway and check in earlier - they stupidly say at the reception that check-in according to international standards is no earlier than 15-00, and that's it. The only thing is, we had lunch while waiting for the room to be ready without any problems. The room stock is old, there was no cold water throughout the rest (10 days)- complaining and changing the room is not an option - all requests in all forms are ignored.... The fool is turned on in full - you say that there is no cold water - they carry bottled water, bring it to the shower, show clearly that there is no water in the tap, they nod and leave.... everyone...until the next complaint. In the rooms, cleaning is simply "off the hook" - they will forget to put paper, shampoo, and so on. The vacuum cleaner is generally forgotten during the stay in the room. The beach is overlooking the port. A puddle surrounded on both sides by breakwaters.. The food more or less corresponds, probably, to the 4-star level, and that's a stretch. Soft all is breakfast, lunch, dinner + water,tea, powdered coffee by the pool. Nowhere else and nothing else. The location of the hotel is far from civilization - opposite the gas station with KFC and Pizza hat. To the shopping center, where you can buy things, it takes about 35 minutes by taxi, about 65-70 dirhams in one direction. On Fridays, local aborigines who are simply insane, both themselves and their children, come for the weekend. In the evening, locals occupy the pool for playing. Their children run in the corridors until 3 a.m. The administration has no reaction to the guests' complaints about this. They don't even think about making comments about their own. The rest is ruined. When choosing a hotel, I was guided by reviews. I do not know where the positive perception of this place comes from, but my family's vacation is definitely ruined. I do not recommend this hotel!

Sand and cement are being poured into the sea with machinery, and it's not the noise, although it certainly interferes with rest, but the sea near the sand was foaming with cement chemicals, those who came in were allergic to the skin. They pour out the beach directly behind the pool, respectively, when 20 tons of sand are dumped, a huge cloud of dust over the pool, sun beds and bar. It takes about 10 minutes and settles, of course, but why do it during the day when people are by the pool? Or somehow warn them in order to leave in time and not breathe it. In a good way, either close the hotel or warn people so that they know where they are going.

The construction of large hotel buildings is underway nearby. It's annoying at first, then you get used to it. 2. We were advised to dry our clothes on the beach on the sun beds))) they did so because there was no choice. Also, for a family of 2 adults and 2 children, 2 beds are certainly not enough. If you want to put another bed, then 3500 per day. But we refused. Overall, I enjoyed the trip. The recommended air temperature was +30. The water is about +25 but invigorated a little.

Tomorrow, October 07, 2024, our stay at the hotel ends.I'll start with our check-in, we rested together with a friend for 11 nights.At the reception, a Russian-speaking girl, Anna, offered us a room with one 2-bedroom bed with a view of the construction site, which unfolded right next to the hotel.We declined the offer because we have a room with separate beds.She replied that there was no such room available, we would be moved tomorrow.We did not agree, because we saw a vacant room right on this floor.We told her about it, to which she replied that this number was for others.Why?If we check in earlier.As a result, the same room was repeatedly imposed on us, we lost about an hour of our rest time.We categorically stated that we would not check into this room.After 10 minutes, the manager brought us the key to the family room with 2 2-bedroom beds.The furniture in the room is not new, but quite decent, 2 Windows overlooking the roadway and the amphitheater, a very beautiful view at night.The second window had a partial view of the sea, the farm.buildings.The rest has begun.The sea is very warm, the entrance is sandy, smooth.The construction site on both sides spoils the whole holiday, the constant hum of working machinery.Part of the beach is blocked due to construction.But despite this, there are enough sun beds for everyone.The rooms are cleaned well, Sabir is a very friendly and diligent guy, always interested in what we need, replenishes everything, changes towels on demand.There is a hairdryer, soaps, shampoo, toothbrushes and toothpaste in the room.Water is also brought constantly.We turned on the air conditioner when we left the room.A beautiful promenade where you can walk in the evenings, it's hot in the afternoon.There is an artificial waterfall and an amphibian nearby.The food does not shine with variety, after a week of rest you get tired of this monotony.Every day there is fish, chicken meat, beef in gravy, sometimes lump chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce from greens, at the beginning of the rest there was arugula for a couple of days.From fruits-watermelon, orange, grapefruit, fruit salad of apples, pumpkins, and quite a bit pineapple, grapes, instant coffee.You won't be hungry, but you won't get pleasure from eating in a week.We went to Fujairah in the City Mall for shopping, sports shoes at discounts of good quality, Arabic perfumes, sweets, dates.Taxi 50 d in one direction, immediately agree on the amount.Taxi drivers are arrogant, they drive in circles, cook money without change, otherwise they will be deceived.We had a good rest, but it was a bit boring.I'm unlikely to come here again.

There is an oil refining port nearby. There are oil stains on the beach. It's not an oil film there, but the whole beach is covered in oil. The pool floor is not cleaned. The garbage will be collected and that's it. Towels are given out every morning, unwashed again. Lightly dry it and get back to dealing with the stains. Fruits, juices, cakes of 5-6 types. The staff is polite and friendly, there is always someone who speaks Russian. Anya works at the reception, she is from Russia. The beach is beautiful, sun beds, umbrellas are enough for everyone and for free. Towels are provided. The only thing that overshadowed the rest was the Anex Tour travel agency. There are many cases on the Web when they mess up and then you can't get through to them. They don't have a hotline phone on their website, so write to them as if into the void, all without an answer. There are mostly negative reviews online. In principle, we were lucky to be met and taken, but in any case, do not buy excursions from them. A tour guide named Daria works there, a most unpleasant person with an inflated sense of self-worth. Rude and rude. She should be working as a prison guard, not taking tours. In general, run away from their excursions like the plague.
