I was at this hotel at the end of September this year.2023The hotel is very old, the staff is unfriendly, the senior receptionist at the restaurant said that all drinks are paid, it turned out that they are free. I do not know English, but nevertheless, I have traveled to a lot of countries, everywhere and in Europe everyone is friendly.In this hotel, there was anger at the reception at the hotel and restaurant that I did not know English., the Russian-speaking reception was not always there and if there was, I talked dryly and reluctantly.I asked for a late check-out, the reception noted, but on the last day, they blocked the card, I left the room and could not go back to the room.The key card is also tied in the elevator, which is very inconvenient, I had to explain myself for a long time using a translator on the phone.A Russian waiter from the restaurant helped.Because of this, it was very unpleasant .They took me from the hotel to the airport by minibus with a luggage trailer, I have not seen this in any country in the world.We were late to the airport, the minibus allegedly ran out of gasoline and the driver took us to the gas station 190 km in one direction.horror in general.The hotel claims that this is the capital of the Emirate.The attitude towards Europeans is completely different.I've been to 20 countries and I've never seen this anywhere!!!! We were in August, who needs a beach with a view "to look into the distance"-this is not your option, but in terms of cleanliness, number of sun beds, a pool next to the beach, we liked everything! When we stopped by, the refrigerator was not working in the room, I asked for a replacement, after 5 minutes another one was brought. Great shampoos are put on!) they give free water in a thermos with ice by the pool!

I stayed at this hotel in the summer of 2023. I liked it, despite the fact that the hotel was built in 1979, it still feels luxury and grandeur. The service and the level of nutrition are amazing! There is a swimming pool with sun loungers in the hotel itself, there is a private beach with pools, lots of sun loungers near them and by the bay. The bay is tiny by the way, but its own.

We had a rest in early December.
Before the trip, I scrolled through all the reviews, trying to find a detailed description of what exactly is included in the type of food breakfast and dinner, and since I did not find it, I suggest you familiarize yourself with the nuances of the hotel's food, which I personally obtained.
Every day you can choose breakfast+lunch or breakfast+dinner.
Breakfast is simple, tea, coffee, buffet snacks and hot dishes (scrambled eggs, omelette) which the cook prepares for everyone, you just need to order and tell the table number.
At dinner, there are restrictions - only 1 drink is available to you - cola, fanta or sprite to choose from.
When we checked in, no one warned us about this. When we came to dinner, the waiter ran up to us and asked what we wanted to drink - I asked for juice, and my husband for a glass of red wine. Later, a nice girl came up to us and offered to bring us a check, we asked for what? For the wine. And then the analysis began, as it turned out, we were given the wrong piece of paper when checking in. For the sake of fairness, I would like to note that they did not take money from us that evening, the mistake of the hotel employee was not ours. After a couple of days of our stay, we met a Russian-speaking hotel employee - she insisted that wine and beer were included in our type of food at dinner, and coming to dinner in the evening and clarifying, the canteen staff again said no, not included. Well, we didn't insist, and we didn't ask any more, anyway, the wine on the first night was terrible. Since you are selling wine, serve a wine list with prices, you will not expect a bill for wine from a bottle of no name.
With regard to the beach, there is a lot of space, comfortable, not crowded at all, only on weekends. The water was cool, I didn't want to dive headfirst. Used cocktails are delicious, my husband took the alcoholic one once and was disappointed - the whiskey in it was cheap, it also seemed terrible to me. And nothing else would have marred our vacation if it hadn't been for the boor from the water entertainment booth “la luna" (banana riding, boating, etc.). Russian Russian. When he came up to us on the first day, I politely explained that I was pregnant, and this was contraindicated for me, I said both in English and in Russian, when he demonstrated that he knew a couple of phrases in Russian. To which he replied, "so you don't want to" and hurriedly left. A day later he came up again, I immediately said "no thanks." He replied, "Don't you have any money?" and walked away again, at the pace of a scalded partridge. On the same day, at the hotel reception, I left a written complaint in English with a request to have a conversation with this employee in order to stop his boorish behavior in the future. They accepted my statement, apologized verbally for it, and that's it! No compliments, no reply letter of apology from the administration. In general, the attitude was upset, well, they are rude and rude to you, figure it out for yourself, I am sure that my complaint did not reach the boor himself.
With regard to cleaning, it was fine, they left a lot of water, added tea/ coffee to the room, changed towels.
As for the room itself, it was spacious, a good bed, mattress and pillows, it was great to sleep. The renovation is old, but clean. I was surprised by the sloppy grouting of seams on natural marble tiles-it really spoils the whole look.
Overall, the impression of the local service is 3. It is far from the Turkish one.

Nice hotel!We were all on, in the fall of 22 years.The food is delicious, the beach is closed-through the entrance of the fitness club, but!There is no open sea there-this is a small bay-connected by a channel to the next one, opposite the sunbeds on the other side of the bay-there was construction, it did not interfere much.There are two pools: on the beach and on the 2nd or third floor, where there is a dining room, both are open.There are two bars on the beach, but there are not always bartenders on site,beer is poured at all inclusive on the beach, cocktails with alcohol are paid, in the main building, there are also restrictions on imported alcohol.I repeat that the food there is good.This is not really a hotel, because there are a lot of foreigners staying there on business trips, but they are calm and do not interfere.At the hotel, there is a cafe open Belgian Cafe-it resembles a sports bar,there is a projector and in the evening a lot of people gather from Abu Dhabi-they watch football.In general, the place is good, we liked it, but by our standards for 3-4 days, then it's boring)

Not 5* at all. It's not inspiring. It seems that the hotel was stuck in the early 2000s, dilapidated and terribly economical. The rooms, rooms, equipment and so on were completely worn out. The towels are grey from old age. There are no bathrobes. Non-modern service. Queues for breakfast all New Year holidays. Tasteless coffee only through the waiters. The food is more like 3*. It didn't happen to get better. Edible, but not addictive. Compared to other 5* hotels, the breakfasts are very modest: without champagne, every day only chicken sausages and overcooked bacon from hot meat, sometimes seafood fish, one set of peculiar side dishes, a modest set of vegetables and fruits. The food in the cafes on the territory is tastier than breakfast, but not cheap at all. The advantages of the hotel are a reasonable price, a good beach, a swimming pool, the surrounding area and a tennis court

I read a number of negative reviews and in this case noted the fact: few people clarify the nuances of their travel agents that relate to AI, UAI, HB systems in the selected hotel. Also, sorry, but in a foreign hotel they should not speak Russian with us, let's already learn elementary English, it's the XXI century (although the hotel has an employee for Russians). Many more noted the allegedly "old room stock". Yes, the hotel is not new, but it is much nicer to see marble and wood,
luxurious high-quality fabrics, and not Ikea one-day consumer goods. I will add from myself: the hotel is luxurious in the historical sense, the service is adequate, the staff is more than friendly (but, I'm sorry, they won't carry you on a palanquin, what a shame), the sea is small, but in Abu Dhabi there are few places where you can see the open horizon at all, the beach is large, the view from the window is normal (I don't I know that many people want to see outside the window — Burj Khalifa right away?), the food is quite varied (be aware that this is not Turkey, the amount of food here will be less, but its quality is better), within walking distance — walking along the Corniche, Marina Mall, parks, and also the Presidential Palace. For everything else — an affordable taxi! In general, the parting words are: study all the nuances before you go to a particular country, then you will not have any disappointments, and the hotel has a low rating.
Our expectations were more than met here, we rested comfortably.

We had a good time at the hotel, but there were moments that upset us. There were problems with cleaning the room, for example: they left a rug in the bidet, there were no towels for the head, the hotel administration had to ask for them. The hair dryer worked poorly, if you switch it to 1500, it was constantly turned off. The water in the shower was from two appliances at once. Nowhere to dry swimsuits. If you lift the pillows on the sofa, you could find forgotten socks, hair, scraps of paper. About F&B: We saw cockroaches in the restaurant at dinner, which ran under our table, dirty, poorly washed glasses were served to the ordered drinks.
Finally: on the last day, my wife had an allergy all over her body in the early morning, which has not gone away until now. At first we thought it was food, but then we realized that it was from the bed linen, and even more so from the chemistry with which it was treated, since my daughter in the morning, after lying in her place for about 15 minutes, became all garlic and in places the skin turned red. We reported it at the reception, the staff apologized and rinsed, despite all this, the hotel staff is very friendly, especially at the reception, on the beach and the hostess in the restaurant.

I liked everything, especially living in a new building called "Interotel Residence" (this is the second, newer building of this hotel, and which is positioned as "De Luxe", with apartment rooms). There are 100 meters between the old and new buildings, a golf cart runs between them, the delivery on demand of which is 1-2 minutes. It's great that both buildings have their own separate fenced beaches, as well as swimming pools. The new building has a beach almost 10-15 meters away, where free water is brought in portable refrigerator boxes for each vacationer ("De Luxe"). If alcoholic beverages are not included in the tour, then the price for a bottle (glass) of beer or an alcoholic cocktail is 40 dirhams on average, which is about 820 rubles. In the shops of the city of Abu Dhabi and in the UAE as a whole, alcohol is not sold.

I read a lot of laudatory reviews before leaving. Now reality… We are resting in this hotel a family with a child of 7 years old. We took the all-inclusive system and regretted it very much, because the system is not worked out in the hotel. I do not recommend staying here with children, because nutrition for children is a separate topic, every day you puzzle over what to feed the child. There are very spicy dishes and there are no marks, which is strong with pepper. Ice cream on the beach is paid, we took ice cream on the first day and did not know that it was paid; we did not have a card with us, we wrote it down to the number, at lunch we paid at the reception.After 2 days, the bartender told me that he paid for it for us, after which I brought and showed the receipt. The sediment is not pleasant left.. Drinks at the bar are vodka, tequila, beer, please; and a milkshake for the child, only for an additional fee, there are no juices either, but coca Cola, fanta, logic, where is it all included? The rooms are all old, the beach is cleaned, but a small bay is a minus, maybe it's a plus with kids, but there is no children's menu and kefir, milk and yogurt, I've never even seen mashed potatoes, usually pasta, French fries or baked, rice is dry and tasteless, another shawarma from old dry chicken, desserts are small the choice, sometimes the chocolate son takes, but it happens rarely, the rest are not delicious said. The hotel does not correspond to 5 stars. There is no owner in the hotel and quality control.

Close and not expensive (by taxi) all the main attractions. There is a separate children's area on the beach. The only negative of the hotel (in my opinion) this is the fact that at 23.00 ALL bars stop serving on the "all inclusive" system! And for the money - please!
