The most terrible hotel with poor service. You get the same thing for breakfast every day, the staff does not know English well, in real life it looks different than in the photo, as well as everything in this hotel for an additional fee. I work as a travel agent and lived in this hotel for 2 days. When cleaning the room, $ 100 was stolen from a backpack, they did not help at the reception and only fed with promises that the money would be found. I couldn't even expect this from the staff of a good hotel in Abu Dhabi. It is better to choose another hotel 😊

They moved into a room where there was no refrigerator, and the TV did not work at all. This is a 5 star level. They treat children with autism extremely bitterly, they are kicked out of the restaurant, the employee of the Neha restaurant rudely said to get out of the restaurant, since the child was walking in a circle.. And, stomping, prevented the crowd of tourists and the tour manager from choosing excursions (at dinner in a restaurant). And it was at 22 pm. There is no children's room at all, playgrounds, the hotel is not for children at all.
