I'm extremely happy with my shopping experiences at Gold Apple. They have a fantastic, constantly updated selection of everything from perfumes and lipsticks to face and body creams. The knowledgeable and courteous staff are a real highlight – they truly understand the products and offer helpful advice. Prices are very reasonable, and there are often great discounts available.

A small store with a good assortment. Most luxury and selective brands are represented. Very friendly staff. We bought a perfume at a great price and received samples as a gift. I couldn't resist and then I bought online. Indeed, the prices are much more pleasant than in Russia, and the service is just as cool.

Not a super-large assortment yet. There are a lot of consultants, which is a big plus, including Russian speakers. The store itself is located in an inconvenient shopping center, where basically everything is for locales, not in the center, so -1 star. It is definitely worth going if you need cosmetics cheaper than in Russia. In many positions, the difference in price is visible, I bought from the bottom of my heart.

We were really looking forward to the opening of the Gold Apple in the Mirdif City Center. I really liked the service, staff and promotions. The catalog is something incredible. There are many new and good brands: I want to buy everything and test it as soon as possible. I feel like home again.

The service is disgusting. I made 3 deliveries, all times there was a payment upon receipt. There are 2 options in the application: cash or card. The first two deliveries were "on the next day", and the last one was express in 4 hours. I wanted to pay for everything in cash, but every time I was confronted with the fact that the payment was only by card. Every time they lied to me in the app that they could use the card. Also, when I contacted the support service, they tried to prove to me that I was wrong. I sent them a screenshot, but it didn't help. The support service doesn't say anything useful, no one helped. I had to pay by card, although it is very inconvenient for me!!! They don't even apologize, they ignore text messages. The bottom is full, not the store. I'll never use it again, and I won't recommend it to anyone.
