I'll put 4 only because there was someone's breakfast on a tray on the floor near the room as we stopped by, which no one cleaned up like that.
The room is free, a huge balcony, it's great. The breakfast is not bad. Of course, everything has already gone wild, probably 15-20 years or more ago it was elite, because the equipment is clearly old, but good.
Overall, the location is great, the view is gorgeous, we lived on the 9th floor. However, at first they gave us a smoky room, we refused, changed it without question.

An ordinary hotel, not the most modern, the equipment in some rooms is outdated, the single mattresses are very soft with a small number of springs, you feel each one) But the rooms are clean, everything works and the atmosphere of the 2000s does not cause any discomfort. The staff, especially the room cleaning, try very hard and leave a good impression of the hotel. The breakfast is not bad, the location is very convenient. It is very quiet around, which is very valuable for Tashkent, with busy traffic and drivers' love for the horn.

Once upon a time (probably 20-25 years ago), a luxury hotel still remains at a certain level. And all because of its convenient location - right next to the Pakhtakor stadium and, accordingly, close to the main metro station of the same name and literally 100 meters from one of the central streets of Tashkent - Alisher Navoi.
Buffet breakfasts, perhaps, will not leave anyone hungry.
Yes, the interior of the rooms is somewhat outdated and dilapidated in places, but they try to compensate for this with cleanliness. Nevertheless, the furniture needs to be seriously worked on - somewhere it needs to be updated, and somewhere it needs to be banally cleaned (upholstered furniture paneling).
It was disappointing that, for example, when booking through Booking, it was not indicated that in addition to the cost, a fairly "horse" tourist fee is charged - which is about 4.5 US dollars per person per day.

An excellent place. It is convenient to get to all places. Walking is even preferable. And on the subway. Lots of greenery. Quietly. We found a cafe nearby where you can order a beer and cook it perfectly. The wine was dealt with quickly. We found a couple of shops.

A peculiar atmosphere, a wide range for breakfast, as well as a coffee machine! The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, the room has everything you need, including a shaving kit, a hairdryer, disposable slippers, non-carbonated drinks. More than satisfied. I will definitely come back!!!

The rooms in the hotel are quite old, with a standard set of amenities. There are a couple of bottles of water, shampoo-gel-soap-shaving kit. An old TV, no refrigerator, no safe. Renovation in a hotel older than 10 years with minimal recent refreshment. The bathroom has cracked tiles on the floor, the curtains are worn in the room. The bedside switch is so inconveniently located that I turned it on a couple of times a night with my head :))
Breakfast is meager and is rarely updated after the guests sort out one of the dishes. Three types of milk porridge, muesli, boiled eggs, a couple of potato products, chicken wings and chicken cutlets, 2 types of cheese, 3 types of cheap sausages, cucumbers and tomatoes. At the end of April, apples and pears were among the fruits. At 9 a.m., half of the assortment was gone. Have breakfast earlier!
The location is excellent, in the center. Not far from the City with a gorgeous park - about 1 km. Nearby is Stalion Pakhtakor. If the match is in the evening, the fans can be heard strongly. :) In the morning, students have physical education near the stadium, it is also quite audible. The hotel does not have an exchange office. The nearest one is at a hotel in the district of the City. There is a fridge with soft drinks and beer in the lobby. The staff is polite and helpful.
In general, the room is more expensive than it should be according to the conditions.

The advantages of the hotel: responsive staff, good daily room cleaning, delicious breakfasts, a profitable exchanger, location.
Pakhtakor metro station is 5 minutes away, Tashkent City is 15 minutes away.
Cons: weak Internet connection, refrigerator did not work. On the first day, the Internet simply did not work, we contacted the reception, the next day the connection was weak. But they never came to fix the refrigerator.
Room 702 offers a beautiful view of the city. And in the evening, the Ferris wheel and the TV tower shimmer.

An old Soviet hotel, the renovation was updated, but everything else has been living since those times, so the room stock is tired. The mattresses are old, spring-loaded and very soft. Carpet and armchair upholstery are very much in need of dry cleaning. Linen and towels are changed every day, and the room is cleaned too. In fact, all these are the little things of life, if not for the Internet, or rather its almost complete absence in the rooms.
We lived in the hotel for a week and it was a continuous torment, wi-fi did not finish the room, we either had to sit near the router on the floor (and there is not a single chair), or go down to the lobby and there the Internet was already more or less working, until 5 people of the same sufferers were crammed into the lobby and of course, there was not enough speed for such a number of people. The mobile Internet in this hotel also practically did not work, there is generally some kind of abnormal zone.So it was possible to work, but very difficult.
Breakfast. They've been the same all week. The choice and quality are like in the dining room, so don't wait too long. But it is very convenient to satisfy your hunger so as not to run anywhere. Another disadvantage of the location of this hotel is that cafes or restaurants will be at a decent distance, so order delivery if anything. Plus, Tashkent City Park is close enough to you with singing fountains, restaurants (of which there are more and more every day) and walking areas.
Well, if it so happens that there will be a football match at the stadium nearby, be sure to go! It's worth a penny here!

The first hotel in Uzbekistan, which I visited in May 2023. A ten-storey Soviet-built building, the rooms are large with a huge balcony, clean but dilapidated, there is no refrigerator in the room, which is very frustrating. The furniture is broken somewhere, not cleaned somewhere, the mattresses on the beds are too soft. The most delicious breakfasts from the three hotels in Uzbekistan were here, porridges were beyond praise, but there were also cutlets, some side dishes, cheesecakes, pancakes with stuffing, everything delicious and fresh! Excellent location. I recommend.

It's just a terrible place, all the furniture is stained with mold and don't understand what else. There is no tea or coffee in the rooms (you can't get it at the hotel during the day).
Apart from the relatively convenient location, there is nothing else good.
In general, if you make major repairs, then the layout and size of the rooms themselves will be good, but everything needs to be demolished to plaster, and the furniture burned.

I lived there during abnormal frosts, the hotel was warm, always hot water, daily room cleaning. The rooms are tired, but clean, everything works. The breakfasts are not spoiled with variety, but everything is delicious and fresh, unlimited coffee from the coffee machine.
And the hotel is located in the center, there are shops nearby, an exchange office.

The hotel is conveniently located, near the metro station. The hotel is cleaned efficiently, every day. But the upholstered furniture and carpet in the rooms are VERY dirty. Breakfasts are cold, porridges and omelets are not heated, the coffee machine constantly breaks down.

Terrible hotel. We ordered a suite. Three rooms are filled with some kind of tables, old cabinets. The sofa fell apart into three parts when they began to lay it out. The curtains look like they're used to clean the floors. The mattress on the bed is sagged to the Floor. None of the doors to the balcony really opened or closed . There is a terrible smell in the hallway on the floor. They couldn't live there and went to another hotel. It may be modest, but it must be clean and everything must function!
