A good hotel, the price / quality is adequate, the staff is responsive, the breakfasts are good, albeit monotonous. There was a slight smell of the kitchen on the 9th floor, apparently because of the ventilation, the maids knocked a little early with cleaning, there was a stain on the floor and on the chairs, but overall I really liked everything. Especially the location in the city center. I definitely recommend, take a higher floor with a view of the city or pakhtakor stadium.

The staff is unfriendly and ignorant of their city, the rooms are warm, and we sat in warm jackets at breakfast. The location is also not very good - a very dark street, with holes and potholes, although it is not far from the center. The breakfasts are average, the coffee is disgusting. There is no currency exchange, there is no service, although the hotel has a restaurant - only breakfast is served. Very old furniture, terrible mattresses, old and chipped plumbing. The cleaners clean well, but this does not save the situation. The hotel owner needs to take immediate action or sane people will stop coming there, even at a relatively low price.

The rooms are good. I lived in a single room on the 5th floor. Everything is quite comfortable.
Everything is ruined by an incredible breakfast problem.
Nobody cleans the tables at all. If you come to breakfast after 9 - you will not find clean tables.
There is also a very poor selection after 08:40 :
At best, boiled eggs and pancakes with meat or cottage cheese.
You definitely need to change the restaurant manager. 1-star service.

The staff is friendly and helpful.

The location is the very center. Tashkent City is 1 stop away on foot in a straight line.
The Ilkhom Theater is in the next building.
From the not very pleasant: the hotel has its own course of soums for $, and if you book a room at the Booking, a surprise awaits you at check-out. They paid in soums, and after the exchange, 16 thousand rubles were paid instead of 13 thousand.
