The hotel is great. The restaurant is better than any praise. They cook exactly as much as you can eat. Rooms are cleaned every day. Mini-bvr is filled. There are enough sunbeds both on the sea and on the pool.

We had a rest in August, but the heat is not felt as much as in Dubai. The hotel is closed by mountains and creates its own humid and temperate microclimate. There are cool currents in the sea and it is comfortable to swim. Accommodation without comments, only one thing - the food is monotonous and not particularly tasty. Two restaurants save. Alcohol is good, especially since it is all-exclusive)

The hotel is not 5 stars. Three at most. The food is monotonous and very scarce . If you have ultra all inclusive - do not flatter yourself. Drinks in very limited quantities . Mostly for money. We arrived at the hotel at 10 am. They were able to use drinks only at 13 o'clock, or for money. Departure from the hotel was at 14 o'clock. The room was handed over at 12 o'clock. Also drinks are only for money. The bar was no longer served. In a word, don't buy into good reviews. You will be disappointed

There are dead and dirty sunbeds on the beach , umbrellas are rusty and strange , there is no beach bar , you need to go to the pool for drinks , which is very inconvenient .
Bottled water is not given , poured into glasses , and the water that is in large bottles is just boiling water ..
There is garbage in the sand on the beach , it is not cleaned well .
Sea.. the sea this time was also not pleased , in the morning it was gorgeous, until 14:00, transparent , clean , dirty at 15:00 , bags , lids , muddy water , some kind of plaque , possibly from algae, floats in it.
Oil is present in the sand , it is washed only with oil .
Rooms are cleaned every day, but late, around 15-16.
They changed pillowcases and duvet covers almost every day, the rest is superficial.
The towel was also changed every day .
There is animation , yoga , volleyball , water aerobics , karaoke .
Live music , romantic , no dancing .

I will have a long review, since in this hotel we are faced with such situations, which usually reveal the shortcomings of the hotel.
But about everything in order.
Service.
In general, everything is fine. Everything will be brought, everything will be taken away, but it happens for a long time. They are cleaned well, every day, towels are changed, the floor is washed, carpets are vacuumed.
Meal
The choice is large, you will definitely find something for yourself. Monotonous, especially breakfast. At dinners with lunch every day, something new still appears.
Staff. I tend to ignore your requests. We had a situation with a taxi driver from the hotel, he took us to the wrong place, although he was given the exact address, since the taxi driver did not speak English, we reported a misunderstanding at the reception. They promised to sort it out, but in the end they made us look guilty.
Territory.
The territory is nice, beautiful, neat. The only beach where umbrellas are dirty. I see beaches in Turkey, Egypt, which were cleaned every day, this beach is clearly not from this series. Actually, a story happened on it, which greatly spoiled the rest. From the umbrella (which is made of something like salome, only thick), one of the branches fell and fell perpendicular, one of us unfortunately stepped on it and punctured his leg quite badly + part of it remained in the leg (which later had to cut the leg and put 4 stitches). No one (rescuers) could provide medical assistance to us on the beach. In the first-aid kit they had huge plastic forceps, with which they naturally could not get anything and meramestin. That's all that was offered to us. Then we had to contact the insurance company and go to the hospital. The hotel actively tried to hush up this story, dispersed all people from the scene, but most importantly, blamed us for what happened when the proceedings with the insurance company began. A very unpleasant story, because because of the dirty beach, the absence of a medical center and a normal first aid kit on the territory of a huge hotel, the rest was spoiled. The person who came all this time was sitting in a bandage with stitches and could not bathe and walk normally.
Numbers.
The rooms are also clean, quite spacious, large closets, plenty of storage space, a balcony, a fairly clean bathroom (with the exception of the bathroom, it is quite shabby).
Beach.
The beach itself is good, there is a bar nearby, a lot of space. It's a little dirty, it's obviously not cleaned as it should be. The sea happens with tar stains (something similar to oil), we returned to the room a couple of times with them on our feet and hands, their main problem is that they are very hard to wash off.

Excellent layout of the hotel, low-rise buildings with access to the terrace👌🏻 The service is just fire, a real 5ka. Renovation, beach, swimming pool-everything is on the level. The cuisine is not like in Turkey/Egypt has everything, but not in such quantity. I definitely recommend

But there are a couple of comments
The choice of food in a level 5* hotel may be more. No salted or smoked fish for breakfast. There are no Mangoes and Pineapples, which are plentiful in the markets.
Porridge did not change - one oatmeal. The sea-there were almost no products, only a mix in the sauce, it is impossible to choose one thing.
And beach towels have a very unpleasant smell. If they were white, it would be immediately noticeable that they are not washed, but only dried. It's just really bad.

Recruited from different countries. Makes birthday greetings in a restaurant. Very happy to tip. If you are constantly sitting in a restaurant in one room, then the waiters remember your eating habits and already offer something themselves. And so the food is on the principle of a "buffet", if you have not ordered a meal in various restaurants. There are several of them working on the territory. Every day is dedicated to some national food. Lots of spicy food, so be careful when choosing food. Do not pounce like from a hungry land, otherwise you will gain 3-4 kilograms!
On the beach, sunbeds are occupied in the morning. Use protective creams, otherwise you will quickly burn in the sun! A lifeguard, security and cleaners are on duty at the beach. In the evening, a special machine is launched to level and clean the sand. The bathing area is fenced with buoys, for which it is not recommended to swim, as they are worn outside the zone on jet skis and boats. The shore is sandy, so the water has the appropriate color. Small jellyfish and small fish were swimming in the water. In the evening, predatory fish hunted them and they jumped out of the water in shoals. A turtle was spotted near the buoys. The sandy shore is full of crabs that burrow into the sand. There was even a discarded fish on the shore-it stuck with a characteristic suction cup on the body. You can walk along the shore. If you look at the sea, then on the right there is a construction of new hotel buildings, then a vacant lot and a tall building of another hotel and the beach rests against a high wall enclosing another territory. On the left side of the hotel is a wild beach, where the local population comes, who can come to our beach, this is allowed by law. Here our guards are vigilant so that nothing is stolen. Beach volleyball and bocce are played on the beach. At 12 o'clock, water aerobics classes are held in the pool. There are a lot of children in the pool of different ages. Animation works according to the schedule. The main contingent of guests are Russian speakers, Germans and locals. In the evening, live music is played on the street, next to the pool and restaurant. Sometimes they sing songs until midnight, especially ours come off when they celebrate birthdays. There is a fire show in the evenings. There is a spa with a gym, sauna, Jacuzzi, haman. They offer various massages, treatments, but everything is quite expensive.
Various excursions can be booked, and an excursion officer is on duty at the hotel.
Some people come here not for the first time, but for the tenth time! You can relax here with children.
There are many cats living on the territory. They are fed. They feel at home in the rooms, so do not be surprised when leaving the window open to the balcony (even on the second floor), you can find a cat lying in your bed! That's what happened to us on the first night! This grey cat.

Also, if you smoke, be sure to buy more cigarettes with you , because they cost 750₽ packs on the territory of the hotel
