A great hotel! We had a rest during the New Year holidays in 2024. The staff is very polite, the food is delicious. The weather was comfortable +27, the sea was warm. We spent the whole day on the beach, we didn't even get burned! Everything is clean everywhere, the territory is small but very beautiful views! The mountains are breathtaking. The rest was a success. I recommend this hotel!

I didn't like the hotel. A small area, there is a special location for those who like to relax noisily in the late evening and at night. But our "rashen turisto oblik omorale" are used to harlap songs at night and get drunk to the point of fainting in an open cafe, and next to the hotel windows! After 2 days of this hell, I went to the reception, asking to change the room. They changed it, it became a much more harmonious state.
The food is about nothing. During the week, the pizza was cooked 1 time, the children like crazy swept it away in 10 minutes. They did not repeat it on any of the days, although they probably do not know that the children love it.)) The choice is small, while there is no reference point for children. Meals for 3.
Access to the ocean is excellent, the beach is wide, sun beds are available. But cats and cats go to the territory all the time, they shit right here in the sand. There are children digging in the sand nearby. It's trash.
Everything that I wrote in the review here, I said at the reception. I don't know if they will change the situation or not. Therefore, I will not return to this hotel anymore. For fans of rashen nalivayki, I recommend it))

I am currently staying at this hotel. I chose a vacation spot with a child for a long time, but I think I was not mistaken. The hotel is very nice and corresponds to its 5*. The staff is always ready to help and solve the problem. All rooms are located in such a way that you do not need to ask for a quiet place. The food is varied, but the children's menu is a bit boring. In general, 5+. And do not pay attention to the negative that is being written here. Negative points can always be found, I was burned on the second day, but what does the hotel have to do with it?! In general, everything is great!

We are staying at the hotel (now 04/26/24) with a child of 7 years old. The hotel leaves a very pleasant impression. We were picked up from the airport by car (it takes 1.5-2 hours to drive from Dubai), we were lucky, we went alone to Fujairah, which helped save 30,000 (if you book a car in advance), this amount was spent on a tour of Dubai.
Now about the hotel:
We took all inclusive, although someone took only breakfast, and someone took ultra all inclusive. There is no need for ultra, in my opinion. But if you can't live without cocktails, like pin collades and drinks not included in the all-inclusive concept, then take ultra. But the concept is: only breakfasts, I think not very much, everything is expensive for food and drinks, I would not recommend such a concept.
All inclusive includes beer, vodka, rum, tequila and many other things that allow you to find an alternative to the concept of ultra...the food includes: breakfast, lunch and dinner. We mostly drink rum+cola, beer, tequila…
By food:
Monotonous, minimalistic, but delicious. Those who need to eat from their bellies, I think we should consider neighboring hotels.
Beach and sea:
The beach is awesome, there are just not enough sunbeds. The issue with them is solved by running around in the morning to throw a towel on the deck chairs ... you will have time before breakfast, you can lie down, if not, fortune will be on your or someone else's side ... this is the only minus on the beach.
The entrance is excellent for children, the sand with a gentle entrance ... my 7 years old, I did not experience any problems.
The sea: beautiful, clean. There is no point in watching life at sea, there is almost no life there. Crabs are running around, there are a lot of shells, fish are light, if not transparent ... a little further there is an island where everyone swims to watch turtles, fish and other life… but there is no comparison with the red sea.
Staff and attitude towards guests:
There are no complaints at all, except for the ridiculous signing of zero-expense checks. It's not clear why waste time and paper if you still don't pay for the service (according to the all-inclusive system and above)…
Animation:
It's great that there are children's and adult animations (but in Turkey, it's more powerful), but I understand that for Dubai it's a fire and an advantage when choosing a hotel.
Resume:
An atmospheric hotel with a pleasant smell in the lobby and lobby bar, pleasant and friendly staff. Good rooms and delicious food.., would add variety and in general it would be super, otherwise every day is like groundhog Day.

Vacationed in September 2023 , room 1353. Great, I like everything. This is my second stay at this hotel. I plan to rest there only next year. A chic large room with an ocean view, the hotel staff, unobtrusively, but always nearby)). Beautiful well-groomed green area. For the UAE, this is a fairy tale.

We have been staying at this hotel since June 29, 2024. Everything corresponds to all reviews - a small Moroccan-style hotel, it takes about 2 hours to drive from Dubai airport
The heat is now up to 35, the steam room is outside , but near the pool and on the beach it is better of course
The territory is pleasant , small , green, one large swimming pool and one paddling pool with a single micro slide
The beach is super , the sand is amazing , the feet just melt in it , the sea is fresh milk , the purest , the waves at the feet are just cute , mi mi mi . everything is so great , but why is it not written in any recent review that you just can'T go into the sea : huge strong waves just knock you down , don't go into the sea so as not to knock you down , you go knee-deep and a wave knocks you down , my husband says , like go 10 meters away and you 'll just jumping on the waves , well , well - a couple of times I jumped and was blown away by a wave above me , I turned over , drowned , bra on my back , cap in the water , panties slipped , glasses where the hell .
If there are small children ( teenagers enjoyed this extreme there ) who swim poorly , you will not go into the sea .
As a result, I was sitting sadly in the pool, it's cool) there is a 1.5 - 1m children's area with a roof.
The food is not as varied as in Turkey, but you will not stay hungry.
I am writing for those who want to swim in the sea - at the moment, the end of June and the beginning of July 2024, the sea with large and strong waves , maybe this is due to some kind of current, full moon and other features , but in other months, it is probably good , because NO ONE writes about such wild waves.

We had a vacation with my wife in December 2023. Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff!!! There is something to compare it with, there have been many places. And for this money, it's generally gorgeous, I would say. We gave away 105,000 at breakfast for 6 days.. We are from Moscow.
Very beautiful main hall, lobby. Beautiful territory, swimming pool. Nice beach. We swam comfortably in the sea, 26' had water for 19 Dec, and air for about 30. So the wife swam only in the sea, which is rare, she is usually cold).
The room had a sea view. Excellent repair. Everything is expensive and rich, as they say) . The breakfasts are excellent, I don't even know what else could be cooked there. We did not see lunches and dinners, because, again, we had only breakfasts. But they say everything is decent too. So it's better to take at least breakfast, dinner there. Well, or everything is included. I didn't want to save money, I thought that we would eat in street restaurants, at the same time we would take a walk. But they just don't exist. And there's nowhere to walk. There is a road a hundred meters beyond the territory and several simple shops in the distance. The nearest and only restaurants were a 20-minute walk along a not very convenient road or along the beach partially. This is a rest with seafood and kebab. That's where we had lunch. It was delicious, very tasty, but it was not convenient to go there. A couple of times we took a taxi for 10 dirhams (250 rubles), well, when it was already standing and there was no need to wait. There are restaurants on site. good, but expensive. We ate there a couple of times. There is a shop with alcoholic beverages and soda. It's on the right along the beach to the Royal Hotel, a white tall building. They took beer, Coke, etc. There was a bar in the room, but the price was space. 0.3 can of beer 1000₽. And there I bought 200 rubles each.There is an island next to the Royal, there are corals, of course, not like in the red sea, but there are still fish. You can walk and go snorkeling.
In terms of sports, everything is OK. Volleyball, water polo, water aerobics every day. There is live music in the evenings, they play and sing very well.
In general, the hotel is designed for relaxing holidays with and without children. There are no parties and so on. Pleasant music plays all day, it doesn't bother you.
In general, we really liked it. Of the minuses, well, except that they would have to change the old sun beds, although it didn't bother them...

Pay attention to the service system in restaurants. The Emirates have a different understanding of what is included in the system. It is different from Turkey, make no mistake.
The hotel is nice and green. The rooms are very spacious, which was important as the husband is tall and stout.

Nice quiet and cozy hotel with friendly staff. Good food. At the beginning, there may be difficulties with understanding the breakfast/all inclusive or ultra all inclusive system, since not all services and drinks are available in the categories below ultra. The animation is minimal. There are shops nearby, but cafes and restaurants are only on site and not cheap. There are Russian-speaking staff, much is duplicated in Russian, there is a phone application with the necessary information, Wi-Fi is free everywhere and without a password. The pool is large and clean, the rooms are clean, the territory is well maintained. For a relaxing holiday, I advise and it is advisable to take ultra all inclusive.

In general, the hotel is not bad, the staff really tries and does not bother when it is not necessary. The main claim is the food, for the price that we took the hotel and the specified 5 stars - this is not what you expect, in general, there is enough food, of course, but - the meat is baked and they will cut off a piece for you, but everything else is incomprehensible stews, etc., no marine delights (yes, at least shrimp, for 10 there have never been days, something baked with cheese from fish is not very tasty and not appetizing). Fruits are really only watermelons (melons a couple of times and then not very much), cherries, strawberries, pineapple, mango, but there is no pear and there has never been one - xs, for 5 stars it doesn't seem ok, this.
The only thing that saved was dinners in restaurants (there are only 2 of them), if you take UAI then half of the dinners can be spent there, I definitely recommend it, they cook much better there. There's not much point in taking UAI from the same opera except for restaurants, well, yes, they make cocktails, if it's important to you.

I had a rest in the middle of March 2024. A great family hotel for your money. A gorgeous green area for the UAE, an excellent beach with smooth access to clear water. The staff is polite and attentive, some waiters are not the smartest and most efficient, but this does not cause irritation. Delicious and varied food in the shared restaurant, there are always several types of fish, meat, poultry, soups. There were no queues, although the hotel was fully occupied in the middle of the holiday. Excellent a la carte restaurants and Italian and Asian, large portions and almost everything is delicious. In bars, alcohol is imported, for example, American rum from California, canned beer from Germany. Also, with ultra all-inclusive bracelets, they make quite delicious cocktails with well-known names. The rooms are large, the balconies are too. We lived in the second building on the third floor, overlooking the pool - just super. There are no complaints about cleaning, it was cleaned every day. Swimming pool, beach
Everything is fine too, but be prepared for when you leave your cocktails unattended with a straw in a glass - crows will fly in and play with the tubes and drink your beer. A few words about Ai and UAi. The only difference is that Ultra-exclusive (yellow bracelets) you can drink any cocktails at any time. Allincluze (red bracelets) cocktails are paid and start only from 10:30. You can ask for alcohol in a glass (tequila, brandy, gin, vodka, whiskey) and ask for a Coke or tonic in another glass. Then, on a chaise longue, quietly calmly knit as your heart desires. Here's a life hack. It will be free, tastier than those goofy cocktails they make.
The beach is a paradise for Russians and death for Germans. Constantly waves from small to huge like a closet. Children and adults have fun on the waves from the bottom of their hearts, which we did. If you get used to it, you can even ride a wave and ride. For those who do not succeed, the outcome is one - a powerful blow, full of melting sand, salty sea water in their nose and ears, too, with sand as a bonus. In short, it's fun. In the evening, at dusk, crabs run along the sand, they are very cute.
Animation
There is practically none. At about 11 o'clock, a light fitness gym is held in the pool for everyone. In the evening in the lobby bar at 21:00 you can watch the dances of women relaxed with gin to the songs of Gentle May, twist and of course a bunch of songs of the Arabic motif.
