They offered to concede the amount of repair, but pick up the car immediately. A long story followed about "his" service station, access to cheap spare parts + demanded a "deposit" allegedly so that we would not refuse while he was repairing. Like, "I'll do everything, even with checks." But the price is the same. We have not reached an understanding, nor have we reached a compromise on price. The deal was abandoned.
